Claims (4)

1. A multifunctional drying-free powder binder for sludge granulation and heat-increasing combustion is prepared from 0.2% of deodorant, 0.1% of catalytic combustion improver, 90% of cold-hot solidified drying-free binder and 9.7% of sulfur-fixing smoke-eliminating denitrifier by weight percentage;
1) The deodorant
The bamboo vinegar comprises, by weight, 95% of bamboo vinegar, 3% of organic acid, 1% of bactericidal agent biquaternary ammonium salt or polyquaternary ammonium salt and 1% of copper sulfate; the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing bamboo vinegar, organic acid, sterilizing agent biquaternary ammonium salt or polyquaternary ammonium salt and copper sulfate at normal temperature and normal pressure to prepare a deodorant;
2) The catalytic combustion improver
The weight percentage is as follows: the composite material consists of 40 percent of combustion improver, 40 percent of strong oxidizer and 20 percent of plant asphalt carbon; the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 40% of combustion improver, 40% of strong oxidizer and 20% of plant pitch carbon at normal temperature and normal pressure to prepare sludge catalysis combustion improver; the plant leached carbon is leftovers left after heating and distilling fir at 300 ℃ to obtain an extracting solution, and the leftovers are the plant leached carbon;
3) The cold and hot consolidation drying-free binder
The weight percentage is as follows: consists of 40 percent of active magnesium oxide, 40 percent of active calcium oxide, 10 percent of active aluminum oxide and 10 percent of nano bentonite; the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 40% of active magnesium oxide, 40% of active calcium oxide, 10% of active aluminum oxide and 10% of nano bentonite at normal temperature and normal pressure to prepare a cold-hot state consolidation drying-free binder;
4) The sulfur-fixing, smoke-eliminating and denitrifying agent
The material consists of 40 percent of potassium carbonate, 40 percent of sodium carbonate, 5 percent of ferrous sulfate, 5 percent of potassium permanganate and 10 percent of lime according to weight percentage; the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 40% of potassium carbonate, 40% of sodium carbonate, 5% of ferrous sulfate, 5% of potassium permanganate and 10% of lime at normal temperature and normal pressure to prepare the sulfur-fixing smoke-eliminating denitrifier;
the preparation method of the multifunctional drying-free powder binder for sludge granulation and heat-increasing combustion comprises the following steps:
diluting the deodorant prepared in the step 1) by 100 times to form deodorant liquid, spraying the deodorant liquid into sludge, and spraying the deodorant liquid for 2-6 minutes at normal temperature and normal pressure until the odor of the sludge disappears; then adding a catalytic combustion improver which is 0.1 percent of the weight of the sludge into the deodorized sludge at normal temperature and normal pressure, uniformly stirring, adding a cold-hot state consolidation drying-free binder which is 90 percent of the weight of the sludge, uniformly stirring, adding a sulfur-fixing smoke-eliminating denitrifier which is 9.3 percent of the weight of the sludge, uniformly stirring, and finally preparing the sludge granulation heat-increasing combustion multifunctional drying-free powder binder; when in use, 4-30wt% of the sludge granulation heat-increasing combustion multifunctional drying-free powder binder is added into each ton of sludge, and a sludge granulation product of 1000-5000 kcal/kg can be formed after uniform stirring.

The multifunctional drying-free powder binder for sludge granulation and heat-increasing combustion according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the organic acid is at least one selected from tartaric acid, oxalic acid, malic acid, citric acid, ascorbic acid, benzoic acid, salicylic acid, and caffeic acid; the quaternary ammonium salt is selected from polyquaternary ammonium salt flocculating bactericide.

The multifunctional drying-free powder binder for sludge granulation and heat-increasing combustion according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the combustion improver is selected from potassium chlorate or potassium nitrate; the strong oxidant is selected from trivalent cobalt salt, persulfate, peroxide, potassium dichromate, potassium permanganate, chlorate or fuming sulfuric acid.

The multifunctional drying-free powder binder for sludge granulation and heat-increasing combustion according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: diluting by 100 times to obtain deodorant liquid, spraying into sludge in an amount of 0.2% of the weight of the sludge, and spraying at normal temperature and pressure for 2-6 min until the odor of the sludge disappears.
