Abstract
The invention discloses a process for realizing consistent color in an external light mode and an internal light mode, which relates to the technical field of property display of an advertising lamp box, and adopts the technical scheme that: the method comprises the following specific steps: s1, performing UV color-white printing on a material, printing a base color, printing a layer of white ink to cover color ink, and printing the uppermost color; s2, making the picture of the top color and the bottom color into two files with the same content and marking the file names of the upper file and the lower file; s3, setting the file transparency of the lower file, wherein the lower file is used as a transparency adjusting file, and the transparency can be slightly adjusted according to the actual situation; s4, based on the semi-permeability of the light of the semi-permeable material and the superposition of the double-layer semi-permeable effect of the white ink, the yellowing phenomenon of the white basic color is generated, and the process beneficial effects of consistent color in an external light mode and an internal light mode are as follows: the material product printed by the invention has the same color as that observed by backlight lighting at daytime and night.

s3, setting the file transparency of the lower file, wherein the lower file is used as a transparency adjusting file, and the transparency can be slightly adjusted according to the actual situation;
s4, a yellowing phenomenon is generated on a white basic color due to the fact that a double-layer semi-permeable effect is superposed together based on the semi-permeability of light of the semi-permeable material and the white ink, and therefore a value of yellowing in white of a lower file is set;
and S5, printing the transparency of the upper file as 100, and taking the upper file as a hue adjusting layer.

4. A process according to claim 1, wherein in S4, the value of the yellowing in the white color of the lower document is set to be between 20 and 30.
