The invention provides a glass cable net curtain wall with a relaxation compensation function, which is more beneficial to the relaxation compensation adjustment and can optimize the appearance of the curtain wall.
The curtain wall sling clamp with the relaxation compensation function comprises a sling clamping component and a glass supporting component, wherein the sling clamping component is connected with the glass supporting component through a sliding connection mechanism, and the sliding connection mechanism comprises a sliding seat and a sliding block; the sliding seat is provided with a sliding space, and the sliding block is arranged in the sliding space in a vertically adjustable manner; the sliding seat vertically shields the sliding space, and the sliding space penetrates through the sliding seat along a first horizontal direction.
Compared with the T-shaped sliding groove which is vertically arranged along the horizontal two sides and is shielded and only provided with an opening at the upper end in the background technology, the sliding space in the sliding block is vertically shielded and penetrates through the sliding seat in the first horizontal direction, and the lower sliding space is arranged in a semi-open state, so that the sliding state and the sliding stroke allowance of the sliding block can be conveniently observed, the adverse working conditions of foreign matters, pollution, breakage, blockage and the like which influence the sliding can be conveniently observed, and the cleaning and the maintenance are convenient; in addition, the sliding seat does not need to surround the sliding block from two sides, so that the sliding seat has a smaller volume, is more favorable for presenting the transparency and the delicacy of the glass cable net curtain wall, improves the decorative effect, and can embody the advancement of the glass cable net curtain wall.
The slider comprises a sliding body and two limiting bodies, the two limiting bodies are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the sliding body in a first horizontal direction, the size of each limiting body is larger than that of the sliding body in a second horizontal direction, and the second horizontal direction is perpendicular to the first horizontal direction; the sliding body is positioned in the sliding space, and the sliding seat limits the sliding body in a second horizontal direction; the limiting body is located outside the sliding space, and the sliding seat limits the limiting body in the first horizontal direction and the second horizontal direction.
From the above, the sling clamp in the prior art does not further consider the stress relationship between the sliding block and the sliding seat, and specifically, the glass plate of the glass cable net curtain wall is large, and the glass support member bears the glass gravity load. In addition, the situation that the left glass and the right glass cannot balance stress simultaneously in the installation process is also considered for the glass supporting component, namely, the temporary eccentric stress working condition needs to be borne by the sling clamp; in addition, the glass load is downward along the outer side of the support block, and the bearing capacity of the cable structure is upward along the inner side; therefore, the glass support member and the slider need to withstand the overturning torque and the eccentric torque in addition to the shearing force. Therefore, the sliding block has a certain length in the first horizontal direction, the two opposite sides of the sliding block are made into limiting bodies with larger volume and higher structural strength, and under the arrangement, the constraint force fulcrums between the sliding block and the sliding seat are dispersed on the limiting bodies, so that when the sliding block slides, the two limiting bodies serving as the fulcrums cooperate to bear constraint force in a consistent manner, the sliding block is not easy to deflect and block, and the glass supporting member can ensure smooth and stable safety when bearing eccentric torques and heavier glass loads in different directions.
In a second horizontal direction, the sliding body is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are oppositely arranged; the spacing body includes first bellying, and first bellying is protruding in the first surface, and spacing cooperation on first horizontal direction and second horizontal direction is gone up with the sliding seat to first bellying, and/or, the spacing body includes the second bellying, and the second bellying is protruding in the second surface, and spacing cooperation is gone up with the sliding seat on first horizontal direction and second horizontal direction to the second bellying.
It can be seen from above that, first bellying and second bellying set up relatively and all bulge in the sliding body on the second horizontal direction, and first bellying and second bellying not only make the width increase of spacing body and promote the structural strength of spacing body, and the two can carry out spacing cooperation with the relative both sides of sliding seat respectively, can not only stably restrict the sliding body in the slip space, and can the combined action goes to bear upset moment of torsion and eccentric moment of torsion.
In another further embodiment, the limiting body extends vertically between the upper end and the lower end of the sliding block.
Therefore, under the arrangement, when a glass plate on one side is installed firstly, and the glass supporting component and the sliding block on the glass supporting component bear eccentric torque, the upper part of the limiting body on one side is abutted against the upper part of the sliding seat, and the lower part of the other limiting body on the other side is abutted against the lower part of the sliding seat, so that the torque is effectively resisted, and the stability of the structure is ensured.
Still further scheme is that, the spacing body includes first circular arc fitting surface, and the sliding seat includes the second circular arc fitting surface, and the central line of first circular arc fitting surface and the central line of second circular arc fitting surface extend along vertical, and first circular arc fitting surface cooperates with the second circular arc fitting surface.
It is from top to bottom seen that when bearing multidirectional effort, mutual butt between spacing body and the sliding seat, adopt cambered surface contact cooperation between spacing body and the sliding seat, this sets up can avoid producing stress concentration point between spacing body and the sliding seat the two as far as, can make stress point dispersion between the two as far as possible and make the structure be in more stable mechanical state.
The sliding seat comprises a first side part, the first side part limits the sliding body in the second horizontal direction, and the limiting body and the first side part are in limiting fit in the first horizontal direction and the second horizontal direction; the first side part is provided with a communicating port which is communicated along a second horizontal direction; the sling clamping component comprises a connecting part and a sliding block which are sequentially connected, or the glass supporting component comprises a connecting part and a sliding block which are sequentially connected, and the connecting part is positioned in the communicating opening.
From the above, the connecting part is used for realizing the connection between the slide block and the glass supporting end or the connection between the slide block and the sling clamping end; the first side portion can not only effectively limit the sliding block in the second horizontal direction, the communicating opening is formed in the first side portion, the connecting portion penetrates out of the sliding space from the communicating opening and then is fixed with the glass supporting end or the sling clamping end, the connecting portion does not need to be arranged in a mode of avoiding winding the sliding seat due to the arrangement, therefore, the glass supporting component and the sling clamping component both have smaller volumes, the transparency and the fineness of the glass cable net curtain wall are further facilitated to be presented, and the decorative effect is improved.
The first side part comprises an upper blocking part and a lower blocking part, the upper blocking part and the lower blocking part are arranged oppositely in the vertical direction, and the communication port is formed at the interval between the upper blocking part and the lower blocking part; the upper side blocking part and the lower side blocking part are both in limited fit with the sliding body in the second horizontal direction.
In a further aspect, the sliding seat includes a first member and a second member detachably connected to each other, the upper side blocking portion is located on the first member, and the lower side blocking portion is located on the second member.
Therefore, the sliding seat limits the sliding block in a mode of blocking up and down and blocking back and forth by utilizing the side part, and limits the limiting bodies on the two sides of the sliding block, so that the sliding block cannot be directly inserted into the T-shaped groove to complete installation like the T-shaped sliding block in the background technology; for this reason, the sliding seat may be configured to be detachable for facilitating the installation of the sliding block. Therefore, the communicating port is arranged in a fracture mode, so that the influence on the activity of the connecting piece can be reduced, and the sliding seat is favorably arranged into a detachable structure to be favorable for assembly.
