Specifically, the ink thinner in the oil outlet groove 14 is organic ink with low concentration, and a liquid guide tube 16 with a bottom end extending into the ink fountain 4 is installed at the bottom of the receiving hopper 11.
Organic oil-based ink is widely used in gravure printing, when organic ink with low concentration is contacted with thick ink, the effect of diluting the ink can be realized, the effect is similar to the mixing of saline with high concentration and saline with low concentration, the concentration of the mixed ink is closer to the concentration of the ink used normally, and the mixed ink flows into the ink fountain 4 from the liquid guide pipe 16 after the ink is received by the receiving hopper 11, so that the ink can be directly reused, and the ink can be reused better and more conveniently.
Specifically, the top of the bottom plate of the receiving hopper 11 is fixedly connected with a fixing ring 17 through a connecting rod, the liquid guide tube 16 is fixedly inserted in the fixing ring 17, the middle part of the liquid guide tube 16 is bent downwards to form an n-shaped space, and the middle part of the liquid guide tube 16 is slidably inserted on the bottom plate of the fixing ring 17.
The liquid level of the ink flowing into the receiving hopper 11 is higher and higher, and after the liquid level is higher than the bent top of the liquid guide tube 16, the ink can continuously flow into the ink fountain 4 along the nozzle of the liquid guide tube 16 due to the siphon effect until the ink in the receiving hopper 11 is lower than the nozzle of the liquid guide tube 16, so that the ink discharge mode can reduce the volatilization degree of the ink in the receiving hopper 11 to the maximum extent, avoid the rapid volatilization of the ink caused by the low ink content due to the flowing of the ink once the ink enters the receiving hopper 11, and can better reuse the ink.
The working principle is as follows: before the device is used, a carrier to be printed, such as paper or plastic cloth, is placed between an impression cylinder 2 and a plate cylinder 3, a motor is started to drive the impression cylinder 2 and the plate cylinder 3 to rotate, the rotating plate cylinder 3 drives ink in an ink fountain 4 to the printing carrier, and a doctor blade 5 scrapes the ink on the plate cylinder 3, a user can manually control the electromagnet 602 to be powered on or powered off or control the electromagnet 602 to periodically run according to the accumulation degree of the ink on the doctor blade 5, when the electromagnet 602 is powered on, one end of the electromagnet 602 generates a magnetic field, the permanent magnet 601 with different magnetic poles is driven to be close to the electromagnet 602 by the rotating plate cylinder 3, and the repulsion force or the pulling force generated by the permanent magnet 601 on the electromagnet 602 is utilized, the electromagnet 602 is pushed and pulled on the supporting plate 603 to generate reciprocating motion, the vertical connecting rod 801 is pushed by the inclined plate 804 connected with the driving component 6, the electromagnet 602 moves in the left-right direction on the supporting plate 603 with reference to the visual angle of fig. 2, the vertical connecting rod 801 is forced to generate front-back direction motion by the extrusion action of the inclined plate 804 to drive the scraper 9 connected below the pushing plate 803 to generate front-back direction motion together, the bottom of the scraper 5 is continuously scraped by utilizing a plurality of scrapers 9, a user can scrape the scraper 5 according to the equipment requirement by using the electromagnet 602 which can be electrically controlled, and a control program can be added to realize automation, and a plurality of groups of scrapers 9 are utilized to scrape the scraper 5, so that the scraping effect of the scraper 5 by using a driving mechanism with a longer length to match with one scraper 9 is avoided, the width that can not increase the device originally, guaranteed that the device can continue to be applicable to original use place, after having scraped off the printing ink of 5 bottoms of ink scraping blade simultaneously, can reduce the printing ink on the thick and viscous printing ink adhesion forme cylinder 3 that forms after the printing ink volatilizees to can keep intaglio printing's effect, need not shut down simultaneously and clear up ink scraping blade 5, make the device can keep operation always.
