It should be noted that in the embodiments of the present application, the term "comprising" is used to indicate the presence of the features stated hereinafter, but does not exclude the addition of further features.
The agricultural products are indispensable for maintaining daily life of people, and meanwhile, the safety of the agricultural products is also an important factor influencing the healthy life of people. The related safety problems of agricultural products are frequent, and the agricultural products relate to various products in various industries such as planting, livestock raising, fishery and the like, and are the key points of increasing attention of people.
At present, agricultural product traceability systems are mainly built by 'a center and three modules', a cloud data processing center is built by utilizing cloud computing and internet of things technology, a producer, a supervision department and a consumer are connected, crop planting production management, livestock and poultry breeding management nodes (mainly comprising various farming, breeding activities and the like), product processing nodes, storage and delivery nodes, consumption nodes and the like are monitored and recorded, data collection and connection of all nodes are realized, and the internal production process and circulation link traceability butt joint of an enterprise is realized.
Agricultural product traceability is the most complex part in food safety traceability, and no agricultural product edible safety traceability system based on two aspects of agricultural product safety production and whole supply chain management is completely butted at present. The current agricultural product is traced to the source, only through the production process and the circulation link of internet of things monitoring, record crops planting and beasts and birds breed, lacks the safe management and control measure of production process, for example: the qualification of irrigation water for the planting industry, the qualification of planting soil, the safety of agricultural chemicals for preventing and controlling crop diseases and insect pests, the safety control of veterinary drugs for livestock diseases in the breeding industry, the safety control of meat and dairy products, and the like.
The existing 'tracing mechanism' established by 'agricultural product tracing' is to trace the source of agricultural products with food safety problems afterwards, and whether the production process and circulation link nodes entering the 'agricultural product tracing' system can ensure the edible safety of the agricultural products or not can not be determined. Agricultural production activities are a special, complex, independent work that is related to human health and the overall ecological cycle. Food safety based on national detection standards has not been able to meet the needs of people; the third party certification is only the certification of the flow and cannot supervise the agricultural production activities in real time; there is a need to find reliable methods to address food safety.
Based on this, the embodiment of the present application provides an agricultural product security tracing method, apparatus, electronic device and storage medium, which are described below by way of implementation regulations.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an agricultural product security traceability method provided by an embodiment of the present application, wherein the method includes steps S101-S104; specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
s101, determining target agricultural products suitable for growing in a target growing environment according to suitable growing data of all agricultural products to be selected and current environment data obtained by detecting the target growing environment;
s102, screening out target safety nodes which influence the edible safety of the target agricultural products from the to-be-selected production nodes of the target agricultural products in the target growth environment and the to-be-selected supply chain nodes of the target agricultural products after the target agricultural products leave the target growth environment;
s103, screening out safe agricultural products of which the target safety nodes meet the safety requirements from the target agricultural products according to preset safety requirements corresponding to the target safety nodes;
s104, according to each target security node of the security agricultural product, establishing a security traceability label for the security agricultural product so as to obtain management process information of the security agricultural product about the target security node by accessing the security traceability label.
The agricultural product of this application grows at suitable target growing environment, has improved safe agricultural product's quality to still ensure that agricultural product production process and supply chain in-process influence the security of eating the safety node, make the agricultural product that arrives before the consumer all safe, simultaneously, the consumer can examine the management process of agricultural product through tracing to the source label.
Some embodiments of the present application are described in detail below. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
S101, determining target agricultural products suitable for growing in the target growing environment according to suitable growing data of the agricultural products to be selected and current environment data obtained by detecting the target growing environment.
Agricultural products are produced in agriculture, such as rice, sorghum, peanuts, corns, wheat, and local specialty products in various regions. The primary agricultural products of the relevant regulations refer to plants, animals and products thereof obtained in agricultural activities. Different agricultural products have different requirements for the growing environment. Animals and plants have different requirements for growing environment. The requirements of different animals or plants for the growing environment are also different. The growing environment here includes the breeding place of the animals and the environment around the breeding place, the planting base of the plants and the environment around the planting base, the pond of the aquatic products and the environment around the pond. For example, chicken and duck shed requirements are different, and corn and rice planting fields are different.
The present application identifies a target agricultural product most suitable for growing in a target growing environment after the target growing environment is identified in order to improve the eating quality of the agricultural product. After the target growth environment is determined, if agricultural products unsuitable for the target growth environment are planted or cultivated in the target growth environment, the quality of the finally obtained product is greatly reduced, and the eating experience of consumers is seriously influenced. In order to improve the edible quality of agricultural products, according to local conditions, a target agricultural product suitable for growing in a target growing environment is selected from agricultural products to be selected. And planting or cultivating the target agricultural products in the target growing environment.
When the target agricultural product is selected from the agricultural products to be selected, the agricultural products to be selected are determined according to the suitable growth data of each agricultural product to be selected and the current environment data obtained by detecting the target growth environment. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes steps S201 to S202:
s201, determining appropriate growth data of the agricultural products to be selected according to historical yield data of the agricultural products to be selected and historical environment data corresponding to different yields of the agricultural products to be selected;
s202, through comparison of the appropriate growth data of the agricultural products to be selected with the current environment data, target agricultural products are determined from the agricultural products to be selected.
The application considers that the historical environmental data when the yield of the agricultural products to be selected is the highest is the suitable growth data of the agricultural products to be selected. And comparing the suitable growth data of each agricultural product to be selected with the current environmental data obtained by detecting the target growth environment, and if the difference between the suitable growth data and the current environmental data is within a preset range, determining that the agricultural product to be selected grows in the target growth environment with better eating effect than other agricultural products to be selected. And taking the agricultural product to be selected, which has the difference between the suitable growth data and the current environmental data obtained by detecting the target growth environment within a preset range, as the target agricultural product.
S102, screening out target safety nodes which influence the edible safety of the target agricultural products from the to-be-selected production nodes of the target agricultural products in the target growth environment and the to-be-selected supply chain nodes of the target agricultural products after the target agricultural products leave the target growth environment.
After the agricultural product is grown, it needs to go through a series of production and distribution processes before it can be delivered to consumers. There are a number of nodes in the production of agricultural products and in the supply chain. The agricultural product candidate production nodes and candidate supply chain nodes (not all nodes affect the edible safety of agricultural products) include, but are not limited to: land leveling, sowing (planting), irrigation, fertilization, pesticide application, harvesting and the like in the farming planting process, and processing, packaging, storage, transportation, sale and the like of agricultural products; breeding, feeding, epidemic prevention, disease diagnosis and treatment, withdrawal period, slaughtering, transportation and the like in the livestock and poultry breeding process, slaughtering, meat combination processing, storage, transportation, sale and the like of the livestock and poultry.
The traditional tracing mode is that all nodes of agricultural products are directly recorded, and tracing is carried out when safety accidents happen to the agricultural products. According to the method, the target safety nodes which influence the edible safety of the target agricultural products are screened out from the to-be-selected production nodes and the to-be-selected supply chain nodes of the target agricultural products. That is to say, the tracing method of the application only records the target security node which affects the edible safety of the agricultural products.
The method comprises the steps that a to-be-selected production node comprises a to-be-selected production factor, and a to-be-selected supply chain link point comprises a to-be-selected supply chain factor; obtaining a target security node by the following steps:
constructing a safety factor database influencing the edible safety of the target agricultural products according to a preset food safety standard; the safety factor database comprises a plurality of safety factors;
and comparing the production factor to be selected and the supply chain factor to be selected with the safety factor, and taking the nodes containing the safety factor in the production node to be selected and the supply chain factor to be selected as target safety nodes.
In the present application, each node (to-be-selected production node or to-be-selected supply chain node) includes a plurality of factors (to-be-selected production factor or to-be-selected supply chain factor), where the factors represent factors that affect the node. For example, the production factors to be selected for the seeding node include irrigation water, soil, fertilizer application, and the like. According to the method, a plurality of factors contained in each node are compared with the safety factors, and if one or more safety factors are contained in a certain node, the node is used as a target safety node. By contrast, if all the factors contained in a certain node are different from the safety factors, the node does not influence the edible safety of the agricultural products. The node which does not affect the edible safety of the agricultural products is not the node to be recorded in the application.
S103, screening out the safe agricultural products of which the target safety nodes meet the safety requirements from the target agricultural products according to preset safety requirements corresponding to the target safety nodes.
According to the method, a plurality of target agricultural products are planted or raised in a target growth environment, and the traditional tracing method is used for recording all nodes (to-be-selected production nodes or to-be-selected supply chain nodes) of each target agricultural product without considering whether the agricultural products are safe or not. In order to obtain safe agricultural products, a plurality of target agricultural products are screened. The specific screening mode is as follows: and selecting target agricultural products of which all target safety nodes meet the corresponding safety requirements according to the target safety nodes and the safety requirements corresponding to the target safety nodes, and taking the target agricultural products of which all target safety nodes meet the corresponding safety requirements as the safety agricultural products. The application traces the source of the safe agricultural products, but not all agricultural products.
The safety factor database in the application also comprises a safety interval corresponding to each safety factor; when the safety agricultural products are determined, all safety factors contained in the target safety nodes of the target agricultural products need to be screened. Specifically, each safety factor is compared with a safety interval corresponding to the safety factor, and whether the safety factor is in the safety interval corresponding to the safety factor is determined. If all the safety factors contained in the target safety node of a certain target agricultural product are in the safety interval corresponding to the safety factor, the target agricultural product is taken as the safety agricultural product. If one or more security factors exist in a target security node of a certain target agricultural product and are not in a security interval corresponding to the security factor, the target agricultural product which is contained in the target security node and has the security factor not in the security interval corresponding to the security factor is used as the agricultural product to be processed.
In order to avoid resource waste, the agricultural product to be processed is matched with the corresponding processing scheme according to the safety factor which is not in the safety interval, and the agricultural product to be processed is processed by using the corresponding processing scheme. And comparing the safety factors with the safety intervals corresponding to the safety factors again aiming at the agricultural products to be treated by using the treatment scheme, and taking the agricultural products to be treated with each safety factor in the safety interval corresponding to the safety factor as the safety agricultural products.
Some agricultural products to be treated determined in the above manner can be converted into safe agricultural products through treatment. For example, an agricultural product is still in a pesticide-remaining period at the time of harvest due to the problem of application time, and thus the agricultural product is classified as a to-be-treated agricultural product. The agricultural product has no problem in other aspects, if the agricultural product is directly abandoned, the resource waste can be caused, the agricultural product can be prevented from being in the pesticide residue period during the harvest by properly delaying the harvest according to the growth period of the agricultural product. If the agricultural product is harvested at a delayed time, the agricultural product is classified as a safe agricultural product.
And comparing the safety factor with the safety interval corresponding to the safety factor again aiming at the agricultural product to be treated by using the treatment scheme, and taking the agricultural product to be treated with the safety factor not in the safety interval corresponding to the safety factor as a hidden danger agricultural product. Analyzing the safety factor which is not in the safety interval in the hidden danger agricultural products, and adjusting the management process of a target safety node containing the safety factor.
After the agricultural product to be treated is treated by the corresponding treatment scheme, the agricultural product still has the condition that the safety factor is not in the safety interval corresponding to the safety factor, and the agricultural product is taken as a hidden danger agricultural product. Such potential agricultural products are not the subject of this document. Aiming at the hidden danger agricultural products, the safety factor which is not in the safety interval is analyzed, the reason that the safety factor of the hidden danger agricultural products cannot be in the safety interval is determined, and then the management process of the target safety node containing the safety factor is avoided, the situation is caused again in the follow-up management process, and the safety qualified rate of the target agricultural products can be improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, as an optional embodiment, the safety factor database of the agricultural product production node and the supply chain node includes, but is not limited to: crop planting production area, crop species and variety, irrigation water standard, soil detection standard, fertilization standard, pesticide safety use standard, harvest standard and the like, agricultural product processing standard, storage standard, transportation standard, sales management standard and the like; the livestock and poultry breeding production area, the feeding water source standard, the environment monitoring standard, the breeding data, the feeding standard, the epidemic prevention standard, the disease diagnosis and treatment standard, the livestock and poultry veterinary drug use standard, the marketing standard and the like, and the livestock and poultry product processing standard, the storage standard, the transportation standard, the sales management standard and the like.

And (3) soil detection standard: the 'agricultural land soil detection project and standard GB 15618-2018' stipulates a basic project of 'agricultural land soil pollution risk screening value', cadmium, mercury, arsenic, lead, chromium, copper, nickel and zinc are necessary to be measured projects, the detection value of the content of pollutants in soil must be lower than or equal to the 'agricultural land soil pollution risk screening value', and the soil is safe for agricultural product eating and crop growth. The pesticide safety use standard is as follows: the standard established for safely and reasonably using the pesticide, preventing and controlling the pollution of the pesticide to agricultural products and environment, ensuring human health and promoting agricultural production. The standard specifies the types of pesticides suitable for use in controlling pests and weeds in crops (including crops such as grains, cotton, vegetables, fruit trees, tobacco, tea leaves and forage grass), the common dosage of pesticides in different dosage forms, the maximum dosage, the application method, the maximum application times, the number of days from harvest (safety interval) after the last application, and the like. The water quality standard of the drinking water for livestock and poultry is as follows: the quality standard of the drinking water for livestock and poultry (NY 5027-2008) stipulates that the sensory properties, general chemical indexes, bacteriological indexes and toxicological indexes of the drinking water for livestock and poultry meet the regulations. The withdrawal period standard of the veterinary drug for livestock and poultry is as follows: the drug withdrawal period refers to the interval from the last time the livestock and poultry are taken to the approved slaughter of the livestock and poultry or the approved sale of the products (milk and eggs) of the livestock and poultry. The drug holiday regulations of veterinary drugs are implemented to avoid residual drug overdose in animal tissues or products for human consumption, ensuring that human does not harm human health after consuming the tissues or products. The standard of the preservation and storage management standard of edible agricultural products is as follows: the standard GB-T29372-2012 for the fresh-keeping storage management standard of the edible agricultural products stipulates the basic requirements of fresh-keeping storage of the edible agricultural products and the requirements of preparation, storage and transportation before storage. Is suitable for the fresh-keeping storage of fruits, vegetables, meat, aquatic products and the like.
A crop planting and livestock and poultry breeding production safety management system and safety management systems for processing, storing, transporting, selling agricultural products and livestock and poultry products are established, and safety factors influencing the edible safety of the agricultural products are controlled through a node safety model of the management system.
A crop planting production safety management system is established, and the nodes influencing the edible safety of agricultural products from sowing (planting) to harvesting, including but not limited to planting irrigation, soil detection, fertilization, pesticide application, harvesting, storage and the like, of crops are controlled through a node safety model of the management system, so that the edible safety standards of the agricultural products are necessarily met. A livestock and poultry breeding production safety management system is established, and the node which influences the livestock and poultry product edible safety from livestock and poultry birth to livestock and poultry slaughtering and milking, including but not limited to livestock and poultry drinking water source, breeding environment, feed, vaccine, veterinary drug, slaughtering, milking and the like, is controlled through a node safety model of the management system, so that the edible safety standard of the livestock and poultry product is necessarily met.
