Claims (10)

1. A digital twin operation information analysis method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
collecting physical information of the operation machine;
transmitting the physical information to a digital twin cloud platform and a virtual simulation platform;
simulating according to the physical information through the virtual simulation platform to determine simulation information;
transmitting the simulation information to a digital twin cloud platform;
and determining the operation information of the operation machine according to the physical information and the simulation information through the digital twin cloud platform.
2. The digital twin operation information analysis method according to claim 1, wherein the determining simulation information by performing simulation by the virtual simulation platform according to the physical information includes:
generating a simulation model according to the type of the physical information through a virtual simulation platform;
and inputting the numerical value of the physical information into the simulation model through a virtual simulation platform to obtain simulation information.
3. The digital twin work information analysis method according to claim 1, wherein the determining, by the digital twin cloud platform, the work information of the work machine from the physical information and the simulation information includes:
performing data fusion on the physical information and the simulation information through a digital twin cloud platform to obtain fusion information;
and inputting the fusion information into a preset model through a digital twin cloud platform for data analysis to determine the operation information of the operation machine.
4. The digital twin operation information analysis method according to claim 3, wherein after the determining, by the digital twin cloud platform, the operation information of the operation machine from the physical information and the simulation information, further comprises:
packaging the operation information according to a preset format and a preset interface to generate packaged operation information;
generating a visual operation information page according to the packaging operation information;
and sending the visual operation information page to the operation machine and/or the virtual simulation platform.
5. A digital twin job information analysis device, comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring physical information of the operation machine;
the simulation unit is used for performing simulation according to the physical information through the virtual simulation platform to determine simulation information;
the transmission unit is used for transmitting the physical information to the digital twin cloud platform and the virtual simulation platform; transmitting the simulation information to a digital twin cloud platform;
and the analysis unit is used for determining the operation information of the operation machine according to the physical information and the simulation information through the digital twin cloud platform.
6. A digital twin job information analysis system, comprising: the system comprises a data transmission device, a virtual simulation platform, a digital twin cloud platform and a data acquisition device connected with the operation machine;
the data acquisition equipment is used for acquiring physical information of the operation machine;
the data transmission equipment is used for transmitting the physical information to the digital twin cloud platform and the virtual simulation platform;
the virtual simulation platform is used for carrying out simulation according to the physical information and determining simulation information; transmitting the simulation information to a digital twin cloud platform through the data transmission device;
and the digital twin cloud platform is used for determining the operation information of the operation machine according to the physical information and the simulation information.
7. The digital twin job information analysis system of claim 6, wherein the virtual simulation platform is specifically configured to:
generating a simulation model according to the type of the physical information;
and inputting the numerical value of the physical information into the simulation model to obtain simulation information.
8. The digital twin job information analysis system of claim 6, wherein the digital twin cloud platform is specifically configured to:
carrying out data fusion on the physical information and the simulation information to obtain fusion information;
and inputting the fusion information into a preset model to perform data analysis to determine the operation information of the operation machine.
9. The digital twin job information analysis system of claim 8, wherein the digital twin cloud platform is further configured to:
packaging the operation information according to a preset format and a preset interface to generate packaged operation information;
generating a visual operation information page according to the packaging operation information;
and sending the visual operation information page to the operation machine and/or the virtual simulation platform.
10. A working machine characterized by comprising the digital twin work information analysis system according to any one of claims 6 to 9 for analyzing work information of the working machine.
