Because the fit dimensional tolerance between the oxygen pipe of the spray head and the oxygen seal sliding section is 0.1-0.2 mm, the roughness is below 32. The sealing O-shaped rubber ring of the spray head is in certain tight fit with the sliding section of the oxygen pipe, and the O-shaped ring can meet the sealing requirement only by being compressed by 1-2 mm. 8. The converter oxygen lance nozzle top mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary centering device (2) comprises a circular ring and a cover plate arranged at the upper end of the circular ring, and the hydraulic rod of the jack (1) is fixed on the cover plate.
9. A converter lance tip assembly apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein said jack (1) is a manual hydraulic jack.
