an intelligent soft-framework pipe cleaner comprises frameworks (1), (3), (6) and (8), sealing leather cups (2), (5), (7) and (9), a brush (4), a magnet (10), an inlay (11) and an inductor (12).
The shape of the framework (1) is of a bullet flow pattern, so that the fluid resistance of the pipe cleaner in the operation process can be effectively reduced.
The skeleton (6) is in an ellipsoidal shape, has good deformation and can smoothly pass through elbows with different curvature radiuses.
The sealing leather cup (9) and the framework (8) are integrally cast. The sealing leather cup (9) is provided with a clamping groove which is connected with the inlay (11).
The brush (3) is used for cleaning impurities in the pipeline, and the pipe cleaning effect can be enhanced.
The four magnets (10) are respectively positioned in the directions of 3 points, 6 points, 9 points and 12 points of the pipe cleaner and are arranged in an interlayer of the sealing leather cup (9) and the inlay (11). The deformation of four point positions of the pipeline is induced by four magnets, and signals are transmitted to the sensor, so that the size and the position of the deformation inside the pipeline are judged.
The framework (1), (3), (6) and (8), the sealing leather cups (2), (5), (7) and (9) and the inlay (11) are all made of polyurethane, and the density of the inlay (11) is smaller than that of the sealing leather cup (9).
The flexible framework intelligent pipe cleaner has the positive effects that the flexible framework intelligent pipe cleaner is allowed to deform greatly, is not blocked easily, can well pass through a small pipe diameter, and can detect the deformation of a pipeline.

When the pipeline is deformed due to corrosion, depression or the like, the leather cup presses the magnet, and the magnetic sensor can record the change of the magnetic field caused by the change of the position of the magnet.
