extracting a conference screen click feature according to the video conference history list, wherein the conference screen click feature comprises a click region and click frequency;
when the click frequency meets a preset frequency, judging whether the click region meets a preset region or not;
if yes, setting the clicking area as the inertia clicking feature area;
and adding the inertia click feature area into the conference behavior feature.
Further, the display position optimization module 17 is further configured to:
traversing the conference file display sequence based on the video conference tool to generate a display area feature sequence, wherein the display area feature sequence corresponds to the conference flow information one by one;
traversing the display area feature sequence, and judging whether the display area features meet a preset area;
and if so, generating the display optimization result according to the video conference tool, the conference file sequence and the inertia click feature area.
Further, the display position optimization module 17 is further configured to:
if the display area characteristics do not meet the preset area, carrying out importance assessment on the video conference tools according to the conference flow information and sequencing the video conference tools to obtain sequencing results of the video conference tools;
extracting a second preset number of video conference tools from the video conference tool sequencing result;
and generating the display optimization result according to the second preset number of video conference tools, the conference file sequence and the inertia click feature area.
Further, the display position optimization module 17 is further configured to:
acquiring late frequency characteristics and late duration characteristics according to the conference behavior characteristics;
constructing a first coordinate axis based on the late frequency and constructing a second coordinate axis based on the late time length;
generating a tardy evaluation coordinate system according to the first coordinate axis and the second coordinate axis;
inputting the late frequency characteristic and the late time length characteristic into the late degree evaluation coordinate system to obtain late degree coordinates;
when the late arrival degree coordinates meet a preset coordinate area, generating a late arrival reminding tag to identify corresponding participants, and acquiring late arrival reminding identification information;
and carrying out a participant reminding according to the late reminding identification information.

Claims (5)

1. A management method for improving efficiency of a video conference, the method comprising:
acquiring a video conference basic attribute, wherein the video conference basic attribute comprises conference theme information and conference flow information;
matching a video conference tool according to the conference subject information;
traversing the participant list and matching the video conference history list;
performing behavior feature extraction on the participant list by traversing the video conference history list to obtain conference behavior features, wherein the conference behavior features comprise inertia click feature areas;
uploading a conference file set through the participant list;
carrying out serialization adjustment on the conference file set according to the conference flow information to obtain a conference file display sequence;
according to the inertia click feature area, performing display position optimization on the conference file display sequence and the video conference tool to obtain a display optimization result, and developing a video conference based on the display optimization result;
according to the conference theme information, matching a video conference tool, including:
when the preset updating period is met, uploading a plurality of groups from the first sub-library, the second sub-library to the N sub-library: conference theme-video conference tool data;
according to the plurality of groups: updating a video conference tool cloud matching database by conference theme-video conference tool data;
inputting the conference theme information into the video conference tool cloud matching database to acquire the video conference tool;
the step of traversing the video conference history record list to extract behavior characteristics of the participant list and obtain conference behavior characteristics, wherein the conference behavior characteristics comprise inertia click characteristic areas and comprise the following steps:
extracting a conference screen click feature according to the video conference history list, wherein the conference screen click feature comprises a click region and click frequency;
when the click frequency meets a preset frequency, judging whether the click region meets a preset region or not;
if yes, setting the clicking area as the inertia clicking feature area;
adding the inertia click feature area into the conference behavior feature;
according to the inertia click feature area, performing display position optimization on the conference file display sequence and the video conference tool to obtain a display optimization result, including:
traversing the conference file display sequence based on the video conference tool to generate a display area feature sequence, wherein the display area feature sequence corresponds to the conference flow information one by one;
traversing the display area feature sequence, and judging whether the display area features meet a preset area;
and if so, generating the display optimization result according to the video conference tool, the conference file sequence and the inertia click feature area.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the inputting the meeting topic information into the video conferencing tool cloud matching database, obtaining a video conferencing tool, further comprises:
inputting the conference theme information into the cloud matching database of the video conference tool, acquiring the video conference tool, and acquiring an initial matching video conference tool;
traversing the initial matching video conference tool to obtain the selection frequency of the initial matching video conference tool;
sorting the initial matching video conference tools from large to small according to the selected frequency to obtain a sorting result;
selecting a preset number of initial matching video conference tools according to the sorting result, adding the initial matching video conference tools into a display bar tool list, and adding the rest of the initial matching video conference tools into a hidden bar tool list;
and generating the video conference tool according to the display bar tool list and the hidden bar tool list.
3. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
if the display area characteristics do not meet the preset area, carrying out importance assessment on the video conference tools according to the conference flow information and sequencing the video conference tools to obtain sequencing results of the video conference tools;
extracting a second preset number of video conference tools from the video conference tool sequencing result;
and generating the display optimization result according to the second preset number of video conference tools, the conference file sequence and the inertia click feature area.
4. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring late frequency characteristics and late duration characteristics according to the conference behavior characteristics;
constructing a first coordinate axis based on the late frequency and constructing a second coordinate axis based on the late time length;
generating a tardy evaluation coordinate system according to the first coordinate axis and the second coordinate axis;
inputting the late frequency characteristic and the late time length characteristic into the late degree evaluation coordinate system to obtain late degree coordinates;
