The invention separates the oil tank, the control cabinet, the storage battery and other components of the conventional diesel generator set from the generator/engine/cooling system of the main body, so that the structure of the diesel generator set is more compact, the height of the diesel generator set is effectively reduced, and the design problems of the height of the square cabin of the miniaturized power vehicle and the height of the whole vehicle are solved.

In order to adapt to the miniaturization design of the power supply vehicle, particularly to greatly reduce the size of a compact shelter, the conventional diesel generator set of the power supply vehicle needs to be subjected to appropriate modification design.

Step 2: the chassis automobile model selection: the model of a chassis automobile is determined by public automobile announcement data screening according to the appearance size requirement of the power supply vehicle, and the chassis height is 838mm by taking a fifty-bell chassis automobile of QL1070BUHAY as an example; as shown in fig. 1-2.
And step 3: selecting the type of the generator set: screening and determining models of an engine, a generator, a control system, a circuit breaker and the like of a generator set according to the generated energy power and the load capacity of the power supply vehicle, and determining the original size of the generator set; for example, taking a THLC200P generator set as an example, the total height of the THLC generator set is 1715H, which exceeds the design requirement, and therefore, a modification design is required.
And 4, step 4: the size design of compact shelter and chassis car sub vehicle frame: the structural size and the installation mode of the auxiliary frame of the chassis automobile are determined according to the empty chassis height of the chassis automobile and the overall dimension requirement of the miniaturized power supply vehicle, so that the structural size and the shelter bottom plate structure of the compact shelter are determined, and sufficient space is reserved for installing a generator set. The height of the auxiliary frame is not more than 50mm, the auxiliary frame is made of an 80mm rectangular pipe of a conventional similar vehicle type, a cantilever bracket structure is additionally arranged on the auxiliary frame, and the cantilever bracket is arranged on the side face of a chassis automobile beam. And 5: the modification design of the generator set is as follows: as shown in fig. 4, core components of a generator 7, an engine 10, a cooling system 11 and the like of a conventional generator set are directly mounted on a shelter bottom plate 4 through four vibration isolation seats 1; the chassis oil tank 6 is removed and moved to the inner wall of the compact shelter close to one side of the shelter; a control cabinet 8 of the conventional generator set is moved to the inner wall of the other side of the compact shelter, and a storage battery pack 9 of the conventional generator set is arranged on the same side of the control cabinet and provides a power supply for the control cabinet; the exhaust gas discharge duct 12 of the engine of the generator set is connected to a silencer 14 placed outside the partition 13 and directly discharged to the air through the rear of the compact shelter. In order to control the components such as a generator, an engine and the like to keep equal-height positions and reduce the height of the generator set as much as possible, the shelter is designed by combining a main beam 2 and an auxiliary beam 3 with various bottom plates 4. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention separates the oil tank, the control cabinet, the storage battery and other components of the conventional diesel generator set from the generator/engine/cooling system of the main body, so that the structure of the diesel generator set is more compact, the height of the diesel generator set is effectively reduced, and the design problems of the height of the square cabin of the miniaturized power vehicle and the height of the whole vehicle are solved.
