Claims (10)
1. A method for caring the old people is characterized in that the method is applied to a self-service business terminal and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a first distance, wherein the first distance is the distance between a user and a terminal;
responding to the first distance smaller than a distance threshold value, and acquiring user face information and user voice information;
determining user age information based on the user face information, and determining that the user identity is an old person in response to the user age information being greater than a first age threshold;
according to the display information corresponding to the user identity in the user identity determination terminal interface, determining the size degree and the prompt speed of a first prompt tone according to the user voice information so as to provide care service for the old, wherein the first prompt tone is a sound which is emitted by the terminal and used for prompting the user to operate, and the display information comprises: application icon size, application type, font style, font color, display background style.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining display information corresponding to the user identity in the terminal interface based on the user identity comprises:
and determining display information which is automatically generated by a system corresponding to the user identity or preset by the user in a terminal interface based on the user identity.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
calculating to obtain physiological data according to the face information of the user;
analyzing the physiological data to determine user psychological characteristics, wherein the user psychological characteristics are psychological characteristics shown when user psychological activities are carried out;
in response to the user psychological characteristic being stress, determining to call a manual service.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a first alert tone magnitude level and a first alert tone alert rate based on the user speech information comprises:
and determining the accuracy of the voice recognition of the user and the voice interaction speed of the user and the terminal based on a preset neural network model according to the voice information of the user. The accuracy rate of the user voice recognition is the probability of correctly recognizing the voice command sent by the user;

The method of claim 4, wherein the first alert tone size level comprises: the first prompt tone prompting speed comprises the following steps: slow speed, medium speed, fast speed; according to the user speech rate information, determining the size degree and the prompt speed of a first prompt tone, and comprising:
in response to the accuracy of the user speech recognition being less than a first threshold, determining the first alert tone size degree as an accent degree;
and determining that the prompt speed of the first prompt tone is low in response to the fact that the voice interaction speed of the user and the terminal is smaller than a first speech speed threshold value.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and reducing the operation flow based on the user identity, and starting a handwriting input method.
