Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present specification, and not all the embodiments. All other embodiments derived by one of ordinary skill in the art from the embodiments given herein are intended to fall within the scope of the disclosure.
At present, in the management of an entity chain store, the store is often required to be audited. The method specifically can be used for verifying whether the store has non-compliance behavior in the business process or not, and can also be used for verifying whether the store meets the business standard or not.
For example, in an off-line chain restaurant, it is necessary to check whether the operations of washing, cooking, serving, etc. are performed according to the hygienic standard during the business process.
In the conventional auditing methods of stores, store patrol is one of the most effective methods, and the traditional store patrol process usually needs manual visit to an off-line store for inspection, so that the efficiency is low and the cost is high.
In order to reduce the auditing cost and improve the auditing efficiency, the embodiment of the specification provides an outpatient store auditing method.
In the method, the multimedia shot by the camera device can be remotely checked and verified through the camera device installed in the online off-store, so that the store verification is realized, namely the online inspection of the store is realized.
The multimedia shot by the camera device may include at least one of the following: video, image, and audio.
The auditing may specifically be to examine whether the business process of the store meets the hygiene standard or a specified operation flow by checking multimedia shot by the camera in the store.
For example, a video shot in a store is checked, and the hygiene standard is checked; checking images shot in a store, and auditing the employee attendance condition; and checking the audio shot in the store, and auditing the etiquette of the customer.
In the method, the multimedia shot in the store is checked on line, so that the on-line store and the off-line store are not required to be manually checked, and checking cost, such as labor cost and traffic cost, is saved; on the other hand, the multimedia is checked, so that the multimedia which is played back and shot at present can be checked conveniently, for example, the video playback can be carried out, and the checking can be carried out by dragging the video progress bar or watching at double speed, so that the checking efficiency can be improved, and the checking accuracy can be improved.
When a store audit is specifically performed, all or part of the store area is usually required to be audited, sometimes all the area of the store is not required to be audited, and only part of the area is required to be audited.
For example, the offline restaurant may be classified into a kitchen area type, a dining area type, an entrance area type, and the like, or may be further classified into a dish washing area type, a cooking area type, an ordering area type, and the like. During specific auditing, auditing can be performed according to the type of the vegetable washing area and the type of the cooking area.
For another example, the offline supermarket may be divided into a snack area type, a commodity area type, a fresh area type, and the like. When the examination is carried out specifically, the examination can be carried out aiming at the type of the fresh area.
Therefore, when store auditing is specifically performed, the type of the store area needing auditing can be determined according to auditing requirements.
For example, it is possible to check whether or not the attendant presents customers for the type of the entrance and exit area of the offline restaurant, and to check whether or not the cooking process by the cook meets the hygienic standard for the type of the kitchen area of the offline restaurant.
In the method, the camera devices can be deployed according to different area types of stores and are used for shooting the area types of the stores, so that the camera devices for shooting the area types needing to be checked can be determined conveniently during checking, and the checking efficiency is improved.
Of course, the type of the area of the store to be shot can be determined according to the camera devices in the store, so that the camera devices for shooting the type of the area to be checked can be conveniently determined during checking, and the checking efficiency is improved.
For example, the auditing requirement may be to audit whether the kitchen area type of the restaurant meets the hygiene standard, and the "kitchen area type" to be audited may be determined according to the auditing requirement, and then the camera device used for shooting the "kitchen area type" may be determined from the store to be audited, and the multimedia shot by the camera device is checked and audited. And each camera device in the store does not need to be checked one by one, so that the auditing efficiency is improved.
Therefore, in the method, under the condition of determining the type of the store area shot by the in-store camera device, the camera device to be checked can be determined directly according to the type of the store area required to be checked according to the checking requirement, the camera devices in the stores do not need to be searched one by one, and the checking efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the type of the store area shot by the in-store camera device can be determined manually. In order to save cost and improve the efficiency of determining the type of the store area, the type of the store area shot by the camera device can be automatically determined by a deep learning model in a model training mode.
According to the store auditing method provided by the embodiment of the specification, the multimedia shot in the store can be checked on line, manual offline store patrol is replaced, the auditing efficiency is improved, and the auditing cost is reduced. The checking efficiency can be improved by determining the camera device of the store region type needing checking and shooting in the store without searching the camera devices in the stores one by one. The type of the store area shot by the camera device can be automatically determined through the deep learning model, manual determination is not needed, the auditing efficiency is improved, and the auditing cost is reduced.
The following explains a store audit method provided in an embodiment of the present specification in detail with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an entrance examination method provided in an embodiment of the present specification.
The embodiments of the present specification do not limit a specific execution subject. Optionally, an execution subject of the method flow may be a server or an audit client. The method and the process can be applied to the server side and also can be applied to the auditing client side.
For example, an auditor obtains multimedia shot by a camera device in a store according to audit requirements through an audit client to audit.
For example, the server receives an audit requirement sent by an auditor, acquires multimedia to be audited according to the audit requirement, and sends the multimedia to the auditor for auditing.
The method flow may include the following steps.
S101: and acquiring auditing requirements for the target store.
S102: and determining the camera device corresponding to the store region type needing to be checked in the target store according to the acquired checking requirement.
The type of the store area needing to be audited can be determined according to audit requirements; the type of store area corresponding to the camera may be determined by recognizing multimedia captured by the camera.
S103: and acquiring the determined multimedia shot by the camera for auditing.
The method flow does not limit the result of the specific recognition of multimedia.
Alternatively, for identifying the multimedia shot by the camera device, the content in the multimedia can be identified, and the corresponding store area type can be determined, or the store area type shot by the multimedia can be directly identified.
For example, objects in the image may be identified and determined based on the type of store area to which the object belongs. Keywords in the audio can also be identified, and further determination is performed according to the store area type to which the keywords belong.
Therefore, optionally, identifying the multimedia shot by the camera device may include: and identifying the multimedia shot by the camera device and outputting the type of the store area corresponding to the camera device.
The flow of the method is not limited to a specific identification mode. The identification can be performed manually, through a preset rule, or through a machine learning mode.
Therefore, optionally, the recognizing the multimedia shot by the camera device may include: inputting the multimedia shot by the camera device into a preset model; the preset model can be used for predicting the type of the actually shot store area aiming at the input multimedia.
For the type of the store area corresponding to the image capturing device, it should be noted that when the type of the store area captured by the image capturing device is determined in some way, the determined type of the store area may not be accurate.
For example, the deep learning model may output the wrong store area type due to human oversight to determine the wrong store area type, or due to low accuracy or blurry input images; also, the type of store area actually captured by the image capture device may change, for example, by changing the position of the image capture device or changing the orientation of the image capture device.
Therefore, in order to distinguish the type of the store area currently and actually shot by the camera from the type of the store area currently shot by the camera determined in some way, in the flow of the method, the determined type of the store area currently shot by the camera is described as the type of the store area corresponding to the camera.
The process of the method is not limited to the specific structure and training method of the preset model. Optionally, the preset model may be a deep learning network or a convolution network.
Optionally, the preset model may be obtained by training in advance according to the multimedia sample and the corresponding store area type tag; the store area type tag can characterize the type of store area that the corresponding multimedia sample was actually taken.
The method and the process can replace manual online inspection of the shops through online checking of the multimedia shot in the shops, improve the auditing efficiency and reduce the auditing cost. The checking efficiency can be improved by determining the camera devices corresponding to the area types of the stores to be checked in the stores without searching the camera devices in the stores one by one.
The type of the store area corresponding to the camera device can be automatically determined by identifying the multimedia shot by the camera device, manual determination is not needed, the auditing efficiency is improved, and the auditing cost is reduced.
Moreover, the shop area type is determined according to the multimedia shot by the camera device, so that the corresponding shop area type can be conveniently and automatically determined for the historically deployed camera device, the historically deployed camera device does not need to be modified, and the maintenance of the shop area type corresponding to the historically deployed camera device is facilitated.
And aiming at the camera device newly deployed in the store, the corresponding store area type can be quickly and automatically determined based on the same identification mode, and the auditing efficiency is improved.
The respective steps are explained in detail below.
1. For ease of understanding, the following description will be made with respect to operations that may be performed in advance in the above method flow.
It should be noted that, a plurality of operations executed in advance may be executed by the execution main body of the method flow, or may be executed by another device besides the execution main body of the method flow, and the embodiments of the present specification are not limited.
In an alternative embodiment, the type of the store area corresponding to the in-store camera device may be predetermined.
Alternatively, in order to facilitate subsequent determination of the imaging device for the store area type to be checked, the store area type corresponding to the imaging device in the store may be determined in advance. Specifically, the type of the store area corresponding to one or more camera devices in a plurality of stores can be determined.
The embodiment of the present specification does not limit the manner and execution subject of determining the store area type corresponding to the imaging device.
As for the execution subject determining the type of the store area, alternatively, the execution subject of the method flow may determine the type of the store area corresponding to the in-store camera in advance, for example, the server or the audit client determines the type of the store area corresponding to the in-store camera in advance.
Alternatively, the type of the store area corresponding to the in-store camera device may be determined in advance by other devices, for example, the type of the store area corresponding to the camera device itself in advance, or a Network Video Recorder (NVR) may be deployed in the store, and the NVR determines the type of the store area corresponding to the camera device when the multimedia shot by the camera device is stored.
As for the manner of determining the store area type, alternatively, the store area type corresponding to the image pickup device may be determined manually. Specifically, the multimedia shot by the camera device may be manually checked, so that the store area type shot by the camera device is determined as the store area type corresponding to the camera device. When the imaging device is arranged for a store, the store area type corresponding to the imaging may be manually arranged for the imaging device.
Alternatively, the store area type may be determined by machine-automatically recognizing multimedia captured by the camera. Specifically, the multimedia shot by the camera device can be identified, and the type of the store area corresponding to the camera device can be output. In particular, content in the multimedia can be identified. Such as keywords in audio, objects in video, logos in images, etc.
Alternatively, the store area type may be determined by means of model prediction. The determining a store area type corresponding to the in-store camera device in advance may include: and inputting the multimedia shot by the camera device into a preset model, and outputting the store area type corresponding to the camera device.
Optionally, the multimedia may include at least one of: images, video and audio. The image may specifically include a video frame, that is, a video screenshot.
Optionally, the preset model may be obtained by training in advance according to the multimedia sample and the corresponding store area type tag; the store area type tag can characterize the type of store area that the corresponding multimedia sample was actually taken.
Optionally, the multimedia sample may specifically include at least one of: image samples, video frame samples, video samples, audio samples, and the like.
Multimedia samples, e.g., audio within a kitchen area, corresponding to a kitchen area type tag; a video within a dining area, corresponding to a dining area type tag, etc.
Alternatively, different pre-set models may be used for prediction corresponding to different kinds of multimedia. For example, a preset model for predicting the type of the corresponding store area for audio, a preset model for predicting the type of the corresponding store area for video, and a preset model for predicting the type of the corresponding store area for image can be trained in advance.
Alternatively, the store area type corresponding to one or more imaging devices in one or more stores may be predetermined, the store area type corresponding to one or more imaging devices in all stores may be predetermined, or the store area type corresponding to all imaging devices in all stores may be predetermined.
Alternatively, the multimedia photographed by the camera may be input into a preset model. The present embodiment does not limit the number, kind and photographing time of multimedia inputted to the preset model.
Optionally, one or more multimedia shot by a single camera device may be input into a preset model for prediction, and the prediction accuracy is improved by inputting more multimedia.
Optionally, the corresponding preset models can be respectively input for prediction for different types of multimedia shot by a single camera, and prediction can be performed from multiple angles by inputting more types of multimedia, so that the prediction accuracy is improved.
Optionally, the multimedia currently shot by a single camera device or the multimedia shot within a preset time before the current time can be input into a preset model for prediction, and the situation currently shot by the camera device is represented by the fact that the shooting time is closer to the current time, so that the prediction accuracy is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the camera device typically needs to have the capability to communicate externally. For example, when the store area type corresponding to the camera device is determined, the camera device may be required to send the shot multimedia to an external device where a preset model is located for prediction, and the corresponding store area type is determined; for example, the multimedia shot by the camera device is subsequently acquired for auditing, and the camera device may also be required to send the shot multimedia to an external device for auditing.
Alternatively, the image capturing apparatus may have a network communication capability, and may send data to the outside through a network, specifically, send multimedia to the outside through the network. The camera device may specifically include a webcam.
Alternatively, the image pickup apparatus may transmit data to the outside through NVR in a store.
The NVR in the store may establish a connection, specifically, a wired connection or a network connection, with the camera in the store, so as to communicate with the camera in the store. The NVR can be specifically used for storing and forwarding multimedia shot by the in-store camera device, and specifically can be used for storing and forwarding images, videos and/or audios shot by the in-store camera device.
Optionally, since the video itself may include audio and images, that is, video frames or video screenshots, the NVR may obtain images, videos and/or audios captured by the camera according to the videos captured by the camera, for determining the corresponding store area type or for sending out for auditing.
Therefore, optionally, network video recorders NVRs may be deployed in several stores in advance, and the NVRs may establish connection with the image capturing apparatuses in the stores.
Optionally, the NVR may have a plurality of NVR ports for interacting with an external device, and specifically may be configured to receive multimedia sent by a camera in the store.
Among them, different NVRs may have the same NVR port number. For example, different NVRs may all have NVR port numbers of 1-8.
Optionally, in order to receive data sent by different camera devices in the store, different camera devices may be set in the NVR, where the different camera devices correspond to different NVR ports one to one, and the camera device may send the shot multimedia data to the NVR through the only corresponding NVR port.
According to the embodiment, the multi-media data sent by different camera devices can be received in parallel through the plurality of NVR ports, and the NVR efficiency is improved.
Alternatively, in order to facilitate unification of the correspondence relationship between the NVR port number and the image pickup apparatus, the correspondence relationship between the NVR port number and the type of the shop area may be set in advance. The correspondence between the NVR port number and the store area type can be a standard.
For example, NVR port number 1 corresponds to a kitchen area type and NVR port number 2 corresponds to a dining area type.
And then binding the NVR port numbers corresponding to the same store area type with the camera device to establish a corresponding relation.
Therefore, different camera devices corresponding to the same store area type in different stores can have binding relation with the same NVR port number in the respective NVRs.
In this embodiment, by binding the NVR port numbers corresponding to the same store area type with the image pickup apparatus, it is possible to facilitate subsequent search for the image pickup apparatus.
Optionally, for any store, when determining the image pickup apparatus corresponding to the store area type requiring audit, the NVR port number corresponding to the store area type requiring audit may be directly determined, and then the image pickup apparatus corresponding to the NVR port number may be determined. Because the NVR port number of each store is the same as the corresponding relation between the regional types of the stores, the camera devices in the stores do not need to be searched one by one, and the auditing efficiency is improved.
In summary, optionally, the network video recorders NVRs may be respectively deployed in a plurality of stores in advance; and pre-configuring the corresponding relation between the NVR port number and the store area type.
Alternatively, for an store in which NVRs are deployed, in the case where the store area type corresponding to the in-store image pickup apparatus is determined, an NVR port number corresponding to the same store area type may be bound to the image pickup apparatus.
Among different stores, different camera devices corresponding to the same store area type may have a binding relationship with the same NVR port number in their respective NVRs.
In this embodiment, through binding NVR port number and camera device, can make things convenient for follow-up searching to confirm camera device, need not to look for the camera device in the store one by one, improve and examine efficiency.
In an optional embodiment, since the store area type corresponding to the image pickup device is already determined, and the image pickup device corresponding to the store area type that needs to be checked needs to be determined in S102, the determined correspondence between the image pickup device and the store area type may be stored in advance, which facilitates subsequent S102 to find and determine from the correspondence between the image pickup device and the store area type.
The present embodiment does not limit the storage manner and apparatus.
Alternatively, the determined correspondence between the camera and the store area type may be stored in a distributed manner directly in the corresponding store. The specific method may be to deploy preset devices for a plurality of stores respectively, where the preset devices may be used to store the corresponding relationship between the camera devices in the stores and the types of the area of the stores. Through the distributed storage, the storage cost can be saved, and the corresponding relation can be conveniently updated.
Optionally, the preset device may include an NVR device.
In this embodiment, the specific determination of the camera may be to send a request to a preset device in the target store, and search for a camera corresponding to the type of the store area that needs to be checked.
Alternatively, the correspondence between each in-store imaging device and the type of store area may be stored in a comprehensive manner. The method specifically comprises the step that the corresponding relation between a plurality of in-store camera devices and store area types is comprehensively stored by the server, so that the server can conveniently and directly search.
In an optional embodiment, in order to facilitate the accurate audit requirement, the audit requirement may be atomized, and a plurality of optional fixed audit items are preset, so that the currently required audit item is selected from the audit item set as the audit requirement.
Optionally, the selection may be performed automatically by a machine, or may be performed based on manual operation.
Optionally, the preset audit item set may be deployed in advance.
The audit items are used for auditing sanitation standards for kitchen area types, auditing staff behavior specifications for a certain store as a whole, auditing staff on-duty conditions for fresh area types, and auditing whether dining tables, garbage cans and seats are tidy or not for dining areas, and the like.
Optionally, each audit item may correspond to one or more store area types for which an audit is desired.
Optionally, the camera device in the store and the audit item can be directly bound according to the type of the store area to be audited by the audit item, so that the bound camera device can be directly determined according to the audit item.
Optionally, in order to improve the search efficiency and reduce the storage cost, the binding may also be performed by means of NVR deployed in a store.
Since different NVRs have the same NVR port number between different stores, and in the above embodiment, the camera apparatus may be bound to the NVR port number.
Therefore, the NVR port number and the auditing item can be directly bound, different camera devices of different stores do not need to be bound with the same auditing item, and the NVR port number and the auditing item corresponding to the same store area type can be directly bound.
When the camera is determined later, the camera corresponding to the NVR port number can be directly determined in the target store according to the NVR port number bound by the audit item.
In summary, optionally, a preset audit item set may be deployed in advance, an area type of the store to be audited that needs to be audited is determined according to each audit item in the preset audit item set, and an NVR port number corresponding to the area type of the store to be audited is determined as an NVR port number corresponding to the audit item.
Optionally, a single audit item may correspond to one or more store area types to be audited, and thus, a single audit item may correspond to one or more NVR port numbers.
According to the embodiment, the number of the NVR port and the selectable auditing items are bound, so that the camera device can be conveniently and rapidly determined, and the auditing efficiency is improved.
2. S101: and acquiring auditing requirements for the target store.
1) A target store.
The number of target stores and the determination method are not limited in this embodiment.
Alternatively, the target store may include one or more stores that require an audit.
Alternatively, the target store may be automatically selected by a machine, specifically, randomly selected, or periodically checked for each store. The target store may also be selected manually, for example, the auditor may select a store in a certain area for auditing, or the auditor may select a store that has recently been complained for auditing.
2) And (5) auditing requirements.
The present embodiment does not limit the form and the obtaining method of the audit requirement.
Alternatively, the audit requirements may be a global requirement that includes a number of store area types that require an audit. For example, the audit requirement may specifically be to perform an audit for a dining area type and a kitchen area type within a restaurant.
Optionally, the audit requirement may include several audit items, and specifically may be selected from a pre-deployed preset audit item set.
Thus, optionally, obtaining the audit requirements for the target store may include: and acquiring one or more audit items from a preset audit item set as audit requirements.
The presetting of the NVR port number corresponding to each audit item in the audit item set may include: and the NVR port number corresponding to the store area type needing to be audited in the audit item.
Specifically, one or more audit items selected by manual operation may be obtained, or the audit items may be obtained by automatic selection of a machine, for example, random selection, selection of corresponding audit items according to customer complaint conditions, selection according to audit intervals, and the like.
Alternatively, audit requirements may be determined and obtained based on manual operations. For example, when the execution subject of the process of the method is the review client, the review client may obtain the selected review item based on manual operation and determine the selected review item as the review requirement.
Optionally, it may be to receive an audit request sent by the external device. For example, when the main execution body of the process of the method is the server, the server may receive an audit requirement sent by an auditor through the client.
3. S102: and determining the camera device corresponding to the store region type needing to be checked in the target store according to the acquired checking requirement.
The type of the store area needing to be audited can be determined according to audit requirements; the type of store area corresponding to the camera may be determined by recognizing multimedia captured by the camera.
The present embodiment does not limit the determination method of the image pickup apparatus corresponding to the type of store area that needs to be checked.
Alternatively, the imaging device corresponding to the store area type to be checked may be determined based on the correspondence between the imaging device in the target store and the store area type.
Optionally, the type of the store area to be audited may be determined according to the acquired audit requirement, and then the image pickup device corresponding to the type of the store area to be audited in the target store may be determined.
Optionally, when the audit requirement includes an audit item in a preset audit item set and a corresponding relationship exists between the audit item and the NVR port number, determining, according to the obtained audit requirement, a camera device corresponding to the store area type to be audited in the target store, which may include: determining an NVR port number corresponding to an audit item contained in the audit requirement; and determining the camera device which is bound with the determined NVR port number in the target store as the camera device corresponding to the store area type needing to be checked in the target store according to the binding relationship between the NVR port number preset in the target store and the camera device.
Among different stores, different camera devices corresponding to the same store area type may have a binding relationship with the same NVR port number in their respective NVRs.
According to the embodiment, the corresponding relation between the NVR port number and the auditing item can be used, so that the camera device corresponding to the store area type needing auditing in the target store can be conveniently and quickly determined, and the auditing efficiency is improved.
For example, the execution main body of the method flow may send a request to the NVR of the target store, where the request may carry the determined NVR port number, so as to determine the image pickup apparatus corresponding to the NVR port number.
Optionally, the method for determining the binding relationship between the NVR port number and the image capturing apparatus may include: for an store with NVR, under the condition that the area type of the store corresponding to the camera in the store is determined, the number of the NVR port corresponding to the same area type of the store is bound with the camera according to a preset corresponding relation set of the number of the NVR port and the area type of the store.
4. S103: and acquiring the determined multimedia shot by the camera for auditing.
The embodiment does not limit the specific manner of acquiring multimedia.
Alternatively, the multimedia data may be obtained directly from the determined image capturing device, or obtained from a preset device deployed in a store for storing multimedia captured by the image capturing device, or obtained from an NVR device deployed in the store, or obtained from the server when the server stores the multimedia captured by the image capturing devices in the stores in advance.
The single NVR port in the NVR can uniquely correspond to one camera device and receive and store multimedia shot by the corresponding camera device. Therefore, the NVR can correspond to different NVR port numbers and respectively store the multimedia shot by each camera device, so that the multimedia shot by the corresponding camera device can be conveniently and directly searched subsequently according to the NVR port numbers, and the searching efficiency and the auditing efficiency are improved.
The present embodiment does not limit the content of the acquired multimedia.
Alternatively, the multimedia shot by the determined camera for a preset time period may be acquired.
Alternatively, the preset time period may be a manually specified time period. For example, auditors need to view videos taken in stores on a certain day of the year.
Alternatively, the preset time period may be a preset time period before the current time. For example, the reviewer may view images or videos taken within 10 minutes before the current time.
Alternatively, the multimedia currently captured by the determined camera may be acquired. For example, the auditor may view a video stream currently being captured by the camera.
Therefore, optionally, acquiring the determined multimedia shot by the camera may include: and acquiring the multimedia shot by the determined camera device in a preset time period from the NVR deployed in the target store. The present embodiment does not limit the specific preset time period.
Specifically, because one NVR port may correspond to one camera device in the NVR, a request may be sent to the NVR deployed in the target store, and the request may carry an NVR port number corresponding to an audit item in the audit requirement, so that the NVR device may directly determine the corresponding camera device according to the NVR port number in the request, thereby improving the audit efficiency.
The present embodiment does not limit a specific audit method.
Optionally, the multimedia may be reviewed manually. The audit can also be performed by machine identification.
For example, an image shot by the camera device is acquired, image recognition is performed, the number of staff in the image is recognized, and face recognition is performed, so that the staff attendance condition is automatically checked.
Optionally, the specific audit may include auditing a store area type corresponding to the image capturing apparatus.
Due to the type of store area to which the predetermined imaging device corresponds, there may be errors for various reasons, such as an imaging device replacement position, or a preset model prediction error, and the like.
Therefore, the type of the store area currently and actually shot by the camera device can be determined, and then whether the type of the store area currently and actually shot by the camera device is the same as the type of the store area currently corresponding to the camera device can be checked. If the two are the same, no operation is required; if the types of the shop areas actually shot by the camera device are different, the determined type of the shop area actually shot by the camera device can be directly replaced by the type of the shop area currently corresponding to the camera device, and the type of the shop area corresponding to the camera device can be re-determined for insurance.
When the store area type corresponding to the image pickup apparatus is newly determined, the NVR port number corresponding to the image pickup apparatus may be updated.
Therefore, optionally, acquiring the determined multimedia shot by the camera for auditing may include: acquiring the determined multimedia shot by the camera device, and determining the type of the store area actually shot by the camera device according to the acquired multimedia; in the case where it is determined that the type of store area actually photographed by any one of the image pickup devices is different from the corresponding type of store area, the type of store area corresponding to the image pickup device may be updated.
The present embodiment does not limit the method of specifically updating the corresponding store area type.
Optionally, the prediction may be performed based on a preset model again, wherein the currently corresponding store area type may be excluded. The determined store area type actually photographed by the image pickup device may be directly updated to the store area type corresponding to the image pickup device.
The present embodiment also does not limit a method of determining a type of store area actually photographed by the image pickup apparatus specifically from the acquired multimedia.
Alternatively, the determination may be made by manual viewing or may be automatically determined in other ways. For example, the determination is made by a preset model or image recognition or the like.
It should be noted that, since the camera may be repositioned or oriented, the predetermined store area type may not be accurate, and the current store area type may be determined using the same determination method in the audit.
This embodiment can improve the accuracy of the regional type of store through examining the regional type of store that camera device corresponds, also can be convenient for examine next time, improves and examines efficiency.
Optionally, since the camera device may bind the NVR port number of the store where the camera device is located, and the specific binding is performed according to the same corresponding store area type, in the auditing process, if the store area type corresponding to the camera device is updated, the NVR port number corresponding to the camera device may also be updated accordingly.
Therefore, optionally, acquiring the determined multimedia shot by the camera for auditing may include: acquiring the determined multimedia shot by the camera device, and determining the type of the store area actually shot by the camera device according to the acquired multimedia; under the condition that the fact that the type of the store area actually shot by any camera device is different from the type of the corresponding store area is determined, the type of the store area corresponding to the camera device can be updated, and the NVR port number bound by the camera device can be updated to be a new NVR port number; the new NVR port number may correspond to the corresponding store area type updated by the camera.
For a specific explanation, see above.
Alternatively, it may be determined that the multimedia captured by any one of the image capturing devices does not match the corresponding store area type, and thus it is determined that the store area type actually captured by the image capturing device is different from the corresponding store area type. It is not necessary to determine the type of store area actually photographed by the camera device from the acquired multimedia.
The embodiment is not limited to a specific method, and may determine the mismatch manually, or compare several features corresponding to the store area type with the actually shot multimedia.
In an alternative embodiment, different cameras often correspond to complex numbered labels, which are not easily viewed manually. Therefore, the corresponding name can be determined based on the type of the store area corresponding to the camera device, so that the manual viewing is facilitated.
For example, when an auditor views a camera, the name "kitchen" may be displayed so that the type of store area currently being viewed may be readily known. And if the serial number identification is adopted, the auditor cannot determine the type of the store area.
Therefore, alternatively, the correspondence relationship of the store area type and the preset name may be configured in advance.
Optionally, in a case where a store area type corresponding to the in-store camera device is predetermined, a corresponding preset name may be configured for the corresponding camera device according to the store area type; among the different stores, different image pickup devices corresponding to the same store area type may be configured with the same preset name.
The embodiment does not limit the form of the specific preset name, and may be a name related to the type of the store area. For example, the preset name corresponding to the kitchen area type may be "kitchen".
In this embodiment, the name can be automatically configured for the camera device, so that the user experience is improved, and the name accuracy of the camera device is improved.
Optionally, when the audit is specifically performed, the preset name corresponding to the determined camera device can be displayed, so that the user can check the name conveniently, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, acquiring the determined multimedia shot by the camera for auditing may include: acquiring a preset name corresponding to the determined camera device for auditing; the preset name corresponding to the camera device is determined by the type of the store area corresponding to the camera device; in different stores, different image pickup devices corresponding to the same store area type are configured with the same preset name.
For the store area type, it should be noted that, alternatively, the camera device in the store may not be able to capture a complete picture of the store area type for various reasons.
For example, for a dining area with a large area, one camera is often inconvenient to determine the overall view, so the shop area type can be further subdivided, and the dining area type can be subdivided into dining area types 1-N, wherein N is more than or equal to 2.
If one camera device can shoot the complete picture of a dining area in a single store, the dining area type 1 can be determined, and if a plurality of camera devices are required to shoot the complete picture of the dining area in the single store, the dining area types 1-N can be determined one by one according to the sequence when the store area type corresponding to the camera device is predetermined and N camera devices corresponding to the dining area types exist.
For the convenience of understanding, the embodiment of the specification also provides a specific application embodiment.
In order to realize the standardization of stores, the form of the stores is unified, the management is convenient, and the standards of one set of stores can be integrally designed. For example, the type of store area included in the store, and the arrangement of cameras, etc.
The NVR can be deployed for each store, and the camera device can be managed conveniently and uniformly.
The type of store area corresponding to each camera in the store may also be predetermined. Specifically, a deep learning model may be used to predict multimedia captured by the camera, for example, to predict a video frame captured by the camera, and determine a corresponding store area type.
It should be noted that, if the standardization of the store is already implemented, when a new store is finished, the camera device may be directly deployed according to the standard, and the corresponding store area type may be manually determined.
For example, when a new restaurant is finished, the camera device may be directly deployed in the dining area, and the corresponding store area type may be configured as the dining area type.
Before the standardization of the stores, the stores which are finished with decoration can determine the corresponding store area types by using a deep learning model or manual work aiming at the deployed camera devices.
The efficiency of determining the type of the corresponding store region can be improved by utilizing the deep learning model, and the camera device in the historical store can be maintained conveniently.
In addition, the correspondence standard between the NVR port number and the store area type may also be set in advance.
By implementing the corresponding relation standard, the store region types corresponding to the NVR port numbers on different NVRs between different stores can be unified, so that subsequent direct searching according to the NVR port numbers is facilitated.
Based on this correspondence criterion, it is possible to bind, for each store, the NVR port number and the image pickup apparatus corresponding to the same store area type.
Furthermore, the standard of the audit item can be preset, and the operation of auditors can be unified conveniently.
The preset audit item set can be preset, wherein the audit items are fixed, the audit items needing to be audited can be conveniently selected, and corresponding audit is carried out on multimedia shot in the store by auditors.
For example, the audit item may be an audit of hygiene standards for a kitchen area.
Since the audit item usually specifies one or more store area types to be audited, the audit item can be bound to the NVR port number in advance to form a new standard.
Specifically, the audit item may be bound to an NVR port number corresponding to the store area type to be audited.
For example, the kitchen area type corresponds to NVR port number 1, and then the item "audit kitchen area hygiene standard" can be bound with NVR port number 1 to conveniently and directly confirm the corresponding NVR port number according to the item of auditing, and then directly confirm the camera device that this NVR port number corresponds to the store, improve and audit efficiency.
And the corresponding relation between the audit item and the NVR port number can be used as the store standard.
When the auditor audits, the target store can be manually selected, and the machine automatically configures the auditing items to be audited.
Specifically, the machine may be selected from a preset audit item set based on a preset policy, for example, randomly selected, or selected based on a customer complaint situation.
Of course, the audit item may also be manually selected from a preset audit item set for auditing.
And for the auditing items needing to be audited, further determining the corresponding NVR port number, sending the NVR port number to the NVR of the target store, and determining the corresponding camera device.
Further, the NVR may establish a connection with a client of the auditor, the auditor may select the multimedia content to be viewed, and the NVR may return the corresponding multimedia content from the storage.
For example, the auditor sends a request to the NVR through manual operation to obtain a video of the kitchen area type today, and then the NVR can return the video shot by the camera device corresponding to the kitchen area type today in response to the request, so that the auditor can conveniently audit by checking the video.
Wherein, the auditor can also further audit whether the obtained multimedia content conforms to the corresponding store area type.
Specifically, the auditor can obtain the corresponding multimedia content by clicking names or tags of different store area types.
If the auditor determines that the obtained multimedia content is not the content of the type of the corresponding store area, for example, the auditor checks the obtained video of the type of the kitchen area and finds that the video of the type of the dining area is actually shot, the auditor can perform feedback. Specifically, the type of the store area corresponding to the feedback may be an error.
For the feedback, the store area type corresponding to the camera device with the wrong store area type can be automatically updated, and further the corresponding NVR port number can be updated.
The embodiment of the specification further provides another store auditing method.
Which may include the following steps.
Multimedia shot by the camera device in the store is identified, and the store area type corresponding to the camera device is determined.
The corresponding relation set of the camera device and the store area type is used for determining the camera device corresponding to the store area type needing to be checked in the target store according to the checking requirement aiming at the target store, so that the multimedia shot by the camera device can be checked conveniently; the type of store area to be audited is determined based on the audit requirements.
The method flow does not limit the execution subject. The execution main body may be specifically a server side or a backend.
In a specific example, the method flow may be executed by a backend, and the auditing client executes the method flows S101 to S103. The back-end can carry out steps such as multimedia recognition, confirm that camera device corresponds regional type in stores in advance automatically, and the convenient follow-up client that audits can directly confirm the camera device that needs the regional type in stores that audits in the target store, carries out long-range audit, improves and audits efficiency, reduces and audits the cost.
Alternatively, the network video recorder NVR can also be deployed separately in several stores.
Optionally, a corresponding relationship between the NVR port number and the store area type may be configured in advance; for a store where the NVR is deployed, if the store area type corresponding to the in-store camera device is determined, the NVR port number corresponding to the same store area type is bound to the camera device.
Among different stores, different camera devices corresponding to the same store area type may have a binding relationship with the same NVR port number in their respective NVRs.
Optionally, a preset audit item set may be deployed, an area type of the store to be audited, which needs to be audited, is determined according to each audit item in the preset audit item set, and an NVR port number corresponding to the area type of the store to be audited is determined as the NVR port number corresponding to the audit item.
Alternatively, the correspondence between the store area type and the preset name may be configured. Under the condition that a store area type corresponding to the in-store camera device is predetermined, configuring a corresponding preset name for the corresponding camera device according to the store area type; among the different stores, different image pickup devices corresponding to the same store area type may be configured with the same preset name.
Specific explanations may be referred to above.
