Thus, the combinations illustrated are not intended to be limiting unless otherwise specified.
The principles and construction of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Along with the continuous reform of the breeding industry all over the country, the breeding environment control is changed into the products of environmental protection such as air energy, intensification air conditioner by boiler before, but the easy filth of filter can appear and block up, and the clearance degree of difficulty is big, and personnel complex operation, and just not in time clear up can influence the air conditioner effect, causes a large amount of energy consumptions extravagant scheduling problem. The invention provides an automatic cleaning method of an air conditioning system filter, which judges whether to execute cleaning action or not according to the air pressure difference on two sides of the filter so as to realize the high-efficiency operation of a breeding house air conditioning system and improve the automation degree of the system.
The automatic cleaning method provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
judging the operation mode of the air-conditioning system, and acquiring the threshold wind pressure matched with the operation mode of the air-conditioning system according to the operation mode of the air-conditioning system;
detecting the wind pressure at two sides of the filter and calculating the wind pressure difference;
when the wind pressure difference is higher than the threshold wind pressure, a self-cleaning mode of the air conditioning system is started.
The automatic cleaning method is mainly suitable for an air conditioning system of a breeding house, and is suitable for different breeding stages, the air conditioning system is correspondingly provided with three operation modes, namely a brooding operation mode, a chick operation mode and a chicken-forming operation mode, which are respectively suitable for different growth stages of chickens in the breeding house, the brooding operation mode is used for matching the chick growth stage of the chickens, the chick operation mode is used for matching the chick growth stage of the chickens, and the chicken-forming operation mode is used for matching the chicken-forming growth stage of the chickens.
When the filter is not dirty and blocked, the air quantity at the two sides is the same, so the air pressure at the two sides of the filter is the same, the air pressure difference at the two sides of the filter is zero, if the filter has a dirty and blocked problem, the air quantity at the air inlet side of the filter is larger than the air quantity at the air outlet side of the filter, and the air pressure at the two sides is different due to the different air quantities at the two sides of the filter, so the air pressure difference at the two sides of the filter can be used for judging whether the filter has the dirty and blocked problem.
Wherein, judge air conditioning system's operational mode to obtain the threshold value wind pressure that matches with it according to air conditioning system's operational mode, include:
pre-establishing a comparison relation between an operation mode of an air conditioning system and threshold air pressure;
judging the operation mode of the air conditioning system;
and acquiring the threshold wind pressure matched with the running mode of the air conditioning system according to the comparison relation.
Referring to fig. 1, at the beginning of the control process of the present invention, a comparison relationship between an operation mode of an air conditioning system and a threshold wind pressure needs to be established, which includes three operation modes, i.e., a brooding operation mode, a chick operation mode, and a chicken-forming operation mode, wherein Δ P1 is a first threshold wind pressure corresponding to the brooding operation mode, Δ P2 is a second threshold wind pressure corresponding to the chick operation mode, and Δ P3 is a third threshold wind pressure corresponding to the chicken-forming operation mode. The delta P1 is set as the maximum air pressure difference of two sides of the filter under the normal work condition in the brooding operation mode, and if the air pressure difference of two sides of the filter is detected to be higher than the first threshold air pressure in the brooding operation mode, the filter can be determined to have the dirty and blockage problem and needs to be cleaned;
delta P2 is set as the maximum wind pressure difference of two sides of the filter under the normal work of the filter in the chick running mode, if the wind pressure difference of two sides of the filter is detected to be higher than the second threshold wind pressure in the chick running mode, the filter can be determined to have the filth blockage problem and needs to be cleaned;
and the delta P3 is set as the maximum air pressure difference of the two sides of the filter under the normal work condition in the chicken-forming operation mode, and if the air pressure difference of the two sides of the filter is detected to be higher than the third threshold air pressure in the chicken-forming operation mode, the filter can be determined to have the filth blockage problem and needs to be cleaned.
According to the invention, through the pre-established comparison relationship, after the operation mode of the air conditioning system is judged, the maximum air pressure difference of the filter which ensures the normal work of the air conditioning system in the mode, namely the threshold air pressure, can be determined, and then, the problem of filth blockage of the filter can be determined only by detecting the actual air pressure difference at the two sides of the current filter, so that the integral control is more convenient.
The comparison relation can be realized by drawing a corresponding relation table, and after the operation mode of the air conditioning system is determined, the threshold value wind pressure in the current mode can be determined directly through the relation table, so that the operation is more intuitive.
In the invention, the detected wind pressure comprises the wind pressure at the air inlet side and the wind pressure at the air outlet side of the filter, the wind pressure difference is the difference value of the wind pressure at the air inlet side and the wind pressure at the air outlet side, and the dirty blockage problem of the filter can be judged only when the wind pressure difference is larger than the threshold value wind pressure corresponding to the current operation mode of the air-conditioning system.
Further, the self-cleaning mode for starting the air conditioning system when the wind pressure difference is higher than the threshold wind pressure in the invention comprises the following steps:
judging whether the air pressure difference is higher than the corresponding threshold value air pressure in the operation mode of the air conditioning system;
if so, detecting the duration of the wind pressure difference being greater than the threshold voltage, and starting a self-cleaning mode when the duration is greater than the preset time;
otherwise, the current operation state of the air conditioning system is maintained.
In the running process of the air conditioning system, sudden change of power can cause sudden change of wind pressure, so that the wind pressure difference is temporarily greater than the threshold value wind pressure, and the problem of misjudgment is easily caused. On the contrary, under the condition that the wind pressure difference is smaller than the threshold value wind pressure and the condition that the wind pressure difference is larger than the threshold value wind pressure but the duration is smaller than the preset time, the filter of the air-conditioning system is determined to be in a normal state without being cleaned. According to the invention, through the setting of the preset time, the problem of misjudgment caused by sudden change of the power of the air conditioning system is further avoided, and the reliability of the overall control of the air conditioning system is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, where T is a preset time, it is required to ensure that the detected wind pressure difference is greater than the threshold wind pressure no matter in the brooding operation mode, the chick operation mode, or the chick operation mode, and when the duration time reaches the preset time T, it is determined that the filter of the air conditioning system is dirty and blocked, and needs to be cleaned, and the air conditioning system starts the automatic cleaning mode.
Further, after the self-cleaning mode of the air conditioning system is started, the method further comprises the following steps:
detecting the water level of the water tank;
judging whether the water level of the water tank is higher than a first preset water level or not;
if yes, the self-cleaning mode is started normally, and if not, the water tank is replenished with water to a second preset water level.
The first preset water level is the lowest water level of water used in the self-cleaning mode, the high-pressure water gun is required to be used for flushing three times in the self-cleaning mode, and the lowest water level is required to meet the water consumption of the high-pressure water gun for flushing three times. In order to ensure the normal operation of the self-cleaning mode, the self-cleaning mode is started only when the water level in the water tank is detected to be higher than a first preset water level, in addition, if the water temperature in the water tank is detected to be lower than the first preset water level, water is supplemented to the water tank, the water level in the water tank is supplemented to a second preset water level, wherein the second preset water level is higher than the first preset water level, so that the water quantity in the water tank is ensured to be sufficient to ensure the operation of the self-cleaning mode, and the residual water quantity can also be used for subsequent cleaning, and the secondary water supplement during secondary cleaning is avoided.
In addition, in other embodiments of the present invention, when the water level in the water tank is detected to be lower than the first preset water level, the water level in the water tank can be supplemented to the first preset water level, which can also ensure the normal operation of the self-cleaning mode.
Referring to fig. 1, the first predetermined water level is a water level H1, the second predetermined water level is a water level H2, and the automatic cleaning process is started only when the water level H of the water tank is detected to be higher than the first predetermined water level H1, otherwise, the water tank is started to supply water by the water tank level controller, so that the water level in the water tank reaches the second predetermined water level H2.
Specifically, the self-cleaning mode provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
closing an air return valve of the air conditioning system, and covering an air return port by a filter screen;
starting a high-pressure water gun to clean the filter;
and after cleaning is finished, opening the air return inlet again, and opening the air return valve.
Referring to fig. 1, after the self-cleaning mode is started, the air return valve is closed first, so that water for cleaning in the cleaning process can be prevented from entering the air conditioning system through the air return pipeline, and the air conditioning system is prevented from being in fault. Then cover the return air inlet through filtering the screen panel, avoid sewage to get into the return air pipeline, start high-pressure squirt through the water pump and wash by water the filter, high-pressure squirt automatically regulated angle carries out the washing action to the filter, after wasing the completion, opens filtering the screen panel through filtering the screen panel controller earlier, then opens the return air valve, guarantees air conditioning system's normal operating.
Further, after the cleaning action of the filter is completed, the method also comprises a secondary pressure difference detection of the filter to determine whether the filth blockage on the filter is cleaned up, and the method comprises the following steps:
detecting the air pressure of the two sides of the filter after self-cleaning, and calculating the air pressure difference of the two sides of the filter after self-cleaning;
judging whether the air pressure difference of the two sides of the filter after self-cleaning is larger than a fourth threshold air pressure;
if so, ending the self-cleaning mode, otherwise restarting the self-cleaning mode.
And after the cleaning action of the filter is finished, whether the cleaned air pressure difference is greater than the fourth threshold air pressure or not can be determined to finish cleaning. Because the fourth threshold value wind pressure is less than the first threshold value wind pressure, the second threshold value wind pressure and the third threshold value wind pressure, when the wind pressure difference of the two sides of the filter is detected to be less than the fourth threshold value wind pressure, the wind pressure difference of the two sides of the filter is inevitably less than the first threshold value wind pressure, the second threshold value wind pressure and the third threshold value wind pressure, namely the wind pressure difference can meet the use requirements of a brooding operation mode, a chick operation module and a chick operation mode.
Further, in order to determine whether the problem of abnormal wind pressure difference caused by system abnormality exists, the invention also records the number of times of one cleaning after each cleaning action is finished, if the number of times of cleaning is more than or equal to three and the wind pressure difference after cleaning is still higher than the fourth threshold wind pressure, the current abnormal state is not caused by dirty and blocked filters, the system is determined to be abnormal, and an alarm is sent to remind manual inspection.
The invention also provides an air conditioning system which adopts the automatic cleaning method.
Referring to fig. 1, the air conditioning system provided by the invention includes a filter disposed at an opening of an air return pipe, the filter is disposed toward a breeding house, and filth blockage is likely to occur during long-term use.
Furthermore, a return air valve is arranged in the return air pipe, a filter cover is arranged on the filter, the return air valve is used for closing the return air pipe, the return air pipe is enabled not to execute a return air action any more, the filter cover can cover an inlet of the return air pipe, and sewage is prevented from entering the return air pipe in the cleaning process.
The filter is provided with a high-pressure water gun, a water outlet of the high-pressure water gun faces the filter, the high-pressure water gun can rotate freely to clean the filter, the high-pressure water gun is connected to the water tank through a water pump, and the high-pressure water gun is driven to work through the water pump. The water tank is provided with a water replenishing pipe, the on-off state of the water replenishing pipe is controlled by a battery valve arranged on the water replenishing pipe, when the water in the water tank is lower than a first preset water level H1, the electromagnetic valve is opened, and the water level is replenished to a second preset water level H2 through the water replenishing pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides an automatic cleaning method of an air conditioning system filter, which realizes the automatic cleaning of a breeding house air conditioning system, and in addition, the invention is provided with corresponding operation modes corresponding to different breeding stages, and corresponding threshold wind pressure is correspondingly arranged under each mode for judging whether the filter needs to be cleaned, so that the influence of filth blockage on the air conditioning system in different breeding stages can be quickly and effectively solved, and the operation effect of a host is greatly improved.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
