Referring to fig. 8, a cleaning member 5 is correspondingly disposed on a pressing plate 45, the cleaning member 5 includes four cleaning nozzles 51, a water inlet pipe 52 and a driving pump 53, the cleaning nozzles 51 are high-pressure nozzles, the cleaning nozzles 51 are elastically clamped in the pressing plate 45, one end of the water inlet pipe 52 is communicated with the four cleaning nozzles 51, the other end of the water inlet pipe 52 is connected with a water source, one end of the cleaning nozzle 51 far away from the water inlet pipe 52 is flush with one surface of the pressing plate 45, which is close to the filter plate 42, the driving pump 53 is fixedly connected to the water inlet pipe 52 through a flange, the driving pump 53 is a high-pressure water pump, and the driving pump 53 is used for conveying water to be sprayed out from the cleaning nozzles 51.
As an alternative embodiment, the cleaning heads 51 may be provided with two, three, four or five, and the number of cleaning heads 51 may be selected according to the size of the receiving chamber 411 divided by each baffle 46.
The implementation principle of the freeze-drying equipment for sea cucumbers in the embodiment of the application is as follows: the sea cucumber to be freeze-dried is placed on the feeding plate 23, the vibration motor 26 is started, the vibration motor 26 drives the feeding plate 23 to vibrate so as to disperse the sea cucumber on the feeding plate 23, the sea cucumber is paved, beaten and cleaned through the flattening roller 31, the sea cucumber pressing plate 45 and the cleaning spray nozzle 51, so that the sea cucumber keeps a good form before entering freeze-drying, the possibility of adhering sundries on the surface of the sea cucumber and adhering a plurality of sea cucumbers to each other is reduced, and the aesthetic property of the freeze-dried sea cucumber is improved; and brushing and collecting the freeze-dried sea cucumbers by a blanking brush 6, and finally packaging the collected freeze-dried sea cucumbers by an operator.

Claims (6)

1. A freeze-drying apparatus for sea cucumber, characterized by comprising:
the freeze dryer (1), the freeze dryer (1) is provided with a feed end (11) and a discharge end (12), and the freeze dryer (1) is used for freeze-drying sea cucumbers;
the conveying piece (2) is positioned at the feeding side of the freeze dryer (1) and is used for conveying sea cucumbers to the freeze dryer (1);
the flattening piece (3) is arranged above the conveying piece (2) and is used for flattening the sea cucumbers on the conveying piece (2);
transfer piece (4), set up between conveyer (2) and freeze dryer (1), transfer piece (4) include:
the material receiving box (41), the material receiving box (41) is rotationally connected with the conveying piece (2), a filter plate (42) is arranged in the material receiving box (41), the material receiving box (41) is divided into a material receiving cavity (411) and a water-proof cavity (412) by the filter plate (42), and the water-proof cavity (412) is communicated with the water discharging pipe (43) by the material receiving box (41)
The first driving device (44), the first driving device (44) is arranged on one side of the material receiving box (41), the first driving device (44) is used for driving the material receiving box (41) to rotate, openings are formed in one side, close to the conveying piece (2), of the material receiving box (41) and one side, far away from the first driving device (44), of the material receiving box (41), and one end, far away from the first driving device (44), of the material receiving box (41) can be located above the feeding end (11);
the ginseng pressing plate (45) is arranged in the material receiving box (41), is positioned above the filter plate (42) and is in sliding connection with the material receiving box (41), the ginseng pressing plate (45) can be close to or far away from the filter plate (42), a cleaning piece (5) is arranged on the ginseng pressing plate (45), and the cleaning piece (5) is used for cleaning sea cucumbers;
at least one baffle (46) is arranged in the material receiving box (41), and the baffle (46) divides the material receiving cavity (411);
each receiving cavity (411) is internally provided with a pressing parameter plate (45), one end, far away from the filter plate (42), of the pressing parameter plate (45) is provided with a second drive (47), the receiving box (41) is provided with a mounting frame (48), and one end, far away from the filter plate (42), of the second drive (47) is connected with the mounting frame (48);
each of the pressing plates (45) is provided with a cleaning piece (5), and the cleaning piece (5) comprises:
at least one cleaning nozzle (51), the cleaning nozzle (51) is positioned in the parameter pressing plate (45);
one end of the water inlet pipe (52) is communicated with the cleaning spray head (51), the other end of the water inlet pipe is connected with a water source, and one end of the cleaning spray head (51) far away from the water inlet pipe (52) is flush with one surface of the pressure parameter plate (45) close to the filter plate (42);
and a driving pump (53) arranged on the water inlet pipe (52), wherein the driving pump (53) is used for conveying water to be sprayed out of the cleaning spray head (51).
2. A freeze-drying apparatus for sea cucumber according to claim 1, characterized in that the conveyor (2) comprises:
the feeding plate (23), the feeding plate (23) is horizontally arranged at one side of the feeding end (11), and a base (27) is arranged below the feeding plate (23);
the telescopic rod (24), one end of the telescopic rod (24) is connected with the feeding plate (23), the other end is connected with the base (27), and the telescopic direction is the same as the height direction of the feeding plate (23);
the spring (25), one end of the spring (25) is connected with the feeding plate (23), the other end is connected with the base (27), the compression direction of the spring (25) is the same as the expansion direction of the expansion link (24);
and the vibration motor (26), and the vibration motor (26) is connected with the feeding plate (23).
