1. acquiring a second reference scientific research project record after the content simplification operation; configuring a scientific research project progress monitoring strategy of a target to be configured based on teaching centralized control management through the first reference scientific research project record, the significant keywords of the first reference scientific research project record and the second reference scientific research project record; and the target is used for tracking project progress based on a scientific research project progress monitoring strategy of teaching centralized control management.

The method of claim 1, wherein the second reference scientific project record comprises: a second positive example scientific research project record covering the target project theme in the scientific research project operation log; the method further comprises the following steps: determining salient keywords for the second aggressive example scientific research project record, wherein the salient keywords for each set of second aggressive example scientific research project records comprise: the distribution condition labels and semantic distinguishing labels of the target project topics in the scientific research project records;
the configuring of the scientific research project progress monitoring strategy of the target to be configured based on the teaching centralized control management through the first reference scientific research project record, the significant keywords of the first reference scientific research project record and the second reference scientific research project record comprises the following steps:
