技术领域
本发明涉及力学超材料的吸能领域,特别涉及一种力学超材料单元及结构。
背景技术
力学超材料是指将特殊设计的结构单元,通过不同的排列组合周期性阵列得到的一种新型结构材料。该材料经过独特设计加之不同组合类型因此可以表现出与传统材料不同的力学性能,例如:负泊松比、负刚度以及负热膨胀等。传统的方法是改变材料的组成成分进而改变材料的属性;创新性的提出通过改变材料的结构获得新的材料性能,这为赋予材料新特性提供了一种新的方法。
吸能性能作为材料特性之一,是衡量材料优劣的重要因素。对于一般的材料而言其强度和密度是耦合在一起的,力学超材料的出现改变了这一固有的耦合关系,可以做出既有较高强度又是低密度的材料。目前工程中使用的吸能材料主要是泡沫金属、金属蜂窝等通过塑性变形实现能量的吸收,上述材料在塑性变形后不可恢复,降低了材料的利用率,同时吸能效果有待进一步提高。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种低密度,高比强度,同时在受载荷压缩过程中可以实现良好的吸能性能的力学超材料单元及结构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明一方面提供一种力学超材料单元,包括:第一边框和第二边框,所述第一边框和第二边框之间设置有多个支撑单元,所述支撑单元包括镜像设置的两个支撑件,所述支撑件包括两个竖直设置的第一竖板和第二竖板,所述第一竖板的一端与所述第一边框连接,所述第一竖板的另一端与倾斜设置的倾斜板的一端连接,所述倾斜板的另一端与第二竖板的一端连接,所述第二竖板的另一端与所述第二边框连接。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述第一边框与第二边框呈圆环形,且同轴心设置。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述第一边框与第二边框的内径、外径都相同。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述第一边框的外径小于所述第二边框的外径,所述第一边框的内径小于所述第二边框的内径。

本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:在本发明提供的力学超材料单元将原有的二维负刚度结构拓展到三维环形负刚度结构,并且通过将基底材料更换为金属材料进一步提高了结构的吸能能力,具有低密度,高比强度的特点,同时在受载荷压缩过程中可以实现良好的吸能性能。
另外,该力学超材料单元利用负刚度结构在压缩变形过程中具有平台区的特点,可以实现更大的形变量,同时负刚度结构在受载荷压缩后可自行恢复,使得结构具有可重复性,从而吸收更多的能量。
另外,本发明提供的力学超材料结构是由多层力学超材料单元叠加而成,这使得力学超材料结构在压缩过程中可以逐层变形,同时可以根据不同应用场景进行个性化设计,进一步拓宽了该力学超材料结构的应用范围。

参照图1-4,本实施例提供一种力学超材料单元,包括:第一边框1和第二边框3,第一边框1和第二边框3之间设置有多个支撑单元4,在本实施例中,多个支撑单元4沿第一边框1和第二边框3形成的空间周向设置,相邻的两个支撑单元4的相互连接,从而组成了中间倾斜梁结构2,中间倾斜横梁结构2起到支撑吸能的作用。
在另外一些实施例中,多个支撑单元4也是沿第一边框1和第二边框3形成的空间周向设置,但相邻的两个支撑单元4之间有间隙,即相邻的两个支撑单元4间隔一定的距离设置,这样也能够起到支撑以及吸能的作用,间隔的距离可以根据实际需求设定,本实施例不做具体限定。
进一步的,支撑单元4包括镜像设置的支撑件41和42,支撑件41和支撑件42的结构相同,故在此以支撑件41为例进行说明,支撑件41包括两个竖直设置的第一竖板411和第二竖板422,第一竖板411的一端与第一边框1连接,第一竖板411的另一端与倾斜设置的倾斜板412的一端连接,倾斜板412的另一端与第二竖板413的一端连接,第二竖板413的另一端与第二边框3连接。
在本实施例中,第一边框1与第二边框3呈圆环形,且同轴心设置。
在本实施例中,第一边框1与第二边框3的内径、外径都相同。
在另外一实施例中,第一边框1的外径小于第二边框3的外径,第一边框1的内径小于第二边框3的内径。
在本实施例中,第一边框1、第二边框3以及支撑单元4均由铝合金材料制成,但需要说明的是,本发明的保护范围不局限于此,还可以利用尼龙、树脂或者其他金属材料加工制作,这取决于不同的具体应用场景。
在本实施例中,力学超材料单元通过增材制造的方式即选择性激光熔融的加工方法加工而成,具有低密度,高比强度的特点,同时在受载荷压缩过程中可以实现良好的吸能性能。
参照图5,本实施例还提供一种力学超材料结构,包括多个上下依次排列而成的上述任意一实施例记载的力学超材料单元,由于力学超材料单元的具体结构在上述实施例中已经明确记载,故在此不再赘述。
另外需要说明的是,虽然本实施例中的;力学超材料结构为圆柱形,但本发明的保护范围不限于此,也可以是圆锥形或者圆台形。
在将本发明的圆环形力学超材料结构应用到缓冲吸能时,环形结构可以固定在需要位置,冲击力可以从第一边框1向下冲击,圆环形力学超材料结构在冲击的作用下被压缩,中间倾斜梁结构2会发生屈曲变形,这使得整个结构表现出负刚度特性,该特性不同于一般正刚度的应力-应变曲线,使应力-应变曲线出现了明显的峰和谷,此新特性大大增加了结构在压缩变形过程中的能量吸收能力。甚至通过调整结构的有关参数可以使该圆环结构具有单稳态和多稳态的特点。同时,按照所需要求可以设计环形的直径和支撑单元5的个数,从而实现所需的能量吸收能力。
参照图6,图6为本发明的圆环形力学超材料结构的力-位移曲线图,本实施例所采用的力学超材料结构中,第一边框1和第二边框3的内径为72mm,外径为82mm,厚度为2mm。中间倾斜梁结构2的组成单元支撑单元5的第一竖直板511和第二竖直板513的厚度为1.89mm,倾斜板512厚度为0.68mm。
同时,所选铝合金材料的密度为2.7g/cm3,杨氏模量约为70000MPa,泊松比为0.33。
通过有限元仿真软件Abaqus中CAE模块对圆环形力学超材料结构进行准静态压缩仿真测试,得到对应的力-位移曲线如图6所示,可以看到曲线中存在多个平台区,这使得整个结构的吸能能力大幅增强,经数学分析计算可得该结构在静态压缩20mm时可以实现117.88J的能量吸收。
参照图7,图7展示了本发明的圆环形力学超材料结构和普通蜂窝材料制成的圆环结构的能量吸收对比图。
根据图7所示,普通蜂窝材料制成的圆环结构的吸能量明显低于本发明提出的圆环形力学超材料结构,通过力-位移曲线积分可得两个不同结构的吸能量,经分析可知本发明提出的圆环形力学超材料结构的能量吸收比普通蜂窝结构提高了大约4倍。
由以上实验可以看出,本发明的力学超材料结构通过倾斜梁结构的设计,将原有的二维负刚度结构拓展到三维环形负刚度结构,并且通过将基底材料更换为金属材料进一步提高了结构的吸能能力。通过控制与倾斜梁有关的相关参数可以实现力学超材料结构的稳态可调。
另外,本发明的力学超材料结构由多层结构叠加而成,这使得力学超材料结构在压缩过程中可以逐层变形,同时可以根据不同应用场景进行个性化设计,进一步拓宽了该力学超材料结构的应用范围。

Claims (10)
1.一种力学超材料单元,其特征在于,包括:第一边框和第二边框,所述第一边框和第二边框之间设置有多个支撑单元,所述支撑单元包括镜像设置的两个支撑件,所述支撑件包括两个竖直设置的第一竖板和第二竖板,所述第一竖板的一端与所述第一边框连接,所述第一竖板的另一端与倾斜设置的倾斜板的一端连接,所述倾斜板的另一端与第二竖板的一端连接,所述第二竖板的另一端与所述第二边框连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的力学超材料单元,其特征在于:所述第一边框与第二边框呈圆环形,且同轴心设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的力学超材料单元,其特征在于:所述第一边框与第二边框的内径、外径都相同。
4.根据权利要求2所述的力学超材料单元,其特征在于:所述第一边框的外径小于所述第二边框的外径,所述第一边框的内径小于所述第二边框的内径。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的力学超材料单元,其特征在于:所述多个支撑单元沿所述第一边框和第二边框形成的空间周向设置,相邻的两个支撑单元的第一竖板相互连接。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的力学超材料单元,其特征在于:所述多个支撑单元沿所述第一边框和第二边框形成的空间周向设置,相邻的两个支撑单元的第一竖板之间有间隙。
7.根据权利要求1所述的力学超材料单元,其特征在于:所述第一边框、第二边框以及支撑单元均由铝合金材料制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的力学超材料单元,其特征在于:力学超材料单元通过选择性激光熔融的加工方法加工而成。
9.一种力学超材料结构,其特征在于:包括多个上下依次排列而成的权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的力学超材料单元。
10.根据权利要求9所述的力学超材料结构,其特征在于:所述力学超材料结构为圆柱形、圆台形或圆锥形中的一种。
