Step S102: according to the refrigerant detection result, the opening and closing of the outdoor liquid pipe valve 11, the outdoor air pipe valve 12, the indoor liquid pipe valve 21 and the indoor air pipe valve 22 are selectively controlled to realize the refrigerant leakage control of the air conditioner.

Through the configuration mode, the embodiment of the invention can timely and effectively detect the refrigerant leakage while the operation of the air conditioner is not affected, and realize corresponding refrigerant leakage control according to the refrigerant detection result, thereby effectively avoiding the safety risk problem caused by refrigerant leakage.
Step S102 is further described below.
In one implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, step S102 may further include the following steps S1021 to S1023:
step S1021: the obtained refrigerant detection result is the number of refrigerant detectors 23 in which refrigerant leakage occurs.
In the present embodiment, the number of refrigerant detectors 23 in which refrigerant leakage occurs can be counted as the refrigerant detection result.
Step S1022: when the number is smaller than or equal to the first preset number, the indoor air pipe valve 22 and the indoor liquid pipe valve 21 on the indoor unit 2 corresponding to the refrigerant detector 23 for controlling the occurrence of refrigerant leakage are closed.
In the present embodiment, when the occurrence of refrigerant leakage is detected, the indoor air pipe valve 22 and the indoor liquid pipe valve 21 on the indoor unit 2 in which refrigerant leakage occurs may be closed first. The person skilled in the art can set the value of the first preset number according to the needs of the practical application.
In one embodiment, the first preset number may be 2.
In one embodiment, after step S1022, step S1024 and step S1025 may further be included:
step S1024: and when the number is smaller than or equal to the second preset number, acquiring a second detection result of the refrigerant detector 23 with the refrigerant leakage again at intervals of the first preset time, and controlling the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner according to the second detection result.
In the present embodiment, the number of refrigerant detectors 23 detecting the refrigerant leakage may be compared with a second preset number, and if the number is smaller than the second preset number, the detection result of the refrigerant detectors 23 having the refrigerant leakage may be obtained again at intervals of the first preset time. The person skilled in the art can set the values of the second preset number and the first preset time according to the needs of the practical application.
In one embodiment, the second preset number may be 1.
In one embodiment, step S1024 may further include step S10241 and step S10242:
step S10241: and when the second detection result is that the refrigerant leakage does not occur, controlling the air conditioner to continue to operate according to the current operation state.
Step S10242: and when the second detection result is that the refrigerant leakage occurs, performing refrigerant leakage control of the air conditioner according to the operation mode of the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, if the second detection result after the first preset time interval indicates that no refrigerant leakage occurs, it is indicated that only the current indoor unit 2 has refrigerant leakage, and the indoor air pipe valve 22 and the indoor liquid pipe valve 21 of the current indoor unit 2 are closed to control refrigerant leakage. If the second detection result after the first preset time interval is that the refrigerant leakage still exists, it is indicated that the refrigerant leakage exists in the current indoor unit 2 or the refrigerant liquid pipe 4 or the refrigerant air pipe 3 connected with the current indoor unit 2, and then the refrigerant leakage control needs to be further performed according to the operation mode of the air conditioner.
Step S1025: and when the number is greater than the second preset number and smaller than or equal to the first preset number, controlling the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner according to the operation mode of the air conditioner.
In the embodiment, when the number of the refrigerant detectors 23 having refrigerant leakage is greater than the first preset number and less than or equal to the second preset number, the refrigerant leakage control may be performed according to the operation mode of the air conditioner.
In one embodiment, the operation mode may include a cooling mode and a heating mode, and the step of "performing refrigerant leakage control according to the operation mode of the air conditioner" may further include:
when the operation mode of the air conditioner is a refrigeration mode, the outdoor liquid pipe valve 11 and the outdoor air pipe valve 12 are controlled to realize refrigerant recovery, and then the air conditioner is controlled to stop;
when the operation mode of the air conditioner is a heating mode, after the air conditioner is controlled to be switched to a refrigerating mode, the outdoor liquid pipe valve 11 and the outdoor air pipe valve 12 are controlled to realize refrigerant recovery, and then the air conditioner is controlled to stop.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner is in the cooling mode, the outdoor liquid pipe valve 11 and the outdoor air pipe valve 12 can be controlled to recover the refrigerant; when the air conditioner is in a heating mode, the air conditioner can be converted into a refrigerating mode, and then the refrigerant is recovered by controlling the outdoor liquid pipe valve 11 and the outdoor air pipe valve 12. After the refrigerant is recovered, the air conditioner can be controlled to stop.
In one embodiment, refrigerant recovery is achieved by:
firstly, controlling the outdoor liquid pipe valve 11 to be closed; after the compressor of the air conditioner is controlled to perform the frequency-raising operation for a second preset time, the outdoor air pipe valve 12 is controlled to be closed, so that refrigerant recovery is realized. That is, when the refrigerant leakage amount is small, refrigerant may be recovered first, so that the refrigerant may flow into the outdoor unit 1 of the air conditioner more.
Step S1023: when the number is larger than the first preset number, the outdoor liquid pipe valve 11 and the outdoor air pipe valve 12 on the outdoor unit 1 are controlled to be closed, and then the air conditioner is controlled to stop.
In one implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, different fault alarms may be sent according to the number of refrigerant detectors 23 with refrigerant leakage as the refrigerant detection result:
when the number is smaller than or equal to a second preset number, a first fault prompt is sent out;
when the number is smaller than or equal to a second preset number and the second detection result is that refrigerant leakage occurs, a second fault prompt is sent out;
when the number is larger than the second preset number and smaller than the first preset number, a second fault reminder is sent out;
and when the number is greater than or equal to the first preset number, a third fault prompt is sent out.
Specifically, the first preset number may be 2, and the second preset number may be 1. When the number of the refrigerant detectors 23 detecting refrigerant leakage is 1, a first fault notification, namely "refrigerant leakage exists in one indoor unit", can be sent out; when the number of the refrigerant detectors 23 detecting the refrigerant leakage is 1 and the second detection result after the first preset time interval is still that the refrigerant leakage occurs, a second fault prompt is sent out, namely 'the refrigerant leakage occurs in one indoor unit or a refrigerant liquid pipe or a refrigerant gas pipe connected with the indoor unit'; when the number of the refrigerant detectors 23 detecting the refrigerant leakage is greater than or equal to 2, a third fault notification is sent out, namely, refrigerant leakage exists in more than two indoor units.
In one embodiment, when the operation mode of the indoor unit 2 is not the cooling mode or the heating mode, the indoor air pipe valve 22 and the indoor liquid pipe valve 21 of the indoor unit 2 are both controlled to be closed.
In the present embodiment, when the indoor unit 2 is not operating in the cooling mode or the heating mode, both the indoor air pipe valve 22 and the indoor liquid pipe valve 21 of the indoor unit 2 may be closed to reduce the refrigerant flow noise in the indoor unit 2.
It should be noted that, although the foregoing embodiments describe the steps in a specific order, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that, in order to achieve the effects of the present invention, the steps are not necessarily performed in such an order, and may be performed simultaneously (in parallel) or in other orders, and these variations are within the scope of the present invention.
Further, the invention also provides a refrigerant leakage control system.
