The fixed mould 8, namely the right half mould without mould core and insert, is an integral fixed mould 8 matched with the moving mould 6, and comprises a fixed mould main body, a half handle mould (a mould which can be demoulded in the horizontal direction) and a moving mould positioning block; the half-handle model has a partial three-dimensional model of the filter plate handle 10 formed by injection molding; the fixed die 8 is arranged at the fixed end of the injection molding equipment on the right side of the movable die 6; for synthesizing a three-dimensional model identical to the filter pad handle 10 with the moving mold 6 and pouring molten polypropylene.
The ejection device 7, namely the device for automatically ejecting the injection molding of the filter plate handle 10 out of the mold in the horizontal direction, comprises a mold ejection guide rod, an ejection rod, a return spring and an ejection device seat and is positioned on the left side of the movable mold 6; the automatic horizontal ejection die is used for automatically and horizontally ejecting an injection molding part after vertical core pulling and die opening so as to demould the injection molding filter plate handle 10.
The pulling fork type gravity-assisted core pulling mechanism mainly comprises a left core pulling mechanism component and a right core pulling mechanism component, and the two components are symmetrical in structure; the core pulling mechanism left component or the core pulling mechanism right component comprises a transmission shifting fork 1, a component 2 with a rocker shaft, a linkage rod 3, a mold core seat 4, an upper mold pulling core 5 and a shifting fork push handle 9. The transmission shifting fork 1 is arranged at the outer end of the shaft assembly 2 with the rocker arm, the two ends of the linkage rod 3 are respectively movably connected with the rocker arm and the mold core seat 4, the upper core-pulling mold core 5 is embedded on the mold core seat 4 to form a left part of the core-pulling mechanism or a right part of the core-pulling mechanism, and the transmission shifting fork 1 rotates to drive the upper core-pulling mold core 5 to vertically move.
The assembly of the injection mold for the handle of the filter plate comprises the following steps: the ejection device 7 is arranged at the moving end of the injection molding equipment, and the moving die 6 is arranged on the ejection device 7; the fixed die 8 is arranged at the fixed end of the injection molding equipment corresponding to the movable die 6 to form a filter plate handle injection mold main body; a concentric shaft box of a left component of the core-pulling mechanism is arranged at the middle upper part of the left side of the movable die 6, and a transmission shifting fork 1 of the concentric shaft box is positioned outside the left side of the movable die 6; the right part of the core-pulling mechanism is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the movable die 6, and the transmission shifting fork 1 is positioned outside the right side of the movable die 6; the double-shifting fork push pull handles 9 are respectively embedded at the positions corresponding to the transmission shifting fork 1 on the two sides of the fixed mould 8, and the push-pull round rods of the shifting fork push pull handles 9 correspond to the openings of the included angles of 60 ︒ of the transmission shifting fork 1 to form a shifting fork type gravity-assisted core pulling mechanism; the special driving oil cylinder for core pulling is omitted, so that the main functions of the original core pulling mechanism are still kept.
The working process of the injection mold for the filter plate handle comprises the following steps: with the support of the injection molding equipment; (1) die assembly and core assembly: the moving end of the injection molding equipment pushes the moving die 6 and the fixed die 8 forward to be matched; meanwhile, the left part of the core-pulling mechanism and the right part of the core-pulling mechanism move forward along with the moving die 6, and the shifting fork push handle 9 enters an included angle opening of 60 ︒ of the transmission shifting fork 1 to push the transmission shifting fork 1 to rotate forward 90 ︒ for core loading; (2) injection molding: injecting molten polypropylene from an injection port 11 under pressure to fill a mold cavity; (3) cooling: while maintaining the pressure of the cavity, a built-in cooling system cools the model, the mold core and the mold insert; (4) opening the mold and loosing core: the moving end of the injection molding equipment pulls the moving mold 6 back: meanwhile, the left part of the core-pulling mechanism and the right part of the core-pulling mechanism move backwards along with the moving die 6, the shifting fork push handle 9 enters an included angle opening of 60 ︒ of the transmission shifting fork 1 to pull the transmission shifting fork 1 to reversely rotate 90 ︒ for core pulling, namely, the upper die-pulling core 5 of the double-handle mounting hole 101 is automatically pulled upwards; and (5) demolding: after the mold is opened and the core is pulled, the ejection device 7 automatically horizontally ejects the injection-molded filter plate handle 10 (injection molding) from the movable mold 6.
The filter plate handle 10, namely the filter plate sliding support handle without the hidden hole of the handle seat of the filter press, has symmetrical double-sided structure, is injection molded by using the corresponding injection mold of the filter plate handle, and needs to upwards loose core in the vertical direction; (1) The filter plate handle 10 is provided with a handle mounting hole 101 (namely a handle mounting counter bore) in the vertical direction, the upper core-pulling 5 of the handle mounting hole 101 is pulled out upwards without obstacles, and the core is pulled by a pulling fork type gravity-assisted core-pulling mechanism; (2) The filter plate handle 10 is horizontally provided with a hollow of the handle body 102, a long hole of the handle mounting seat 103, and the like, and the model thereof is demoulded by the horizontal ejection device 7; the filter plate handle 10 is free from processing and has two functions of supporting the filter plate and moving the filter plate.
