After the host 1 is started, the host 1 performs air draft treatment on the collection box 2 and the air inlet 102, so that the air pressure P1 in the host 1 is smaller than the air pressure P2 in the collection box 2 and smaller than the air pressure P3 outside the air inlet 102, and therefore animal hair and air on the ground surface enter the collection box 2 through the air inlet 102; that is, the main body 1 drives hair and air into the collecting box 2 through the air inlet 102. Finally, the air filtered by the first filter screen 21 enters the main machine 1 through the first air duct 11, and is discharged to the outside of the main machine 1.
Because the air inlet 102 is not arranged opposite to the first air duct 11 and the first filter screen 21, air and animal hair will perform a swirling motion after entering the collecting box 2, that is, the animal hair will not be directly adsorbed to the first filter screen 21, so that the first filter screen 21 is not easily blocked.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the collecting box 2 further includes a second filter 22, which is the same as the first filter 21, in the present invention, the second filter 22 is preferably made of a metal filter, and the material of the second filter can be adjusted according to the use requirement, and the material of the second filter is not limited herein. The second filter 22 is arranged at the bottom of the collecting box 2 and is positioned at one side of the outlet of the air inlet 102; that is, the second filter 22 is perpendicular to the direction in which the first filter 21 is disposed. The host computer 1 is provided with a second air duct 12 near the collecting box 2, the second air duct 12 comprises two parts, the first part is a gap between the bottom of the collecting box 2 and the upper surface of the bottom plate of the host computer 1, and the second part is a guide channel 13 communicated with the gap. The guide channel 13 is a 90-degree pipe with an excessive arc. The device can be a plurality of pipes in parallel or a single pipe, and the device can play a role in communicating the negative pressure area of the host machine. Finally, the air filtered by the second filter 22 enters the main machine 1 through the second air duct 12, and is discharged to the outside of the main machine 1.
Through additionally arranging the second filter screen 22, air in the inner space of the collecting box can generate shunt when respectively entering the first filter screen and the second filter screen, and hair and dust on the first filter screen are not easy to deposit due to the convolution generated after the air flows are contacted with each other, so that after the host 1 is started, animal hair, air, dust and the like entering the collecting box 2 cannot easily block the first filter screen 21 and the second filter screen 22 under the mutual convection action of the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12, and finally the animal hair and dust can stay at a part without air convection and gradually converge towards the outlet of the air inlet 102. The invention effectively prolongs the time for replacing the collecting box 2 and the filter cover therein and reduces the use cost.
Through use verification, more than 95% of the space in the collecting box 2 in the collector can be used for collecting animal hair and dust, and the traditional collector can only collect about 50% of animal hair and dust, namely the collector disclosed by the invention can enlarge the volume utilization rate of the collecting box 2.
In addition, the collecting box 2 is connected to the host 1 through a clamping structure as shown in fig. 4, where the clamping structure at least includes a first clamping block 31 and a first clamping groove 32. The number of the first latch 31 and the first card slot 32 includes, but is not limited to, one, and preferably two are symmetrically arranged along the symmetry axis of the main unit 1 in the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the first latch 31 is disposed at one end of the second air duct 12 and near the first air duct 11, that is, the first latch 31 is disposed at a corner of the second air duct 12 and the first air duct 11. As shown in fig. 4, the first engaging groove 32 is disposed at one end of the second filter 22 and close to the first filter 21, that is, the first engaging groove 32 is disposed at a corner of the second filter 22 and the filter housing 21, and the first engaging groove 32 corresponds to and matches the first engaging block 31. After the first clamping block 31 is clamped with the first clamping groove 32, the collecting box 2 is fixed in the positions of the host 1 in the directions of the X axis (the length direction of the host 1) and the Y axis (the width direction of the host 1).
Further, the clamping structure further includes a second clamping block 33 and a second clamping groove 34. The second block 33 is disposed above the first air duct 11, and the second engaging groove 34 is disposed above the first filter screen 21, and corresponds to and matches the second block 33. The number of the second locking blocks 33 and the second locking grooves 34 includes, but is not limited to, one, and preferably, one second locking block 33 and one second locking groove 34 are arranged above the first air duct 11 and the first filter 21 respectively. On the basis of the joint of the first clamping block 31 and the first clamping groove 32, the second clamping block 33 is connected with the second clamping groove 34 in a clamped mode, the collecting box 2 is fixed in position in the Y-axis direction of the host 1 (in the height direction of the host 1), and the collecting box 2 is guaranteed to be connected with the host 1 in a clamped mode and cannot fall off easily, so that the installation stability is guaranteed.
