Abstract
本发明提供了一种雏鹅用开口饲料及其应用,属于家禽饲料技术领域,包括以下重量份数的组分:膨化谷子58~62份、膨化豆粕11~18份、干麦芽9~10份、干山楂8~10份、玉米蛋白粉0~5份和预混合饲料4份。采用本发明提供的雏鹅用开口饲料提高了雏鹅的体重和成活率,促进了雏鹅对卵黄囊的吸收。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及家禽饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种雏鹅用开口饲料及其应用。
背景技术
鹅是草食动物,能够采食粗纤维含量较多的饲料。雏鹅出生后,体内的卵黄囊可持续一周为雏鹅提供营养,雏鹅饲养方式是雏鹅出壳后12小时到24小时内饮水,采食饲料。现阶段雏鹅开口的饲料大多依照出壳后1~4周龄内雏鹅的营养需要进行配置的雏鹅饲料,存在着粗蛋白及能量较高、忽略了雏鹅卵黄囊在雏鹅出壳一周内依然为雏鹅提供营养的问题,造成雏鹅卵黄囊吸收不良而诱发腹膜炎等疾病的发生,影响了雏鹅的成活率及出壳后5日龄内的增重效果。
现阶段雏鹅饲料多用玉米作为主要能量饲料来源,存在着膳食性纤维含量低的缺点。在传统雏鹅饲养中,有用蒸熟的谷子或小米加剁碎的青绿饲料育雏的饲养方法,这种方法能够改善雏鹅卵黄囊的吸收,但由青绿饲料的营养成分因为饲草的品种、生长时间等不同,营养价值区别很大于,同时营养成分不均衡,粗蛋白低,影响了雏鹅的增重。现阶段,还没有能适合鹅雏出壳后120小时内营养的雏鹅开口饲料。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种雏鹅用开口饲料及其应用,采用本发明提供的雏鹅用开口饲料提高了雏鹅的体重和成活率,促进了雏鹅对卵黄囊的吸收。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种雏鹅用开口饲料,包括以下重量份数的组分:
膨化谷子58~62份、膨化豆粕11~18份、干麦芽9~10份、干山楂8~10份、玉米蛋白粉0~5份和预混合饲料4份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的组分:
膨化谷子58份、膨化豆粕15份、干麦芽10份、干山楂10份、玉米蛋白粉3份和预混合饲料4份。
优选的,所述玉米蛋白粉中粗蛋白的质量百分含量为60~65%。
优选的,每千克预混合饲料含有以下组分:
赖氨酸110g、蛋氨酸60g、维生素A 20万国际单位、维生素D3 3万国际单位、维生素E390国际单位、维生素K 35mg、维生素B1 18mg、维生素B2 140mg、维生素B6 25mg、维生素B12 0.25mg、胆碱8g、铜150mg、铁2500mg、锰 2000mg、锌1800mg、硒4mg、碘11mg、磷40g、钙180g、氯化钠60g。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述的雏鹅用开口饲料在饲喂雏鹅中的应用。
优选的,所述应用包括:将所述雏鹅用开口饲料与水混合后,饲喂雏鹅;
所述雏鹅用开口饲料与水的质量比为3:2。
优选的,所述雏鹅的日龄在5日以内。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述的雏鹅用开口饲料在提高雏鹅重量中的应用。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述的雏鹅用开口饲料在促进雏鹅对卵黄囊吸收中的应用。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述的雏鹅用开口饲料在提高雏鹅成活率中的应用。
本发明的有益效果为:
1)雏鹅采食时使用;
2)饲料中含有适宜的粗蛋白、膳食纤维、无氮侵出物、维生素、矿物质等雏鹅必须营养物质,能够满足出壳后5日龄内雏鹅的营养需要;
3)饲料为粉状或糊状,含有一定量的膳食纤维、多种消化酶及有机酸等物质,能够促进雏鹅肠道发育和提高鹅雏对产品的消化吸收,促进雏鹅的生长发育;
4)饲料中含有一定量的膳食纤维,能够促进雏鹅消化道的发育及运动,从而促进雏鹅对卵黄囊的吸收利用,加快雏鹅对卵黄囊中的营养物质利用,增加5日龄时雏鹅的体重。卵黄囊中含有母源抗体,促进卵黄囊的吸收能够提高雏鹅体内母源抗体水平,提高了鹅雏的抗病能力,减少雏鹅的发病率及死亡率;
5)饲料中含有一定量的麦芽粉,麦芽粉中含有较多的酶,可以降低某些抗营养物质的含量,提高蛋白质和淀粉的可消化吸收率及必需氨基酸等物质的含量;并含有较多的B族维生素,为雏鹅提供必要的营养。麦芽粉对鹅雏能够起到促进消化、改善通便、防治腹泻功效,还对结肠炎有较好的预防和治疗作用;
6)饲料中含有一定量的山楂粉,山楂粉中含有较高的有机酸,能够促进雏鹅胃蛋白酶等多种消化酶的活性,提高对饲料的消化率,并维持雏鹅肠道内处于适宜的酸碱环境,促进有益微生物的定位和繁殖,抑制有害微生物繁殖。山楂粉对鹅雏能够起到促进消化、维持肠道的健康环境、加快肠道蠕动及预防腹泻疾病的作用;
7)饲料中含有一定量的谷子,谷子中的主要营养物质是碳水化合物,其直链淀粉含量较多,易于消化。谷子中含有蛋白质、维生素、膳食纤维、氨基酸等营养物质,还含有包括维生素E、酚类化合物等一些抗氧化性物质。谷子对鹅雏具有提供所需的营养和促进消化道发育的作用;
8)饲料经过挤压膨化处理,能够降低饲料中粗纤维含量,增加饲料中的可溶性膳食纤维,降低饲料中的抗营养物质,增加雏鹅对饲料的利用率;
9)饲料中具有促进饲料消化的多种酶及功能性因子,能够提高雏鹅的日采食量和对饲料的消化吸收,提高雏鹅的日增重。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种雏鹅用开口饲料,包括以下重量份数的组分:
膨化谷子58~62份、膨化豆粕11~18份、干麦芽9~10份、干山楂8~10份、玉米蛋白粉0~5份和预混合饲料4份。
本发明提供的雏鹅用开口饲料包括重量份数为58~62份的膨化谷子。本发明对膨化谷子的制备方法没有特殊限定,本领域技术人员依据常规挤压膨化处理谷子即可,挤压膨化后过30~40目筛,筛下物为膨化谷子。
本发明提供的雏鹅用开口饲料包括重量份数为11~18份的膨化豆粕。本发明对膨化豆粕的制备方法没有特殊限定,本领域技术人员依据常规挤压膨化处理豆粕即可,挤压膨化后过30~40目筛,筛下物为膨化豆粕。
本发明提供的雏鹅用开口饲料包括重量份数为9~10份的干麦芽。在本发明中,所述干麦芽的制备方法优选包括:将发芽5~6d的麦芽在40~60℃下烘干、粉碎后,过30~40目筛,筛下物为干麦芽。
本发明提供的雏鹅用开口饲料包括重量份数为8~10份的干山楂。在本发明中,所述干山楂的制备方法优选包括:山楂去核后在40~60℃下烘干、粉碎后,过30~40目筛,筛下物为干山楂。
本发明提供的雏鹅用开口饲料包括重量份数为0~5份的玉米蛋白粉,所述玉米蛋白粉中粗蛋白的质量百分含量优选在60~65%,所述玉米蛋白粉粉碎、过30~40目筛,筛下物用于制备雏鹅用开口饲料。
本发明提供的雏鹅用开口饲料包括重量份数为4份的预混合饲料,每千克预混合饲料含有以下组分:赖氨酸110g、蛋氨酸60g、维生素A 20万国际单位、维生素D3 3万国际单位、维生素E 390国际单位、维生素K 35mg、维生素B1 18mg、维生素B2 140mg、维生素B6 25mg、维生素B12 0.25mg、胆碱8g、铜150mg、铁2500mg、锰 2000mg、锌1800mg、硒4mg、碘11mg、磷40g、钙180g、氯化钠60g。
本发明对所述雏鹅用开口饲料的制备方法没有特殊限定,采用常规混合即可,如采用均匀度变异系数小于7%混合机进行混合120~180 秒后按包装要求分装即可。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述的雏鹅用开口饲料在饲喂雏鹅中的应用。本发明对雏鹅的品种没有特殊限定,任何品种的雏鹅皆可。在本发明中,所述应用优选包括:将所述雏鹅用开口饲料与水混合后,饲喂雏鹅;所述雏鹅用开口饲料与水的质量比优选为3:2;所述雏鹅的日龄优选在5日以内。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述的雏鹅用开口饲料在提高雏鹅重量中的应用。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述的雏鹅用开口饲料在促进雏鹅对卵黄囊吸收中的应用。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述的雏鹅用开口饲料在提高雏鹅成活率中的应用
为了进一步说明本发明,下面结合实例对本发明进行详细地描述,但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
将挤压膨化处理谷子62份、挤压膨化处理豆粕11份、40~60℃烘干麦芽9份、40~60℃烘干山楂9份、含65%粗蛋白的玉米蛋白粉5份,粉碎过30~40目筛网后加入预混合饲料4份,用均匀度变异系数小于7%混合机进行混合120~180秒,搅拌混匀。
其中预混合饲料每千克中含有:
赖氨酸 110克、蛋氨酸 60克、维生素A 20万国际单位、维生素D3 3万国际单位、维生素E 390国际单位、维生素K 35毫克、维生素B1 18毫克、维生素B2 140毫克、维生素B6 25毫克、维生素B12 0.25毫克、胆碱 8克、铜 150毫克、铁 2500毫克、锰 2000毫克、锌 1800毫克、硒 4毫克、碘 11毫克、磷 40克、钙 180克、氯化钠 60 克。
取混合均匀的粉料60份,加入水40份,搅拌成糊状。
雏鹅饮水后,用糊状饲料饲喂1~5日龄内雏鹅。
实施例2
将挤压膨化处理的谷子60份、挤压膨化处理的豆粕18份、40~60℃烘干麦芽10份、40~60℃烘干山楂8份,粉碎过30~40目筛网后加预混合饲料4份,用均匀度变异系数小于7%混合机进行混合120~180 秒,搅拌混匀。

实施例3

取混合均匀的粉料60份,加入水40份,搅拌成糊状。
雏鹅饮水后,用糊状饲料饲喂1~5日龄内雏鹅。
1.鹅雏6日龄时增重试验
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3制备的雏鹅开口料对雏鹅饲喂效果试验:
选择200只0日龄被毛干净、有光泽、体重均匀且健康的籽鹅雏鹅(不考虑公母),空腹逐只称重后随机分为4个处理组,分别为对照组、试验组1、试验组2和试验组3,每个处理组5个重复,每个重复10只雏鹅。
试验中,对照组饲喂玉米豆粕型配合饲料,配制方法:玉米60份、豆粕19份、小麦麸12份、苜蓿草粉5份、预混合饲料(同实施例3)4份,用均匀度变异系数小于7%混合机进行混合120~180 秒,搅拌均匀。
试验组1、试验组2及试验组3分别饲喂应用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3制备的雏鹅开口料。
雏鹅用开口饲料60份加入水40份,搅拌成糊状,饲喂雏鹅。
试验鹅雏在出壳后24小时开始采食饲料,自由采食,在雏鹅6日龄时空腹称重,结果见表1。

从表1中可以得出,雏鹅开口料可显著提高雏鹅增重,6日龄时相对对照组平均增重试验组分别提高了3.99g/只、4.74g/只、4.32g/只。
2.鹅雏6日龄时卵黄囊重量比较
选择200只0日龄被毛干净、有光泽、体重均匀且健康的籽鹅雏鹅(不考虑公母),随机分为4个处理组,分别为对照组和试验组1、试验组2及试验组3,每个处理组5个重复,每个重复10只雏鹅。对照组饲喂日粮与增重试验中的对照组日粮相同,试验组1、试验组2及试验组3分别饲喂应用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3制备的雏鹅开口料。雏鹅用开口饲料60份加入水40份,搅拌成糊状,饲喂雏鹅。
6日龄时,每个处理组随机选取2只鹅雏取其卵黄囊称重。取样时先敲击其头盖骨,密封呼吸孔将其致死,剖开腹部,在脐带和空肠结合处剪断取出卵黄囊,称重,即为卵黄囊重。计算平均重量,结果见表2。

从表2中可以得出,试验结果显示在6日龄时,各试验组的卵黄囊平均重量低于对照组,且差异显著。
3.雏鹅30日龄内死亡数比较
选择2000只1日龄被毛干净、有光泽、体重均匀且健康的籽鹅雏鹅(不考虑公母),随机分为4个处理组,分别为对照组和试验组1、试验组2及试验组3,每个处理组5个重复,每个重复100只雏鹅。对照组饲喂日粮与增重试验中的对照组日粮相同,试验组1、试验组2及试验组3分别饲喂应用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3制备的雏鹅开口料。雏鹅用开口饲料60份加入水40份,搅拌成糊状,饲喂雏鹅。
雏鹅用开口饲料60份加入水40份,搅拌成糊状,饲喂雏鹅。6日龄之后所有试验鹅雏饲喂相同的配合饲料。在雏鹅30日龄时统计死亡数,结果见表3。

从表3中可以得出,试验结果显示,每100只鹅雏中,对照组平均死亡数大于各试验组。

Claims (3)
1.一种提高雏鹅成活率的雏鹅用开口饲料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组分组成:
膨化谷子58~62份、膨化豆粕11~18份、干麦芽9~10份、干山楂8~10份、玉米蛋白粉0~5份和预混合饲料4份;
所述玉米蛋白粉中粗蛋白的质量百分含量为60~65%;
每千克预混合饲料含有以下组分:
赖氨酸110g、蛋氨酸60g、维生素A 20万国际单位、维生素D3 3万国际单位、维生素E390国际单位、维生素K 35mg、维生素B1 18mg、维生素B2 140mg、维生素B6 25mg、维生素B120.25mg、胆碱8g、铜150mg、铁2500mg、锰2000mg、锌1800mg、硒4mg、碘11mg、磷40g、钙180g、氯化钠60g;
所述干麦芽是将发芽5~6d的麦芽在40~60℃烘干、粉碎得到;
所述干山楂由山楂去核后在40~60℃烘干、粉碎得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雏鹅用开口饲料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组分组成:
膨化谷子58份、膨化豆粕15份、干麦芽10份、干山楂10份、玉米蛋白粉3份和预混合饲料4份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的雏鹅用开口饲料在提高雏鹅重量中的应用,其特征在于,所述雏鹅的日龄在5日以内。
