Abstract

The invention cancels the crank balancing weight, adopts the preposed direct balance, has simple balance weight adjustment, strong intuition and convenient operation; the structural layout is reasonable, and the safety of field workers is ensured; the stress of the moving part is obviously reduced, and the service life is prolonged; the whole machine has good energy-saving effect.

Background
At present, the balance adjustment means of the oil field beam pumping unit is to adjust by arranging a balancing weight on a crank. Oil field production proves that the balance adjusting means mainly has the following problems: firstly, the counterweight is inconvenient to adjust, field workers are easy to be injured by crashing and squeezing, and potential safety hazards exist; secondly, when the balance is adjusted, the moving distance of the balancing weight on the crank is complex to calculate; and thirdly, the moving parts of the pumping unit, such as a middle bearing, a tail bearing, a crank pin and the like, are stressed greatly, and the service life is short.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a front direct balance beam pumping unit.
The technical scheme is as follows: the device comprises a suspension rope, wherein the lower end of the suspension rope is connected with a suspension rope device, and the upper end of the suspension rope is connected with a horse head; the device also comprises a counterweight bracket, a counterweight, a roller, a connecting belt, a base and a top plate; the counterweight support is vertically arranged in front of the horse head, the lower end of the counterweight support is fixed on the base, and the top plate is arranged at the upper end of the counterweight support; the roller is horizontally arranged on the top plate; the connecting belt is wound around the roller, one end of the connecting belt is connected with the rope hanger, and the other end of the connecting belt is connected with the balance weight; the balance weight is arranged in the space surrounded by the balance weight support and can move up and down along with the connecting belt.
The outer side of the balance weight is provided with a roller, and the inner wall of the balance weight support is provided with a vertical sliding groove matched with the roller.
And circumferential limiting convex rings are arranged on the surface of the roller on two sides of the normal warp winding position of the connecting belt.
And rolling bearings are arranged at two ends of a rotating shaft of the roller.

The connecting belt 2 winds the roller 1, one end of the connecting belt 2 is connected with the rope hanger 7, and the other end of the connecting belt 2 is connected with the balance weight 3. The front direct balance beam-pumping unit is characterized in that on the basis of the technical scheme recorded in embodiment 1, a counterweight support 4 is fixed on a base 5 through a high-strength bolt; the high-strength bolt is made of No. 45 steel with high strength and excellent deformation resistance. The adoption of high strength bolt can guarantee the fastness of being connected of counter weight support 4 and base 5.
The basic working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the pumping unit ascends, the horse head 10 is driven to ascend through the reduction gearbox 16, the connecting rod 14 and the walking beam 11, the polished rod 8 is lifted to move upwards, and meanwhile, the balance weight 3 is reversed through the roller 1 to lift the polished rod 8 together to ascend; when the pumping unit moves downwards, the balance weight 3 is driven to move upwards by the dead weight of the polished rod 8.
The invention cancels the crank counterweight, adopts front direct balance, and the balance rate can reach 95-105%. Because the balance rate is manually adjusted, but the balance weight on the original crank is more than 1 ton, the adjustment is complicated and difficult and the potential safety hazard is larger, the oil field requires that the balance rate reaches 70% -130% to be qualified, the balance weight needs to be adjusted backwards when the balance weight is less than 100% to be underbalanced, the balance weight needs to be adjusted backwards when the balance weight is more than 100% to be overbalanced, the balance weight needs to be adjusted backwards and forwards, namely, the balance rate is mainly realized by adjusting the length of the force arm, and the operation is difficult to adjust and then the balance weight is not adjusted when the balance weight meets the requirement through the inspection of the ratio of the downlink current to the uplink current on site. However, the invention changes into counterweight balance, and each piece of 10kg of counterweight iron in the counterweight box can be conveniently increased and decreased, so that accurate balance can be achieved, namely the balance weight reaches 95% -105%.
