The blade mounting seat 20 is of a multilayer structure in the radial direction, the axial size of the multilayer structure from the outer circle to the inner circle of the device body 19 is sequentially increased, the cross section is conical, each layer of structure is axially and inwardly shrunk to form an inner buckle, and the blade root of the bacterial type blade root can be buckled with the multilayer structure after being connected and is kept fixed. The blade mount pad 20 of two device bodies 19 is connected with a plurality of bacterial type blade root blades along circumference, and the blade root position of adjacent bacterial type blade root blade laminates each other, keeps stable each other.
The two ends of the two device bodies 19 are connected by a connecting device. Two ends of the two device bodies 19 are provided with axial fixing pin holes, the connecting device comprises two connecting pins and two fixing plates, the two fixing plates are located on two axial sides of the end portions of the device bodies 19, two through holes are formed in the fixing plates, and the connecting pins penetrate through the through holes and the fixing pin holes to connect the two device bodies 19.
The contact parts of the two ends of the two device bodies 19 and the fixing plates are provided with grooves, the fixing plates are positioned in the grooves, and the thickness of the fixing plates is equal to the depth of the grooves.
After fungus type blade root rim plate 18 will be damaged position circumference and cut off entirely, form on 18 excircles of fungus type blade root rim plate with fungus type blade root rim plate fixed slot 21 complex flange, the flange sets up the round along 18 circumference of fungus type blade root rim plate.
The bacterial type blade root blade is connected with the device main body 10 through the blade mounting seat 20, the bacterial type blade root wheel disc fixing groove 21 enables the two device main bodies 10 to be buckled on the bacterial type blade root wheel disc 18, and the joint of the two device bodies 19 penetrates through a through hole in the fixing plate and is connected with the fixing pin hole through connecting pins.
As shown in fig. 9, during assembly, the mushroom-type blade root blade is mounted on the blade mounting seat 20 of the two device bodies 19, the mushroom-type blade root wheel disc fixing grooves 21 of the two device bodies 19 are buckled in the flange of the outer circle of the mushroom-type blade root wheel disc 18, the two ends of the two device bodies 19 are connected through the connecting device, and the joint of the two device bodies 19 is connected through the connecting pin passing through the through hole and the fixing pin hole on the fixing plate.

Claims (10)

1. A method of repairing a wheel disc component, comprising the steps of:
step 1, cutting damaged parts of different types of wheel discs;
step 2, manufacturing the repairing devices for the wheel discs of different types;
and 3, assembling the blade and the wheel disc through the repairing device to complete the repairing of the wheel disc.
2. The wheel disc part repairing method according to claim 1, wherein when the wheel disc is a T-shaped blade root wheel disc (1), the damaged part of the T-shaped blade root wheel disc (1) is completely cut in the circumferential direction, and the circumferential surface is flat;
t type blade root rim plate prosthetic devices, including first round of rim plate (2) and second round of rim plate (3), first round of rim plate (2) and second round of rim plate (3) are the semicircle ring, the inner circle of first round of rim plate (2) and second round of rim plate (3) all is provided with circumferential T type blade root rim plate fixed slot (5) and axial cotter hole (8), the outer lane of first round of rim plate (2) and second round of rim plate (3) all is provided with circumferential T type blade root blade mounting groove (4), the both ends of first round of rim plate (2) and second round of rim plate (3) are provided with connection structure respectively.
3. The wheel disc part repairing method according to claim 2, wherein when the T-shaped blade root wheel disc repairing device is assembled, the first wheel disc ring (2) is firstly installed on the outer ring of the T-shaped blade root wheel disc (1) through the T-shaped blade root wheel disc fixing groove (5), the first wheel disc ring (2) is fixed through a pin penetrating through a pin hole (8), and then the T-shaped blade root blade is installed in the outer ring of the first wheel disc ring (2) through the T-shaped blade root blade installing groove (4); install T type blade root blade in second round rim plate (3) outer lane through T type blade root blade mounting groove (4), install second round rim plate (3) in T type blade root rim plate (1) outer lane through T type blade root rim plate fixed slot (5) again, assemble first round rim plate (2) and second round rim plate (3) through connection structure, pass pin hole (8) through the pin and be fixed in on T type blade root rim plate (1) second round rim plate (3), accomplish the assembly.
4. The wheel disc part repairing method according to claim 1, wherein when the wheel disc is a forked blade root wheel disc (9), a blade root groove area corresponding to a damaged portion of the forked blade root wheel disc (9) is cut off separately to form a notch, and the shape and size of the notch are the same as those of the forked blade root wheel disc repairing device;
the forked blade root wheel disc repairing device comprises a device main body (10), wherein the device main body (10) is hexahedron, the top bottom surface and the side surfaces are rectangular, the front and the back surfaces are trapezoidal, the upper part is wide, the lower part is narrow, a forked blade root installing groove (11) is formed in the upper half part of the device main body (10), and a forked blade root wheel disc fixing groove (12) in the vertical direction is formed in the bottom surface of the device main body (10);
the bottom of the notch of the forked blade root wheel disc (9) is provided with a convex block corresponding to the structure and the size of the forked blade root wheel disc fixing groove (12), the device main body (10) is positioned in the notch of the forked blade root wheel disc (9), the convex block is positioned in the forked blade root wheel disc fixing groove (12), and the blade root of the forked blade root blade is positioned in the forked blade root mounting groove (11).
5. The disc element repairing method according to claim 4, wherein the forked blade root disc repairing apparatus is assembled by inserting the apparatus body (10) into the notch of the forked blade root disc (9) in a radial direction, inserting the forked blade root disc fixing groove (12) into the projection in a radial direction, and inserting the blade root of the forked blade root into the forked blade root mounting groove (11) in a radial direction.
6. The wheel disc part repairing method according to claim 1, wherein when the wheel disc is a fir-tree type blade root wheel disc (13), a blade root groove region corresponding to a damaged portion of the fir-tree type blade root wheel disc (13) is cut separately to form a through groove, the through groove axially penetrates through the fir-tree type blade root wheel disc (13), an opening is formed in the top of the through groove, and the shape and the size of the through groove are the same as those of the fir-tree type blade root wheel disc repairing device;
the fir-tree type blade root wheel disc repairing device comprises an installation block (14), wherein a fir-tree type blade root blade installation groove (15) is formed in the upper half portion of the installation block (14), a wheel disc installation seat (16) is arranged at the bottom of the installation block (14), and the thickness of the installation block (14) is the same as that of the fir-tree type blade root wheel disc (13).
7. The disc part restoration method according to claim 6, wherein, when the fir-tree root disc restoration device is assembled, the fir-tree root blades are installed in the fir-tree root blade installation grooves (15) in the axial direction of the fir-tree root disc (13), and then the installation blocks (14) are inserted into the through grooves in the axial direction of the fir-tree root disc (13), completing the assembly.
8. The wheel disc part repairing method according to the claim 1, characterized in that when the wheel disc is a mushroom-type blade root wheel disc (18), the damaged part of the mushroom-type blade root wheel disc (18) is completely cut off in the circumferential direction, a flange is formed on the outer circle of the mushroom-type blade root wheel disc (18), and the flange is arranged in a circle along the circumferential direction of the mushroom-type blade root wheel disc (18);
the bacterial type blade root wheel disc repairing device comprises two device bodies (19) and a connecting device, wherein the two device bodies (19) are of semicircular ring structures, the axial thicknesses of the two device bodies (19) are the same as the thickness of a bacterial type blade root wheel disc (18), the outer circles of the two device bodies (19) are provided with circumferential blade mounting seats (20), the inner circles are provided with bacterial type blade root wheel disc fixing grooves (21), and the bacterial type blade root wheel disc fixing grooves (21) are circumferential annular grooves; the two ends of the two device bodies (19) are connected by a connecting device.
9. The disc part repairing method according to claim 8, wherein when the bacterial type blade root disc repairing device is assembled, the blades are installed on the blade installation seats (20) of the two device bodies (19), then bacterial type blade root disc fixing grooves (21) of the two device bodies (19) are buckled in a flange of an outer circle of the bacterial type blade root disc (18), and then two ends of the two device bodies (19) are connected through the connecting device.
10. The method of repairing a wheel disc component of claim 1, wherein the repairing device performs dynamic balance and dynamic frequency tests on the assembled blade-wheel disc system after assembling the blade and the wheel disc, and passes the wheel disc repair acceptance after the tests are qualified.
