Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the pressing device includes an operation table 7 and a support frame 71 disposed on the operation table 7, a turntable 72 is rotatably disposed on the operation table 7, four placing grooves are disposed on the turntable 72, and the four placing grooves are respectively a bonding jig placing groove 721 for placing a bonding jig, an upper cloth placing groove 722 for placing an upper cloth 1, a lower skin placing groove 723 for placing a lower skin 2, and an assembly jig placing groove 724 for placing an assembly jig. The bottom of the rotary plate 72 is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft 725, and the other end of the rotating shaft 725 is rotatably connected with the operating platform 7. A round hole is formed in the operating platform 7, a bearing 726 is arranged in the round hole, an outer ring of the bearing 726 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the round hole, and an inner ring of the bearing 726 is connected with one end, away from the turntable 72, of the rotating shaft 725. A stepping motor 727 is arranged below the operating platform 7, and an output shaft of the stepping motor 727 is connected with one end of the rotating shaft 725 penetrating out of the operating platform 7. When the stepping motor 727 is controlled, the turntable 72 can rotate 90 degrees relative to the operation table 7, so that different jigs can be replaced.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the supporting frame 71 is vertically disposed, and a fixing seat 711 is fixedly connected to one side of the supporting frame 71 opposite to the rotating disc 72. The fixed seat 711 carries a suction cylinder 712, a piston rod of the suction cylinder 712 passes downward through the upper and lower surfaces of the fixed seat 711 and is connected with a suction cup 713 for sucking air, and an air suction port of the suction cup 713 faces the surface of the rotary table 72.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the trim cloth 3 and the upper cloth 1 are assembled, the processed PET plate 4 of the trim cloth 3 is placed in the second groove 62 of the attaching jig with the face facing upward, and glue is applied to the PET plate 4. The upper cloth 1 is placed in the upper cloth placing groove 722, the stepping motor 727 is driven to drive the rotary table 72 to rotate to the position below the suction cylinder 712 to form the upper cloth placing groove 722, the suction cylinder 712 is driven to suck the upper cloth 1 in the upper cloth placing groove 722 downwards, the stepping motor 727 is controlled to control the rotary table 72 to rotate to the attaching jig placing groove 721 after suction, the suction cylinder 712 is controlled to place the upper cloth 1 into the third groove 63 downwards, and the suction cylinder 712 is closed to adhere and fix the upper cloth 1 and the decoration cloth 3 in the second groove 62. And sewing and fixing the upper cloth 1 along the edge of the trim cloth 3, and performing nailing operation on two opposite sides of the trim cloth 3 after fixing so that both sides of the upper cloth 1 are provided with holes.
Referring to fig. 7, the assembly fixture includes a rectangular bearing plate 8, a slot 81 is formed on the bearing plate 8, and the size of the slot 81 is matched with the size of the upper cloth 1. The opposite two sides of the slot 81 are provided with a containing groove 82, a clamp 821 is arranged in the containing groove 82, the clamp 821 is arranged in an L shape, the clamp 821 is made of bendable metal materials, one side of the clamp 821 can be folded towards the other side, and the clamp 821 with a C-shaped section is formed. One side of the clamp 821 is received in the receiving groove 82, and the other side of the clamp 821 is perpendicular to the receiving groove 82.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, when the upper cloth 1 and the lower leather 2 are assembled, the processed lower leather 2 is placed in a lower leather placing groove 723 in the rotary table 72, after the upper cloth 1 is placed in the groove 81, the stepping motor 727 is controlled to rotate the rotary table 72 until the lower leather placing groove 723 is positioned below the suction cylinder 712, the suction cylinder 712 is driven to move the suction cup 713 downward and suck the lower leather 2 upward, the rotary table 72 is rotated to the assembling jig placing groove 724 positioned below the suction cylinder 712 by controlling the stepping motor 727, the lower leather 2 is stacked above the upper cloth 1 by controlling the suction cylinder 712 downward, the concave part of the clamp 821 faces the side parts of the upper cloth 1 and the lower leather 2, one side of the clamp 821 extending out of the containing groove 82 is bent to abut against the surface of the lower leather 2, the clamp 821 preliminarily fixes the upper cloth 1 and the lower leather 2, and the overlapped edge of the upper cloth 1 and the lower leather 2 is sewn.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, sheath turning tool 9 includes handheld end 91 and holder 92, handheld end 91 is used for supplying the people's hand to hold and operate, holder 92 is used for pressing from both sides two opposite sides of tight sheath, the cross-section of handheld end 91 is the n type setting, the both ends of handheld end 91 are connected with two holders 92 respectively, holder 92 is vertical shaft-like setting, the one end that holder 92 kept away from handheld end 91 is provided with outwards is the portion of colluding and holding, holder 92 is made for metal material, the portion overcoat that colludes of holder 92 is equipped with the rubber sleeve that is used for preventing the portion of colluding bad sheath that colludes, two holders 92 overcoat still are equipped with urceolus 93, the relative two portions of colluding of one side that urceolus 93 is close to the portion of colluding offer and are used for supplying the gliding spout 94 of portion of colluding, be provided with stopper 95 in the spout 94, stopper 95 slidable sets up in spout 94, stopper 95 can restrict two portions of colluding and hold and move to the direction that is close to each other. The implementation principle of the application is as follows: cutting the cloth for manufacturing the headphone sheath into proper sizes in advance, binding the cloth of different components according to the specified number of layers, and punching the cloth after binding is finished so as to form an upper cloth 1, a lower skin 2 and a trim cloth 3; firstly, processing a decoration strip cloth 3, adhering and fixing the decoration strip cloth 3 and one side of a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plate 4 by using an adhering jig, adhering and fixing the outer edge of the decoration strip cloth 3 and the outer edge of the PET plate 4, adhering and fixing the processed decoration strip cloth 3 and an upper cloth 1 by using a pressing device, sewing and fixing the edge of the decoration strip cloth 3 after fixing, and nailing at two ends of the decoration strip cloth 3 after sewing so as to facilitate the subsequent threading of electric wires; then processing the lower leather 2, arranging dental floss on the surface of the lower leather 2, sewing the lower leather 2 according to the position of the dental floss, and adhering and fixing the two side edges of the lower leather 2 to the other side of the lower leather 2 after sewing; then will go up cloth 1 and skin 2 and fix in advance through the equipment tool, convenient follow-up sewing up fixedly, then sew up fixedly along the long avris edge of the both sides of last cloth 1 and skin 2 to overturn the sheath through sheath upset instrument 9 and form the sheath semi-manufactured goods, the sheath semi-manufactured goods after the upset are worn to be equipped with the EVA board and are supported, and wear to establish the electric wire and steep cotton formation sheath finished product. The production process of the headset sheath uses various jigs and devices, integrates some operations in the production process, and improves the production efficiency.

Claims (10)

1. A production process of a headset sheath is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, cutting and pressing cloth, namely cutting the cloth into a specified size, binding the cloth according to a specified number of layers, and sequentially stamping the bound cloth to form an upper cloth (1), a lower leather (2) and a trim cloth (3);
s2, processing the decorative strip cloth (3), wherein a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plate (4) is bonded on one side of the decorative strip cloth (3), and the decorative strip cloth (3) and the PET plate (4) are aligned, attached and fixed through an attaching jig;
s3, assembling the upper cloth (1) and the trim cloth (3), bonding one side, away from the trim cloth (3), of the PET plate (4) with the upper cloth (1), pressing and fixing the PET plate through a pressing device after bonding, sewing the two long side edges of the upper cloth (1) and the trim cloth (3), and nailing two ends of the trim cloth (3);
s4, processing a lower leather (2), sewing the lower leather (2) according to the tooth positions on the surface, turning over the edges of two sides of the lower leather (2) to the other side of the lower leather (2), and bonding and sewing the turned-over edges for fixing;
s5, assembling a sheath, wherein the upper cloth (1) and the lower leather (2) are preliminarily fixed through an assembling jig, the two side edges of the upper cloth (1) and the lower leather (2) are sewn to form a semi-finished sheath product, the semi-finished sheath product is turned inside and outside through a sheath turning tool after being sewn, an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) plate penetrates through the turned semi-finished sheath product to support, and electric wires and foam cotton penetrate through the supported semi-finished sheath product to form a finished sheath product;
s6, hot air shaping, namely hot air shaping the sheath finished product.
2. The production process according to claim 1, wherein in the step S5, after the EVA sheet is inserted into the semi-finished sheath product, glue is applied to both ends of the EVA sheet, and the upper cloth (1) in the semi-finished sheath product is turned over and bonded to the EVA sheet coated with glue.

The production process according to claim 1, wherein in the step S5, the step of threading the electric wires into the semi-finished sheath product comprises the step of threading the electric wires into the semi-finished sheath product from the outside and out of two nail holes of the upper cloth (1).

The production process according to claim 1, wherein the pressing device comprises an operation table (7) and a support frame (71) arranged on the operation table (7), a rotating disc (72) is rotatably arranged on the operation table (7), four placing grooves are formed in the rotating disc (72), a rotating shaft (725) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the rotating disc (72), one end of the rotating shaft (725) penetrates through the operation table (7) and is connected with a driving part, a fixed seat (711) is fixedly connected to the support frame (71), a suction assembly for sucking the assembly in the placing grooves on the rotating disc (72) is carried on the fixed seat (711), and the suction assembly faces the surface of the rotating disc (72).

The production process according to claim 4, wherein the four placing grooves are respectively a bonding jig placing groove (721) for placing the bonding jig, an upper cloth placing groove (722) for placing the upper cloth (1), a lower leather placing groove (723) for placing the lower leather (2), and an assembly jig placing groove (724) for placing the assembly jig.
6. The production process according to claim 4, wherein the driving member is a stepping motor (727), and an output shaft of the stepping motor (727) is connected with one end of the rotating shaft (725).

The production process according to claim 4, wherein the suction assembly comprises a suction cylinder (712) carried on the fixed seat (711) and a suction cup (713) connected with a piston rod of the suction cylinder (712), the piston rod of the suction cylinder (712) is vertically downward, and a suction direction of the suction cup (713) is toward the surface of the turntable (72).

The production process according to claim 1, characterized in that the attaching jig comprises an attaching plate (6) and a first groove (61) which is arranged on the attaching plate (6) and used for accommodating the PET plate (4), a second groove (62) used for accommodating the trim cloth (3) and a third groove (63) used for accommodating the upper cloth (1), wherein a folded plate (621) which is matched with the edge of the trim cloth (3) is arranged at the edge of the second groove (62).

The production process according to claim 1, wherein the assembly jig comprises a bearing plate (8) and a slot (81) formed in the bearing plate (8), receiving grooves (82) are formed in two opposite sides of the slot (81), and a clamp (821) for clamping the side portions of the upper cloth (1) and the lower leather (2) is accommodated in the receiving grooves (82).
10. The production process according to claim 1, wherein the turnover sheath tool comprises a handheld end (91) and two clamping ends (92), two ends of the handheld end (91) are respectively connected with the two clamping ends (92), one end, far away from the handheld end (91), of each clamping end (92) is provided with a hooking portion in an outward hooking manner, and outer cylinders (93) are sleeved outside the two clamping ends (92).
