Specifically, before cutting, when the main blade 2 and the sub blade 1 move onto the laminated prepreg on the cutting deck 20, the confluence groove 3 slides on the cutting deck 20 to the inclined waist surface of the upper clamping plate 21, slides on the top of the upper clamping plate 21 through the waist surface, and then moves to the top of the laminated prepreg.
In the process, the confluence groove 3 is lifted, the adjusting screw rod 9 acts through the cooperation of the rack 17, the longitudinal bevel gear 16 and the transverse bevel gear 15, and the adjusting screw rod 9 enables the auxiliary knife 1 to automatically rise to a certain height according to a preset transmission ratio through the adjusting screw sleeve 10 and the auxiliary knife rest.
For example, when the preset gear ratio is: height of the sink 3 rises: when the auxiliary knife 1 is lifted to a certain height=3:1, the auxiliary knife 1 can be lifted to one third of the height when the confluence groove 3 is lifted to a certain height, and then the depth of the precut groove cut by the auxiliary knife 1 is one third of the thickness of the laminated prepreg.
Accordingly, since the top of the clamping plate 21 is arranged at the same height as the laminated prepreg, the confluence groove 3 slides from the cutting platform 20 to the waist surface of the clamping plate 21, and the upper surface of the cutting platform 20 is at the same height as the bottom of the laminated prepreg.
Therefore, before cutting laminated prepregs with different thicknesses, only the height of the clamping plate 21 is required to be adjusted so that the top height of the clamping plate 21 is flush with the top surface of the laminated prepreg, and the laminated prepreg cutting device can automatically adjust the height of the auxiliary knife 1 according to the thickness of the laminated prepreg and the preset transmission ratio to realize that the depths of precuts cut by the auxiliary knife 1 are the same proportion of the thickness of the laminated prepreg for the laminated prepregs with different thicknesses.
Further, the front end surface of the sink 3 is an inclined plane parallel to the waist surface, and rollers 22 with bottoms higher than the adhesive tape 4 are arranged on both sides of the bottom end of the inclined plane. The roller 22 improves the passing ability of the sink 3 when climbing on the waist surface of the splint 21.

1. A laminate prepreg cutting tool assembly, comprising:
the auxiliary knife (1) and the main knife (2) are arranged in parallel front and back, the height of the auxiliary knife (1) is larger than that of the main knife (2) and larger than that of the bottom of the laminated prepreg, and the auxiliary knife (1) is in transmission connection with the main knife (2) and is driven by the main knife (2);
the converging groove (3) is arranged below the auxiliary knife (1), the converging groove (3) is closed at the front end and is open at the tail end, the front end of the converging groove (3) is positioned in front of the auxiliary knife (1), the tail end of the converging groove (3) extends to the range of the main knife (2), and the width of an inner cavity of the converging groove (3) is larger than the thicknesses of the main knife (2) and the auxiliary knife (1);
the adhesive tape (4) is prefabricated into a hollow structure, is arranged at the bottom of the converging groove (3) and is used for contacting the top of the laminated prepreg;
the two cooling liquid spray pipes (5) are respectively arranged corresponding to one sides of the main knife (2) and the auxiliary knife (1), and the bottom injection openings of the cooling liquid spray pipes (5) are arranged in a backward inclined mode;
the contact position of the main cutter (2) and the top of the laminated prepreg is always positioned in the cavity of the converging groove (3);
the main knife (2) is in transmission connection with the auxiliary knife (1) through a belt pulley assembly (6), a swing arm (7) is rotationally connected to a knife shaft of the main knife (2), the knife shaft of the auxiliary knife (1) is rotationally connected to the other end of the swing arm (7), a cantilever (8) is arranged on a frame of the main knife (2), and the auxiliary knife (1) is hung on the cantilever (8);
an adjusting component used for adjusting the height of the auxiliary knife (1) is arranged between the auxiliary knife (1) and the cantilever (8), the adjusting component comprises an adjusting screw rod (9) and an adjusting screw sleeve (10), the adjusting screw rod (9) is rotatably arranged on the cantilever (8), the adjusting screw sleeve (10) is in threaded sleeve arrangement outside the adjusting screw rod (9), and the auxiliary knife (1) is hung on the adjusting screw sleeve (10) through the auxiliary knife rest;
the auxiliary tool rest comprises a first suspension arm (11), a second suspension arm (12) and a third suspension arm (13) which are sequentially connected in a rotating mode, wherein the first suspension arm (11) is horizontally arranged, one end of the first suspension arm is fixed on an adjusting screw sleeve (10), the second suspension arm (12) and the third suspension arm (13) are distributed up and down, and the bottom end of the third suspension arm (13) is rotationally connected to a cutter shaft of the auxiliary tool (1).

The laminated prepreg cutting tool assembly according to claim 1, wherein the cantilever (8) is provided with a through groove (14), the top end of the second cantilever (12) penetrates through the through groove (14) to be rotatably connected with one end of the first cantilever (11) far away from the adjusting screw sleeve (10), and the width of the top end of the second cantilever (12) is larger than the width of the through groove (14).

the laminated prepreg cutting tool assembly as claimed in claim 3 or 4, a cutting platform (20), and clamping plates (21) which are arranged on the tops of two sides of the cutting platform (20) and are flush with the laminated prepreg;
grooves for the main knife (2) and the auxiliary knife (1) to pass through are formed in the clamping plate (21) corresponding to the cutting slits of the laminated prepregs, the end face of the clamping plate (21) is of a right trapezoid structure, the outer side face of the clamping plate is an inclined waist face, and the auxiliary knife (1) is driven to automatically lift when the converging groove (3) slides on the waist face.

The laminated prepreg cutting apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the front end surface of the confluence groove (3) is provided as an inclined surface parallel to the waist surface, and both sides of the bottom end of the inclined surface are provided with rollers (22) with bottoms higher than the adhesive tape (4).
