After detection, the abnormal operation of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is caused by the miswiring of a plurality of four-way valves of the air conditioning system, and corresponding prevention and detection means are not carried out in the program of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner aiming at the problem, so that the air conditioning system can not be normally heated and operated after an installer of the air conditioning system has wrong wiring of an air conditioning line. Specifically, in the prior art, four-way valves of an air conditioning system are respectively connected with signal lines for control, for example, a first signal line is connected with a first four-way valve, a second signal line is connected with a second four-way valve, and once the four-way valves are miswired, the first signal line is connected with the second four-way valve, so that signals cannot correctly control the corresponding four-way valves, which causes that an indoor unit of the air conditioner cannot normally heat, and further seriously affects the operation of the air conditioning system.

and when the inlet pipe temperature of the air-conditioning indoor unit is less than or equal to the ambient temperature and the outlet pipe temperature of the air-conditioning indoor unit is less than or equal to the ambient temperature, the air-conditioning indoor unit does not normally operate.
Referring to fig. 2, the temperature of the inlet pipe of the indoor unit of the air conditioner and the temperature of the outlet pipe of the indoor unit of the air conditioner are respectively measured by a third temperature sensor 5 and a fourth temperature sensor 6 which are arranged on the refrigerant inlet and outlet pipe of the indoor unit of the air conditioner. In addition, whether the indoor unit 15 of the air conditioner is normally operated or not, that is, whether the indoor unit is normally heated or not may be determined in other manners, for example, by detecting the ambient temperatures before and after the indoor unit 15 of the air conditioner is turned on, and if the ambient temperature after the indoor unit 15 of the air conditioner is turned on is greater than the ambient temperature before the indoor unit 15 of the air conditioner is turned on, it can be said that the indoor unit 15 of the air conditioner is normally operated or normally heated, so the specific manner of determining whether the indoor unit 15 of the air conditioner is normally operated or not is not limited, and a person skilled in the art can set the method according to needs.
With continuing reference to fig. 6, further, after step S15, the control method further includes:
step S1621: if the difference value between the inlet temperature of the first coil pipe and the inlet temperature of the first condenser is less than or equal to a first preset temperature, sending a signal for electrifying the four-way valve to the first signal line, and sending a signal for electrifying the four-way valve to the second signal line;
step S1622: judging whether the indoor unit of the air conditioner operates normally again;
step S1623: when the indoor unit of the air conditioner normally operates, the information that the second signal line is connected with the first four-way valve, the information that the first signal line is connected with the second four-way valve and the information that the second four-way valve has faults are obtained.
Further, referring to fig. 2, if the difference between the inlet temperature of the first coil and the inlet temperature of the first condenser is less than or equal to a first preset temperature, it is indicated that the second four-way valve 12 is not successfully switched, that is, the second four-way valve 12 is powered off, then a signal of powering on the four-way valve is sent to both the first signal line and the second signal line, whether the indoor unit 15 of the air conditioner is normally operated is re-determined, if the indoor unit 15 of the air conditioner is normally operated, it is indicated that the powering on of the first four-way valve 16 is successfully switched, the second signal line is connected to the first four-way valve 16, and it can be known that the first signal line is connected to the second four-way valve 12, but since the signal of powering on the four-way valve is sent to the first signal line, the second four-way valve 12 is not switched, and it can be known that a fault occurs in the second four-way valve 12, and a technician needs to perform maintenance.
With continued reference to fig. 6, further, after step S1622, the control method further includes:
step S1624: when the air conditioner indoor unit does not normally operate; acquiring the inlet temperature of a second condenser and the inlet temperature of a second coil;
step S1625: if the difference value between the inlet temperature of the second coil pipe and the inlet temperature of the second condenser is larger than a first preset temperature, the information of the connection of a second signal line and a second four-way valve, the information of the connection of a first signal line and a first four-way valve and the information of the fault of the first four-way valve are obtained;
step S1626: and if the difference value between the inlet temperature of the second coil pipe and the inlet temperature of the second condenser is less than or equal to a first preset temperature, acquiring the information of the fault of the first four-way valve and the information of the fault of the second four-way valve.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 6, after the indoor unit 15 of the air conditioner is judged again to be normally operated, if the indoor unit 15 of the air conditioner is still not normally operated, the inlet temperature of the second condenser and the inlet temperature of the second coil are obtained, if the difference value between the inlet temperature of the second coil and the inlet temperature of the second condenser is greater than a first preset temperature, it is described that the second four-way valve 12 is successfully powered on and reversed, and then the information that the second signal line is connected with the second four-way valve 12 is obtained, and the information that the first signal line is connected with the first four-way valve 16 is obtained, and since the first four-way valve 16 is not reversed after the signal that the four-way valve is powered on is sent to the first signal line, it can be known that the first four-way valve 16 has a fault and needs to be maintained.
If the difference between the inlet temperature of the second coil and the inlet temperature of the second condenser is less than or equal to a first preset temperature, the first four-way valve 16 and the second four-way valve 12 are not reversed and are powered off, and the information of the fault of the first four-way valve 16 and the information of the fault of the second four-way valve 12 are obtained. Referring to fig. 4, the first four-way valve 16 is powered off, the second four-way valve 12 is powered off, the first four-way valve 16 is in dc communication, the second four-way valve 12 is in dc communication, the second four-way valve 16 is in es communication, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant discharged by the compressor 11 is liquefied after passing through the second four-way valve 12 and exchanging heat with the outdoor heat exchanger 13 in sequence, one part of the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant enters the indoor air conditioner 15, the other part of the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant enters the first refrigerant pipeline 2, the part of the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant entering the indoor air conditioner 15 absorbs heat and then returns to the compressor 11 through the first four-way valve 16, and part of the refrigerant entering the first refrigerant pipeline 2 returns to the compressor 11 through the second four-way valve 12 after passing through the second expansion valve 22 and the first heat exchanger 21.
It should be noted that the second condenser inlet temperature is measured by the first temperature sensor 3; the second coil inlet temperature is measured by a second temperature sensor 4.
In any of the above embodiments, after obtaining the connection information of the signal line and the four-way valve and the failure information of the four-way valve, the control method of the air conditioning system further includes the steps of:
correcting the stored instruction according to the obtained connection information of each signal line and each four-way valve;
and when the fault information of the first four-way valve or the second four-way valve is obtained, controlling the air-conditioning system to stop.
After the connection information of the signal wire and the four-way valve is obtained, the stored instruction is corrected according to the obtained connection information of the signal wire and the four-way valve, so that the subsequent instruction automatically changes the opening of the first four-way valve 16 into the opening of the second four-way valve 12, the air conditioning system can still normally operate after the four-way valve is wrongly wired, and the indoor unit 15 of the air conditioner and the floor heating system can normally work without influencing the use of users. In addition, when the failure information of the first four-way valve 16 or the second four-way valve 12 is obtained, the air conditioning system is controlled to stop, and the four-way valve is repaired and replaced according to the failure information.
It should be noted that after the connection information of the signal line and the four-way valve is obtained, a technician can perform manual correction to enable the air conditioning system to operate normally, and the technician in the field can set the correction according to needs.
