An anti-freezing gas water heater comprises a main control board, a water inlet, a water flow sensor, a water pump, a hot water outlet, a temperature sensor, a switching electromagnetic valve, an anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve, a water discharging electromagnetic valve, a water storing buffer tank, an electricity storage controller and a storage battery, wherein the switching electromagnetic valve, the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve and the water discharging electromagnetic valve are connected with the main control board; the hot water outlet pipe is communicated with the water storage buffer tank through a straight pipe of a first three-way pipe fitting and an anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve, a branch pipe of the first three-way pipe fitting is communicated with a hot water outlet port through a straight pipe of a second three-way pipe fitting, the branch pipe is communicated with the water storage buffer tank, and a drainage electromagnetic valve is communicated with the water storage buffer tank; when the environment is low temperature and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is low in a city power failure, shutdown or standby state, automatic drainage and antifreezing are performed; and the phenomenon that the temperature rise value is too high when the water is restarted and stopped after the full-power work is also prevented.

In the prior art, chinese patent 201220358350.1 discloses a drainage anti-freezing device for a gas water heater, which includes a controller, a tee body, a drainage electromagnetic valve disposed on the tee body, and at least two water flow channels communicated with the tee body and capable of being switched with each other, wherein the drainage electromagnetic valve is electrically connected to the controller. There are problems in that: after the gas water heater is used, water in the gas water heater and the water pipe is automatically or semi-automatically discharged, and water resources are wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is: the anti-freezing gas water heater has the characteristics of preventing freezing and preventing the temperature rise value of water cut from being too high.

the switch electromagnetic valve, the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve and the drainage electromagnetic valve are connected with the main control board, the electricity storage controller is connected with the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve, the drainage electromagnetic valve and the storage battery, and the electricity storage controller is connected with the main control board; the hot water outlet pipe is communicated with the water storage buffer tank through a straight pipe of a first three-way pipe fitting and an anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve, a branch pipe of the first three-way pipe fitting is communicated with a hot water outlet port through a straight pipe of a second three-way pipe fitting, a branch pipe is communicated with the water storage buffer tank, and a drainage electromagnetic valve is communicated with the water storage buffer tank;
when the mains supply is suddenly powered off or shut down, the water temperature detected by the temperature sensor is lower than 5 ℃, the electricity storage controller enables the storage battery to supply power for the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve and the drainage electromagnetic valve, and residual water of the heat exchanger is discharged through the hot water outlet pipe, the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve, the water storage buffer tank and the drainage electromagnetic valve; the power storage controller supplies power in a delayed manner;
after the full-power stop work, when the water outlet temperature exceeds a set value and the water outlet temperature is started again, the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve is opened, part of hot water in the hot water outlet pipe enters the water storage buffer tank, and the other part of hot water in the hot water outlet pipe and the water in the water storage buffer tank enter the hot water outlet port to be mixed; when the outlet water temperature reaches a set value, the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve is closed.
The anti-freezing gas water heater is characterized in that: the switching electromagnetic valve, the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve and the drainage electromagnetic valve are power-off self-closing electromagnetic valves.
The anti-freezing gas water heater is characterized in that: in a standby state, when the temperature of the hot water outlet pipe is lower than 5 ℃, the main control board supplies power and drains water for the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve and the drainage electromagnetic valve.
The anti-freezing gas water heater adopts the structure, so that water is automatically drained and anti-freezing when the environment is low in temperature and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is low in a city power failure, shutdown or standby state; and the phenomenon that the temperature rise value is too high when the water is cut off after the full-power work is avoided.

the anti-freezing and anti-scalding water storage device further comprises a switch electromagnetic valve 10, an anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve 11, a water discharge electromagnetic valve 12, a water storage buffer tank 13, an electricity storage controller 14 and a storage battery, wherein the electricity storage controller 14 controls charging and discharging of the storage battery.
The switch electromagnetic valve 10, the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve 11 and the drainage electromagnetic valve 12 are connected with a main control board, the electricity storage controller 14 is connected with the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve 11, the drainage electromagnetic valve 12 and the storage battery, and the electricity storage controller 14 is connected with the main control board; a hot water outlet pipe of the heat exchanger 3 is communicated with a water storage buffer tank 13 through a straight pipe of a first three-way pipe fitting and an anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve 11, a branch pipe of the first three-way pipe fitting is communicated with a hot water outlet port 8 through a straight pipe of a second three-way pipe fitting, a branch pipe is communicated with the water storage buffer tank 13, and a water drainage electromagnetic valve 12 is communicated with the water storage buffer tank 13;
the switching solenoid valve 10 is closed in a shutdown state or a power failure state; in the standby state, the switching solenoid valve 10 is in the on state;
the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve 11 and the drainage electromagnetic valve 12 are in a closed state in a normal state;
when the mains supply is suddenly powered off or shut down, the temperature of water detected by the temperature sensor 8 is lower than 5 ℃, the power storage controller 14 enables the storage battery to supply power for the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve 11 and the drainage electromagnetic valve 12, and residual water of the heat exchanger 3 is discharged through the hot water outlet pipe, the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve 11, the water storage buffer tank 13 and the drainage electromagnetic valve 12; the power storage controller 14 delays power supply, and when the delay time is exceeded, the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve 11 and the drainage electromagnetic valve 12 are powered off and closed;
after the full-power stop work, when the water temperature of the hot water outlet port exceeds a set value during the restart, the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve 11 is opened, part of hot water in the hot water outlet pipe enters the water storage and anti-scalding tank 13, and the other part of hot water in the hot water outlet pipe and water in the water storage buffer tank 13 enter the hot water outlet port 8 to be mixed; when the outlet water temperature reaches a set value, the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve 11 is closed; the national standard stipulates that the operation is carried out after 1 minute after the stop, and the measured highest temperature value of the hot water is reduced by the set hot water temperature value, namely the water-cut temperature rise value.
The switching electromagnetic valve 10, the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve 11 and the drainage electromagnetic valve 12 are electromagnetic valves when power is off and closed automatically.
In a standby state, when the temperature of the hot water outlet pipe 8 is lower than 5 ℃, the main control panel 1 supplies power and drains water for the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve 11 and the drainage electromagnetic valve 12.

the switch electromagnetic valve, the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve and the drainage electromagnetic valve are connected with the main control board, the electricity storage controller is connected with the anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve, the drainage electromagnetic valve and the storage battery, and the electricity storage controller is connected with the main control board; the hot water outlet pipe is communicated with the water storage buffer tank through a straight pipe of a first three-way pipe fitting and an anti-freezing and anti-scalding electromagnetic valve, a branch pipe of the first three-way pipe fitting is communicated with a hot water outlet port through a straight pipe of a second three-way pipe fitting, the branch pipe is communicated with the water storage buffer tank, and a drainage electromagnetic valve is communicated with the water storage buffer tank;
