Description

High-flow oxygen inhalation combination device for preventing generation of bioaerosol
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of breathing apparatuses, in particular to a high-flow oxygen inhalation combined device for preventing generation of biological aerosol.
Background
The new coronary pneumonia is mainly manifested by fever, hypodynamia and dry cough, and severe patients rapidly progress to acute respiratory distress syndrome, septic shock, metabolic acidosis which is difficult to correct and blood coagulation dysfunction. The transnasal high-flow oxygen therapy has unique advantages in improving the hypoxia symptoms of patients, carrying out effective respiratory support and reducing the fatality rate. At present, the nasal high-flow oxygen therapy is clinically used by supplying oxygen through a disposable nasal oxygen tube; but readily produce bioaerosols. When the old bedridden patient is in a supine position, the old bedridden patient is used to open mouth to breathe, so that the lower jaw is opened; is not beneficial to oxygen inhalation and affects the oxygen therapy effect. The conventional oxygen inhalation device has the following defects when in use: 1. the common oxygen inhalation mask has no pressure reducing device, and the edge texture is hard, so that the skin of the pressed part of a long-term wearer is easy to break. 2. The prior various oxygen inhalation masks used clinically have no open pore design of a nasal part indwelling catheter. Most of the elderly bedridden patients are kept in nasogastric and nasointestinal tubes to improve the nutritional status or perform gastrointestinal decompression to relieve the abdominal signs. Therefore, when the existing oxygen mask is used, the mask is generally directly worn on the mouth and nose of a patient, the edge of the mask is extremely easy to extrude various nasal drainage tubes on the face of the patient, the skin at the position where the tube is arranged on the catheter is damaged, and meanwhile, the mask cannot be completely attached to the face of the patient, so that the oxygen therapy effect is influenced. 3. For the elderly patients who are treated in the new crown, the sputum resolving medicine needs to be inhaled in an atomizing mode to help sputum to be discharged. The existing atomization inhaler is not matched with the high-flow oxygen inhalation nasal catheter, the oxygen nasal catheter needs to be taken down to replace the atomizer, the skin is easily damaged by repeated traction, and the workload is increased to a certain extent.
