In addition, the term "and/or" herein is merely an association relationship describing an association object, and means that three relationships may exist, for example, a and/or B may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist together, and B exists alone. In this context, unless otherwise specified, the term "/" generally indicates that the associated object is an "or" relationship.
The commercial dish-washing machine is internally provided with a power supply module and a control device, wherein the power supply module is used for providing power supply, and the control device is used for controlling each device in the dish-washing machine to work. The control equipment is connected with the electronic equipment of the leasing enterprise terminal and is used for sending data by the leasing enterprise terminal and receiving instructions output by the leasing enterprise terminal.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for diagnosing and monitoring a commercial dishwasher, which is executed by a control device of the commercial dishwasher, and referring to fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
and step S101, obtaining the greasy dirt grade and average single cleaning amount of tableware of a catering enterprise.
The tableware oil stain grade is a grade representing the oil stain degree of daily tableware used by catering enterprises, and the average single cleaning amount is the average value of the number of tableware cleaned by the commercial dish-washing machine each time;
specifically, the greasy dirt degree of tableware used daily by different catering enterprises is different, for example, the greasy dirt degree of tableware in a hot pot shop is higher, and the greasy dirt degree of tableware in a western restaurant is lower than that of the hot pot shop; therefore, in order to grade the oil stain degree of tableware of the catering enterprise, the oil stain grade of the tableware is graded into a preset grade gradient, which comprises a first oil stain grade, a second oil stain grade and a third oil stain grade. Each restaurant enterprise corresponds to a dish oil stain level.
The tableware greasy dirt degree of tableware influences the residual quantity of tableware in commercial dish washer after washing at every turn, to the great catering enterprise of tableware greasy dirt degree, for example hot pot shop, compare in the less catering enterprise of tableware greasy dirt degree, the residual greasy dirt of more easily in the gap of commercial dish washer, will influence the cleaning performance of dish washer for a long time, therefore when regularly washing, the washing cycle of the great catering enterprise of tableware greasy dirt degree is shorter than the little catering enterprise of tableware greasy dirt degree, otherwise, the big catering enterprise of tableware greasy dirt degree will have the probability that the cleaning performance is poor, or, the little catering enterprise of tableware greasy dirt degree temporarily need not wash and washs, and there is the probability of extravagant manpower and materials.
For different catering enterprises, the number of tableware washed each time is different, the more the number of tableware washed each time is, the more the catering enterprises are, the quantity of residual greasy dirt in gaps in the commercial dish-washing machine after washing is finished is usually more compared with the catering enterprises with the small number of single washing. Thus, the single wash load and the dish soil level together determine the wash cycle of the periodic wash.
Wherein the average single wash load characterizes an equilibrium value for the number of washes per time, representing the number of dish washes per time. In one possible way, the average single cleaning amount is obtained by: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the total cleaning amount in a preset period and the cleaning times in the preset period, calculating the ratio of the total cleaning amount to the cleaning times, and generating the average single cleaning amount, wherein the ratio represents the number of tableware cleaned each time. The preset period can be one week or two weeks, the total cleaning amount can be obtained by manual statistics, the cleaning times can also be obtained by operation data in the commercial dish-washing machine, and the cleaning times in the preset period can be determined by counting the starting times of the commercial dish-washing machine. For example, if the total number of cleaning is 180 and the number of cleaning times is 6, the average single cleaning amount is 30.
In another possible implementation manner, the average single-time washing amount may also be that the number of single-time tableware in each washing is obtained, and the average value of the number of single-time tableware is calculated according to all the number of single-time tableware in a preset period, so as to generate the average single-time washing amount.
Step S102, determining the period cleaning duration according to the tableware oil stain grade and the average single cleaning amount.
The period cleaning time is the total cleaning time between two adjacent periodic maintenance.
Specifically, the washing duration is the operating duration of the commercial dishwasher when the device is in operation for washing the dishes, excluding the standby duration when the commercial dishwasher is in an unwashed operating state. All the operation time of the commercial dish washer is the period washing time between the last washing and the current washing.
In order to set the periodic cleaning time of the catering enterprise individually so as to improve the service quality of periodic maintenance, the corresponding periodic cleaning time of the catering enterprise is determined together according to the tableware oil stain grade and the average single cleaning amount of the catering enterprise.
In a possible implementation manner, in step S102, determining the period cleaning duration according to the dish oil stain level and the average single cleaning amount includes:
Step S1021 (not shown), determining a basic period duration according to the tableware oil stain level;
specifically, each dish oil stain level corresponds to a standard cleaning amount and a basic period duration, and the basic period duration characterizes the period cleaning duration under the dish oil stain level and the corresponding standard cleaning amount, for example: the tableware oil stain level is the first oil stain level, the corresponding standard cleaning amount is 30, the corresponding basic period duration is 100 hours, namely, if the average single cleaning amount is 30, when the duration accumulation of the dish washing machine in the cleaning work state reaches 100 hours, the dish washing machine is cleaned once, the accumulated time is cleared after the cleaning is completed, and the accumulated time is continuously accumulated, and when the duration reaches 100 hours again, the next cleaning is carried out.
The standard cleaning amounts corresponding to different tableware oil stain grades can be the same or different, and the standard cleaning amounts are taken as an example for explanation. If the standard cleaning amount under each level is the same standard number, the first oil stain level is greater than the second oil stain level and is greater than the third oil stain level, the basic period duration corresponding to the first oil stain level is smaller than the basic period duration corresponding to the second oil stain level and is smaller than the basic period duration corresponding to the third oil stain level; for example, the basic period duration corresponding to the first oil stain level is 100h, the basic period duration corresponding to the second oil stain level is 150h, and the basic period duration corresponding to the third oil stain level is 200h.
Step S1022 (not shown), determining the cycle cleaning duration according to the average single cleaning amount and the basic cycle duration.
Specifically, the ratio of the standard cleaning amount to the average single cleaning amount is calculated first, and then the product of the ratio and the basic period duration is calculated as the period cleaning duration.
When the standard cleaning amount is larger than the average single cleaning amount, the ratio of the standard cleaning amount to the average single cleaning amount is larger than 1, the number of the standard cleaning amounts is smaller than the standard number of the tableware to be cleaned corresponding to the basic period duration, if the number of the standard cleaning amounts is small, the number of the residual greasy dirt is small, and if the period of each periodic maintenance is larger than the period corresponding to the standard cleaning amount, namely the corresponding period cleaning duration is correspondingly increased on the basis of the basic period duration. Multiplying the ratio of the two times the basic period duration to obtain a period cleaning duration which is longer than the basic period duration, for example, under the first oil stain level, the corresponding basic period duration is 100h, and the standard cleaning amount is 30; the catering enterprise a is also a first oil stain grade, and the average single cleaning amount of the catering enterprise a is 15, and the period cleaning duration of the catering enterprise a is equal to (30/15) x 100 = 200h;
if the standard cleaning amount is lower than the average single cleaning amount (the difference is negative), the number of the cleaned tableware is larger than the standard number of the cleaned tableware corresponding to the basic period duration, the number of the cleaned tableware is larger, the residual oil dirt amount in the same cleaning time is larger, and the period of each periodic maintenance is smaller than the period corresponding to the standard cleaning amount, namely the corresponding period cleaning duration is correspondingly reduced on the basis of the basic period duration. The ratio of the two is multiplied by the basic period duration to obtain that the period cleaning duration is smaller than the basic period duration, for example, the catering enterprise B is also the first oil stain grade, and the average single cleaning amount is 60, so that the period cleaning duration is equal to (30/60) ×100=50h.
And according to the mode that the average single cleaning amount and the tableware oil stain level jointly determine the period cleaning duration, the determined cleaning interval period is more accurate.
Step S103, acquiring a single-day washing time of the commercial dish washing machine for washing tableware in a catering enterprise.
Wherein the single daily cleaning duration characterizes a total duration of the commercial dishwasher of the catering enterprise in an operational state per day.
Specifically, for example, a commercial dish washer of a restaurant enterprise A needs to work for 4 times a day, and the cleaning time length of each time is 0.5h, so that the single-day cleaning time length of the restaurant enterprise A is 2h; if the service time of the commercial dish-washing machine is different each time, the washing time of each time is added to determine the single-day washing time.
If the daily working times of the catering enterprises are different, acquiring the total cleaning time in the preset sampling period according to the preset sampling period, and calculating the ratio of the total cleaning time to the number of days contained in the preset sampling period, so that the single-day cleaning time can be estimated. For example, the preset sampling period is one week, including 7 days, and the total cleaning time period in 7 days is 14 hours, and then the single-day cleaning time period is 2 hours.
Step S104, determining a maintenance period according to the single-day cleaning time period and the period cleaning time period.
Wherein the maintenance period is the number of days in the interval between two adjacent periodic repairs.
Step S105, feeding back the maintenance period to the electronic equipment of the leasing enterprise side.
The leasing enterprise terminal is used for maintaining the catering enterprises regularly according to the maintenance period.
Specifically, in step S101-step S103, the period cleaning duration and the single-day cleaning duration of the restaurant enterprise have been determined, that is, the total period cleaning duration corresponding to the period of the regular maintenance service is determined, and the daily working duration of the dish washer of the restaurant enterprise is also estimated; and calculating the ratio of the period cleaning time to the single-day cleaning time to determine the total number of days of the interval between two adjacent maintenance, namely determining the maintenance period. For example: the single-day cleaning time of the restaurant enterprise A is 2 hours, the periodic cleaning time of the restaurant enterprise A is 50 hours, and the corresponding maintenance period of the restaurant enterprise A is 25 days, namely, the renting enterprise end of the commercial dish washer needs to develop the on-line maintenance service every 25 days.
The maintenance period is fed back to the leasing enterprise, and the leasing enterprise can regularly go to the catering enterprise to carry out cleaning and inspection of the commercial dish-washing machine according to the maintenance period, and go to the catering enterprise to carry out maintenance services such as cleaning and inspection at intervals of 25 days after each cleaning and inspection are completed. The quality of maintenance service of the leasing enterprise terminal is improved, and the leasing enterprise terminal is convenient to uniformly manage the leased commercial dish washing machines.
The embodiment of the application provides a diagnosis and monitoring method of a commercial dish washer, which is used for determining the periodic cleaning time of a restaurant enterprise according to the tableware oil stain grades and the average single cleaning amount of different restaurant enterprises, namely determining all the cleaning time of the maintenance interval of the restaurant enterprise for periodic maintenance; determining the number of days for periodically maintaining the maintenance interval of the catering enterprise according to the daily cleaning time and the periodic cleaning time of the catering enterprise, namely determining the maintenance period; the corresponding leasing enterprise terminal regularly goes to the catering enterprise to carry out maintenance work according to the maintenance period. The renting enterprise terminal performs personalized periodic maintenance on the commercial dish washers of each catering enterprise according to different requirements of different catering enterprises, so that the waste of resources can be reduced, the effect of periodic maintenance is improved, and the experience of renting commercial dish washers of the catering enterprises is improved.
In a possible implementation manner of this embodiment of the present application, in step S101, obtaining a dish oil stain level of a catering enterprise includes:
step S1011 (not shown in the drawing), acquires first image information of the inside of the commercial dishwasher before no washing.
Step S1012 (not shown), identifying each tableware and greasy dirt in the first image information based on the first image information.
Step S1013 (not shown), the area ratio of the image to the oil stain in the first image information is based on the image.
Step S1014 (not shown), determining a preset section in which the area ratio is located, and determining the level of the greasy dirt of the tableware according to the preset section.
Specifically, in order to improve the accuracy of estimating the oil stain level of the tableware, after the commercial dish-washing machine is put into use, first image information of the commercial dish-washing machine before being cleaned is firstly obtained, when the commercial dish-washing machine is used for the first time, each tableware is placed according to the standard, the surface of the tableware is displayed in the range shot by the camera of the commercial dish-washing machine, and the shot first image information comprises images of the surface of the tableware with oil stains.
And identifying one or more tableware in the first image information and greasy dirt on each tableware according to the first image information before cleaning.
If the identified tableware is one, determining the area proportion of the tableware corresponding to the tableware, wherein the area proportion of the tableware is the proportion of the whole image occupied by the tableware; identifying the greasy dirt on the tableware and the greasy dirt area proportion corresponding to the greasy dirt, wherein the greasy dirt area proportion is the proportion of the greasy dirt to the whole image; and calculating the ratio of the oil stain area ratio to the tableware area ratio, and determining the ratio of the oil stains to the whole tableware area, wherein the higher the ratio is, the higher the oil stain grade of the tableware is represented.
If a plurality of identified tableware are provided, determining the area proportion of the tableware of the whole image occupied by each tableware, wherein the area proportion of the tableware is the sum of the area proportions of the tableware; and after the oil stains on each tableware are identified, adding the area ratios of the oil stains on each tableware to obtain the oil stain area ratios of all the oil stains, and calculating the ratio of the oil stain area ratios to the tableware area ratios to determine the ratio of the oil stains to the whole tableware area, thereby determining the tableware oil stain grade.
The method for determining the area ratio of the tableware and the area ratio of the greasy dirt can be a method for inputting first image information comprising the tableware into a trained deep learning model and then outputting the area ratio of the tableware and the area ratio of the greasy dirt. The trained deep learning model may be a neural network, among others. The training sample set is the first image information marked with the area proportion of tableware and the area proportion of greasy dirt, and the deep learning model is a model obtained by training a large number of sample sets.
At least one specific value interval which is arranged according to the grade gradient is preset in the control equipment in the commercial dish washer, each tableware oil stain grade corresponds to one specific value interval respectively, and when the proportion of the oil stains to the whole tableware area is in the corresponding specific value interval, the tableware oil stain grade of the enterprise is represented as the tableware oil stain grade corresponding to the specific value interval. For example, the ratio interval includes a first ratio interval (corresponding to a first oil stain level), a second ratio interval (corresponding to a second oil stain level), and a third ratio interval (corresponding to a third oil stain level), where the first ratio interval is (70%, 100%), the second ratio interval is (40% -70%), the third ratio interval is (0% -40%), and if the proportion of the oil stain to the whole tableware area is 80%, the tableware oil stain level corresponding to the enterprise is the first oil stain level.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, feeding back the maintenance period to the electronic device of the rental enterprise, and then further includes:
step Sa1 (not shown in the drawings), when the commercial dishwasher completes each washing operation, acquiring second image information of the inside of the commercial dishwasher;
step Sa2 (not shown), identifying tableware in the second image information, and judging whether oil stains exist in the tableware;
step Sa3 (not shown in the figure), if so, acquiring the operation data of all the devices in the commercial dish-washing machine, comparing the operation data of each device with the corresponding normal operation data, and judging whether each device is abnormal or not;
step Sa4 (not shown in the figure), if any device is abnormal, all the operation data are sent to the electronic device at the rental enterprise side.
Specifically, after the commercial dish-washing machine finishes the cleaning operation, whether oil stains exist on all tableware in the commercial dish-washing machine is judged, and then the cleaning effect of the current commercial dish-washing machine is judged.
Therefore, after each time the commercial dishwasher completes the washing operation, the second image information of the inside of the commercial dishwasher after the washing is completed once is acquired. The second image information is generated after each cleaning operation is completed, and the cleaning operation of the commercial dish-washing machine is taken as an example for illustration.
First, oil stains are identified from the second image information according to a target identification algorithm, which may be a yolo algorithm. If it is identified that there is oil stain in the current tableware, the cleaning effect of the commercial dishwasher is poor, and in order to find out the factors affecting the cleaning effect, operation data of each execution device in the commercial dishwasher is acquired, where the operation data is related operation parameters generated in the operation process of the dishwasher, for example: the water consumption of the dishwasher, the water level of the dishwasher, parameters of the individual appliances of the dishwasher, etc. The normal operation data is data when the dish washer normally operates, can be data measured when leaving a factory, and can also be data when the commercial dish washer operates for the first time in the catering enterprise.
Each device corresponds to one piece of operation data, whether the operation data of each device is abnormal or not is respectively judged, and when the deviation between the operation data and the normal operation data reaches a preset condition, the abnormality of the device is judged. And when the deviation between the operation data and the normal operation data is smaller and the preset condition is not reached, the equipment is characterized to be normal. When all the operation parameter data are in the normal range, the reason for the poor cleaning effect of the current commercial dish-washing machine is represented by other factors, such as insufficient detergent, too much cleaning amount, and the like, which represent that the equipment inside the current commercial dish-washing machine is not failed.
When any one of the equipment is abnormal, the current commercial dish-washing machine is characterized by being abnormal, and at the moment, all operation data of the commercial dish-washing machine are sent to the electronic equipment at the renting enterprise side, so that a worker knows the specific condition that the inside of the current commercial dish-washing machine is faulty, and further carries equipment parts which need to be replaced when going to a catering enterprise, and efficiency is improved.
In a possible implementation manner of this embodiment of the present application, in step Sa3, the operation data of each device is compared with corresponding normal operation data, and whether each device is abnormal is determined, including:
step Sb1 (not shown in the figure), if no abnormality occurs in all the apparatuses, determining a cleaning job combination prior to the current cleaning job,
the cleaning operation combination comprises a preset number of cleaning operations which are adjacently arranged in sequence according to the time sequence, and the last cleaning operation in the cleaning operation combination is the last cleaning operation before the current cleaning operation.
Step Sb2 (not shown), obtaining all cleaning results of the cleaning operation combination, wherein the cleaning results comprise normal results and abnormal results;
wherein, the abnormal result represents the result that the surface of the tableware still has dirt after the tableware is washed.
Step Sb3 (not shown in the figure), calculating an anomaly probability according to all the cleaning results, if the anomaly probability is greater than a preset probability threshold, generating an anomaly early warning, and sending the anomaly early warning and all the operation data to the electronic equipment at the leasing enterprise.
Specifically, if all the devices are judged to be normal according to the operation data, in order to reduce the report missing rate, the cleaning results of several cleaning operations before the completion of the cleaning operation are further judged to be abnormal.
The preset number of cleaning operations before the current cleaning operation is taken as a cleaning operation combination, for example, 200 times of cleaning operations are used in the current commercial dish washing machine, the current cleaning operation is 200 times, and if the preset number is 10, the cleaning operation combination comprises 199 times of cleaning operations, 198 times of cleaning operations, 197 times of cleaning operations, 196 times of cleaning operations, 195 times of cleaning operations, 194 times of cleaning operations, 193 times of cleaning operations, 192 times of cleaning operations, 191 times of cleaning operations and 189 times of cleaning operations.
And calculating the proportion of the times of the cleaning operation with poor cleaning effect to the times of the total cleaning operation combination according to all cleaning results in the cleaning operation combination, and generating the abnormal probability. Continuing with the example, the 199 th to 189 th cleaning operations include 5 cleaning operations whose cleaning results are abnormal results, and the 5 cleaning operations whose cleaning results are normal results, the abnormal probability is 50%. The preset probability threshold is a probability value set manually, equipment in the dish-washing machine is represented as abnormal when the abnormal probability exceeds the probability value, and equipment in the dish-washing machine is represented as normal when the abnormal probability is lower than the probability value.
When the equipment is abnormal, an abnormality early warning signal is generated and sent to the electronic equipment at the leasing enterprise side for abnormality early warning, and meanwhile, the operation data is also sent to the electronic equipment at the leasing enterprise side.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, in step Sb3, the abnormal probability is calculated according to all the cleaning results, and then further includes:
step Sc1 (not shown in the figure), if the anomaly probability is lower than the preset probability threshold, the single cleaning duration of the next cleaning operation is adjusted to be a new single cleaning duration, and the new single cleaning duration is longer than the single cleaning duration of the current cleaning operation.
Specifically, when it is judged that the equipment in the current dish washer has no fault according to the operation data, and the abnormal probability in the adjacent washing operations is lower than the preset probability threshold value, the phenomenon that the current washing effect is poor is represented as accidental sites and possibly caused by deepening of the greasy dirt degree of the tableware, so that the washing force of the tableware can be enhanced in the next washing operation under the condition.
In addition, the time length of the next cleaning operation for single cleaning can be prolonged, for example, the time length of the current cleaning operation is 0.5h, and the time length of the next cleaning operation for single cleaning is prolonged to be 0.6h. To improve the cleaning effect.
One possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application further includes, after step Sc 1:
step Sc2 (not shown), obtaining the remaining period of time
The remaining period cleaning time is the time period which is not cleaned yet between the completion of the current cleaning operation and the next maintenance.
Specifically, after the single cleaning period is lengthened, the remaining period cleaning period in the current maintenance period is determined. The residual period cleaning time is equal to the period cleaning time minus all the cleaning time before the current cleaning operation is completed, and after the current cleaning operation is completed, the cleaning operation of the residual period cleaning time is carried out, namely the maintenance period is stopped, and the leasing enterprise should send personnel to carry out maintenance. For example: the period cleaning time is 100h, in the current maintenance period, all the cleaning time before the current cleaning operation is completed is 60h, 40h still remains, and when the accumulated time reaches 40h again, the leasing enterprise should send personnel to maintain, and the remaining period cleaning time is 40h.
Because the single cleaning time used for each cleaning is prolonged, if the number of days of the original maintenance period is kept unchanged, the cleaning effect of the commercial dish washing machine of the catering enterprise is greatly affected. To this end, the number of days of the maintenance cycle needs to be redetermined.
Step Sc3 (not shown), determining a new single-day cleaning time period according to the new single-time cleaning time period.
Specifically, the new single-time washing duration is the set duration of each dish washing, and because of the side length of the single-time clear duration, if the number of times of daily washing is unchanged, the total daily washing duration becomes more. For example, the original single-time cleaning time length is 0.5h, the original single-time cleaning time length is 2h when the single-time cleaning is carried out for 4 times a day, the adjusted new single-time cleaning time length is 0.7h, and the new single-time cleaning time length is 2.8h when the single-time cleaning time length is carried out for 4 times a day.
Step Sc4 (not shown), determining the remaining maintenance date according to the new single-day cleaning time period and the remaining period cleaning time period.
Step Sc5 (not shown in the figure), feeding back the remaining maintenance date to the electronic device at the rental enterprise.
Specifically, the remaining period cleaning time is divided by the new single day cleaning time, the obtained value is the remaining maintenance period, the remaining maintenance period is the number of days of remaining maintenance, and the remaining maintenance date can be determined according to the date of the current cleaning operation and the number of days of remaining maintenance. On the day of the remaining maintenance date, the rental company is required to send staff to the restaurant for equipment maintenance. For example: the new single-day cleaning time is 2.8 hours, the remaining period cleaning time is 40 hours, and the remaining maintenance days are about 14.3 days. If the current date of the cleaning operation is 1 month and 1 day, the 1 month and 15 days are taken as the date that the next renting company dispatches staff to the catering enterprise for maintenance. And feeding the remaining maintenance date back to the electronic equipment at the leasing enterprise side so as to facilitate the leasing enterprise to maintain the commercial dish-washing machine again according to the equipment condition.
