The closed ring 81 is convenient for the scraped impurities to fall into the impurity discharging pipe 36 through the inner side inclined arrangement, so that the purpose of automatically discharging the impurities is realized. At the rotatory in-process of centrifugal inner bag 33, two different direction of rotation of just revolving and derotation through centrifugal inner bag 33, thereby realize the closure of centrifugal inner bag 33 or switch on two kinds of different states, thereby centrifugation when realizing just revolving, and the material is not directly discharged, when derotation, impurity discharge after the centrifugation, thereby realize the purpose of automatic discharge impurity, avoided current mode through the shake of pulling filter bag, need additionally assemble a cylinder as power, the waste of power has been caused.

the tank cover (31) is also provided with a uniform distribution assembly (4), a scraper assembly (5) and a feeding pipe (6);
a through hole is formed in the bottom end of the tank body (32), a ring groove is formed in the bottom wall of the tank body (32) on the outer side of the through hole, and a liquid discharge pipe (35) penetrates through the tank body (32) and is communicated with the bottom wall of the ring groove;
the centrifugal inner container (33) is inserted into the through hole and extends into the tank body (32), and the centrifugal inner container (33) is connected with a bearing on the inner wall of the through hole of the tank body (32);

the centrifugal inner container (33) is also internally provided with a discharge channel automatic opening and closing assembly (8) connected with the limiting assembly (7), the discharge channel automatic opening and closing assembly (8) positively separates the centrifugal net cylinder (34) and the impurity discharge pipe (36) through the centrifugal inner container (33), and reversely rotates through the centrifugal inner container (33) to conduct the centrifugal net cylinder (34) and the impurity discharge pipe (36).

The vertical centrifuge for automatically discharging impurities according to claim 1, wherein the power device (2) comprises a power box (21), a centrifugal motor (22), a centrifugal wheel (23) and a transmission belt (24), the power box (21) and the tank body (32) are arranged on the base (1) side by side, the centrifugal motor (22) is located in the power box (21), the centrifugal wheel (23) is fixed on the shaft of the centrifugal motor (22) and the outer part of the impurity discharging pipe (36), and the transmission belt (24) is sleeved on the shaft of the centrifugal motor (22) and the centrifugal wheel (23) of the impurity discharging pipe (36).

The vertical centrifuge capable of automatically discharging impurities according to claim 1, wherein the uniform distribution component (4) comprises a uniform distribution motor (41), a support tube (42), a sealing cover (43), a liquid injection tube (44), uniform distribution conical ports (45) and a connecting rod (46), the support tube (42) penetrates through the tank cover (31), the uniform distribution conical ports (45) are inserted into one port of the support tube (42) positioned in the tank body (32), and one port of the support tube (42) positioned outside the tank body (32) is fixed with the sealing cover (43) through a bolt;
the uniform distribution motor (41) is arranged on the tank cover (31) through a motor frame, a shaft of the uniform distribution motor (41) penetrates through the sealing cover (43) and extends into the supporting pipe (42), two ends of the connecting rod (46) are respectively connected with the shaft of the uniform distribution motor (41) and the uniform distribution conical opening (45), and a plurality of uniform distribution channels are arranged in the uniform distribution conical opening (45);
the liquid injection pipe (44) is connected with the supporting pipe (42), and the liquid injection pipe (44) is communicated with the uniform distribution channel.

The vertical centrifuge of claim 1, wherein the scraper assembly (5) comprises a cylinder frame (51), a cylinder (52), a lifting rod (53) and a scraper (54), the cylinder frame (51) is connected with the tank cover (31), the cylinder (52) is arranged on the cylinder frame (51), and the lifting rod (53) of the cylinder frame (51) extends into the tank body (32) through the tank cover (31) and is connected with the scraper (54).

The vertical centrifuge capable of automatically discharging impurities as claimed in claim 1, wherein the limiting assembly (7) comprises a limiting rod (71), a positioning column (72), a limiting bar (73) and a side lever (74), a groove for accommodating the tank body (32) and the power box (21) is formed in the top of the base (1), the impurity discharging pipe (36) and the liquid discharging pipe (35) penetrate through the base (1), one end of the side lever (74) is fixed to the inner wall of the liquid discharging pipe (35), the other end of the side lever (74) is connected with the limiting rod (71), the limiting rod (71) penetrates into the centrifugal inner container (33) and is fixed to the positioning column (72), the limiting bar (73) is fixed to two symmetrical side faces of the positioning column (72), and the limiting bar (73) extends downwards along the positioning column (72).

The vertical centrifuge of claim 5, wherein the discharge channel automatic opening and closing assembly (8) comprises a closed ring (81), a limiting ring (82) and a spring (83), a section of thread is arranged on the inner wall of the centrifugal inner container (33), the inner wall of the centrifugal inner container (33) on the upper side and the lower side of the thread is smooth, and the limiting ring (82) is fixed on the smooth side of the lower side of the centrifugal inner container (33);
the sealing ring (81) is an annular component with a trapezoidal section, wherein the outer peripheral surface of the sealing ring (81) is provided with threads, the inner peripheral surface of the sealing ring (81) is provided with a notch (811) for inserting the limiting strip (73), and a spring (83) is fixed between the sealing ring (81) and the limiting ring (82).

The vertical centrifuge of claim 6, wherein the screw thread of the centrifugal inner container (33) is engaged with the screw thread of the closing ring (81), and the distance between the lowest end of the screw thread of the centrifugal inner container (33) and the limiting ring (82) is larger than the height of the outer edge of the closing ring (81);
the lowest end of the screw thread of the centrifugal inner container (33) is flush with the lowest end of the positioning column (72), and the lowest end of the limiting strip (73) is flush with the upper surface of the limiting ring (82).

The vertical centrifuge of claim 4, wherein the cylinder frame (51) is provided with through holes comprising an upper circular groove and a lower circular groove, the upper circular groove and the lower circular groove are communicated with each other, the diameter of the upper circular groove is larger than that of the lower circular groove, the rotary bearing is embedded in the upper circular groove, the cylinder (52) is connected with the rotary bearing, and the lifting rod (53) passes through the lower circular groove.

The vertical centrifuge capable of automatically discharging impurities as claimed in claim 1, wherein the centrifugal inner container (33) is rotated forward, the sealing ring (81) moves upward along the limiting strip (73), the spring (83) is elongated until the threads of the centrifugal inner container (33) and the sealing ring (81) are separated, the sealing ring (81) is positioned at the upper smooth part under the pulling of the spring (83), and the sealing ring (81) and the positioning column (72) separate the centrifugal inner container (33) and are used for preventing materials from directly flowing out of the impurity discharging pipe (36) during the rotation and centrifugation of the centrifugal inner container (33);
the centrifugal inner container (33) rotates reversely, the sealing ring (81) is pulled by the spring (83), the sealing ring (81) is meshed with the threads of the centrifugal inner container (33), the sealing ring (81) moves downwards, the spring (83) is slowly compressed until the sealing ring (81) moves to the smooth position of the lower side, the sealing ring (81) is positioned at the extending position of the limiting strip (73), and the sealing ring (81) and the positioning column (72) are staggered for discharging impurities from the impurity discharge pipe (36) after the scraping blade (54) and the impurities on the inner wall of the centrifugal inner container (33) are scraped.
