Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a lightning protection automatic early warning device in rural areas, which can conveniently, quickly and accurately detect a visual field solid angle by arranging an angle measuring mechanism when outdoor equipment of a lightning protection early warning system is installed, so as to judge whether the current installation position meets the requirements or not, and further improve the installation efficiency.

the angle measuring mechanism comprises an auxiliary supporting plate fixedly connected to the upper surface of the circumferential adjusting mechanism; the lower end of the front surface of the auxiliary supporting plate is fixedly connected with a hinge, and the front surface of the auxiliary supporting plate is rotatably connected with the measuring scale through the hinge; the outer surface of one side of the measuring scale is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped rack; the front surface of the arc-shaped rack is provided with an angle line; the upper end of the arc-shaped rack is connected with a gear in a meshing manner; one end of the gear is fixedly connected with the rod body, one end of the rod body penetrates through the auxiliary supporting plate and is fixedly connected with the handle, and the rod body is rotatably connected with the auxiliary supporting plate through a bearing; and a locking mechanism for clamping the gear is arranged at the upper end of the front surface of the auxiliary supporting plate.
Furthermore, the locking mechanism comprises a fixed block fixedly connected to the upper end of the front surface of the auxiliary supporting plate; the upper surface of the fixed block is provided with a mandril in a penetrating way; the upper end of the ejector rod is fixedly connected with a lifting handle; two springs I are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the two sides of the lower surface of the fixed block; the lower ends of the two first springs are fixedly connected with a connecting block together; the lower end of the ejector rod penetrates through the fixing block and the connecting block and is fixedly connected with the embedded ejector head, wherein the ejector rod is movably connected with the fixing block and fixedly connected with the connecting block.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
(1) According to the invention, through arranging the angle measuring mechanism, when the outdoor equipment of the lightning protection early warning system is installed, the visual field solid angle can be conveniently, quickly and accurately detected, and whether the current installation position meets the requirements or not is further judged, so that the installation efficiency is further improved.
(2) The locking mechanism is arranged, so that the angle measuring mechanism can be conveniently used, the gear is prevented from rotating in the reading process, the accuracy of angle measurement is further ensured, when the angle measuring mechanism is used, the first spring is always in a compressed state, therefore, when the locking mechanism is locked, a user releases the handle, under the action of elastic potential energy of the first spring, the embedded ejector head is tightly embedded with the tooth grooves of the gear due to the extrusion of the first spring to complete the locking of the gear, when the angle measuring mechanism is not used, the user can lift the handle upwards by hand, the handle moves upwards to drive the ejector rod and the connecting block to move upwards, the first spring is continuously compressed, the embedded ejector head moves upwards along with the handle and leaves the tooth grooves of the gear to unlock the gear, and the shape of the embedded ejector head is embedded with the tooth grooves of the gear, so that the clamping and locking effects on the gear are improved.
(3) By arranging the circumferential adjusting mechanism, the invention can quickly realize circumferential angle adjustment of the angle measuring mechanism, so that the angle measuring mechanism can measure the visual field solid angles of the shelters in different directions around, and the adjustment is more quick and convenient; in addition, due to the fact that the circumferential adjusting mechanism is used, the angle measuring mechanism achieves rapid disassembly and assembly of the main body equipment of the electric field instrument, and can be disassembled and transported when being transported, and carrying is more convenient.

As shown in fig. 1 and 5, a grounding wire 9 is disposed on one side of the outer circular surface of the circumferential adjustment mechanism, and the measuring scale 12, the hinge 10, the auxiliary support plate 8 and the circumferential adjustment mechanism casing are all members made of conductive metal material, so as to transmit the lightning led by the measuring scale 12 to the ground.
As shown in fig. 2, a position of an outer surface of one side of the measuring ruler 12, which is close to the arc-shaped rack 13, is fixedly connected with an aiming hole 11, and the direction of the aiming hole 11 is axially parallel to the measuring ruler 12, so as to accurately and quickly determine a solid angle of a field of view of a current obstruction.
Aiming at the problem that the visual field solid angle detection of the electric field instrument 6 in the existing mode has larger error in visual observation, and is inconvenient to carry when a detection instrument is specially carried and installed for measurement;
when the visual field solid angle is detected, the base 1 is placed at a preset mounting point, the visual field solid angle can be detected after the level is adjusted, and when the visual field solid angle is detected, the height of the support rod 4 is about 1.5 meters normally, so that eyes can be manually attached to one end of the measuring scale 12 close to the hinge 10, then the locking mechanism 17 is controlled to be opened by one hand, the handle is shaken by the other hand, the handle can drive the rod body fixedly connected with the gear 15 to rotate, the rod body drives the gear 15 to rotate, the arc-shaped rack 13 in meshed connection with the gear 15 also rotates under the meshing action of the gear 15, and finally the measuring scale 12 fixedly connected with the arc-shaped rack 13 starts to rotate around the hinge 10; according to the view solid angle illustration diagram shown in fig. 6, when measuring a distant place shield, when an eye is attached to the aiming hole 11 on the measuring scale 12, the direction of the eye sight line can be approximately regarded as the pointing direction of the measuring scale 12, and in this way, the handle is shaken by the hand to drive the measuring scale 12 to rotate until the measuring scale 12 is not shielded by the shield, at this time, the gear 15 is fixed by the locking mechanism 17, and in this state, the angle line 14 on the arc-shaped rack 13 can read the current view solid angle 1/2, and then multiply by 2 to obtain the view solid angle, and if the view solid angle is less than ninety degrees, the currently selected position on the surface is unqualified, and the installation position needs to be reselected; if the view field solid angle is larger than 90 degrees, the current position meets the requirement, and the base 1 can be fixedly installed; in the reading process, it should be noted that an indication line is arranged on the front surface of the auxiliary supporting plate 8 corresponding to the central position of the gear 15, and the indication position is the current reading;

according to the invention, through arranging the angle measuring mechanism, when outdoor equipment (an electric field instrument 6) of the lightning protection early warning system is installed, a visual field solid angle can be conveniently, quickly and accurately detected, and whether the current installation position meets the requirement or not is further judged, so that the installation efficiency is further improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the locking mechanism 17 includes a fixing block 172 attached to the upper end of the front surface of the subsidiary support plate 8; a top rod 173 penetrates through the upper surface of the fixed block 172; the upper end of the top rod 173 is fixedly connected with a handle 171; two first springs 174 are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the two sides of the lower surface of the fixed block 172; the lower ends of the two first springs 174 are fixedly connected with a connecting block 175; the lower end of the push rod 173 penetrates through the fixing block 172 and the connecting block 175 and is fixedly connected with the embedded top head 176, wherein the push rod 173 is movably connected with the fixing block 172, and the push rod 173 is fixedly connected with the connecting block 175.
As shown in fig. 3, the fitting plug 176 is shaped to fit into the tooth grooves of the gear 15, thereby achieving an engagement locking action on the gear 15.
As shown in fig. 3, when the engaging plug 176 is engaged with the tooth groove of the gear 15, the first spring 174 is still compressed to press the engaging plug 176 and the gear 15, so that the engaging of the engaging plug 176 and the gear 15 is more stable.
The locking mechanism 17 is used as a locking device for the gear 15, when the locking mechanism 17 is used, the first spring 174 is always in a compressed state, so when the locking mechanism 17 is locked, the handle 171 can be released by hand, under the action of elastic potential energy of the first spring 174, the embedding top head 176 can be tightly embedded with the tooth groove of the gear 15 due to the extrusion of the first spring 174, the locking for the gear 15 is completed, when the locking mechanism is not used, the handle 171 can be lifted upwards by a person, the handle 171 moves upwards, the top rod 173 and the connecting block 175 are driven to move upwards, the first spring 174 continues to be compressed, the embedding top head 176 moves upwards along with the handle 171, leaves the tooth groove of the gear 15, and the locking for the gear 15 is released; in the present embodiment, the fitting plug 176 is shaped to fit into the tooth grooves of the gear 15, thereby improving the engagement locking action with respect to the gear 15.
As shown in fig. 4, the circumferential direction adjusting mechanism includes a cover case 71 attached below the subsidiary support plate 8; two vertical plates 75 are installed symmetrically about the central axis at the top end of the inner surface of the cover case 71; the bottom ends of the outer surfaces of one sides of the two vertical plates 75 are rotatably connected with L-shaped rods 74 through rotating shafts; the upper ends of the two L-shaped rods 74 are fixedly connected with a second spring 72, and the upper end of the second spring 72 is fixedly connected with the top end of the inner surface of the cover shell 71; the lower ends of the two L-shaped rods 74 are fixedly connected with locking blocks 77; the middle position of the upper surface of the mounting plate 5 is fixedly connected with a lock rod 76; the upper end of the lock rod 76 is fixedly connected with the spherical head 73; the spherical head 73 extends to the inside of the cover case 71.
As shown in fig. 4, the lock block 77 is a member having a semicircular structure and has the same curvature as that of the cross-sectional circle of the lock lever 76.
As shown in fig. 4, an annular slide bar 79 is fixedly connected to the middle position of the outer circular surface of the cover shell 71; the outer part of the annular slide bar 79 is rotatably connected with an annular sliding seat 710; one side of the annular slider 710 is fixedly connected to the ground line 9, and the annular slider 710, the cover shell 71, and the annular slide 79 are all made of conductive metal.
As shown in fig. 4, the lock lever 76 is a member made of an insulating material; the lower surface of the cover case 71 is fixedly attached at an edge position with a skirt 78 for preventing rainwater from turning the lock lever 76 into a conductor.
The angle measuring mechanism can be used for detecting the visual field solid angle of a sheltering object in a certain direction, but in the actual use process, because the sheltering object possibly exists at the periphery of outdoor equipment of the lightning protection early warning system, the peripheral sheltering object needs to be detected, but if the base 1 is rotated and then the angle measuring mechanism is used for detection, time and labor are wasted, and the detection efficiency is greatly reduced, so the angle measuring mechanism can be quickly adjusted in direction by arranging the circumferential adjusting mechanism and circumferentially adjusting the angle measuring mechanism, and the peripheral sheltering object can be detected in the visual field solid angle;
when the circumferential adjusting mechanism is used, firstly, the cover shell 71 is lifted upwards, and after the cover shell 71 moves upwards, the spherical head 73 does not apply an acting force on the L-shaped rods 74 any more, under the action of elastic potential energy of the second spring 72, the two L-shaped rods 74 rotate around the rotating shaft towards the spherical head 73, so that the two locking blocks 77 are opened, the locking rods 76 are not clamped any more, and then the cover shell 71 can rotate at the moment, the rotation of the cover shell 71 can drive the angle measuring mechanism arranged on the upper surface of the cover shell to rotate, after the cover shell rotates to the position of a detected shielding object, the cover shell 71 is put down, under the common gravity action of the cover shell 71 and the components arranged on the cover shell 71, the spherical head 73 overcomes the elastic force of the second spring 72 to jack up the two L-shaped rods 74 upwards until the two L-shaped rods 74 abut against the cover shell 71, and in the process, the lower ends of the two L-shaped rods 74 gradually approach the locking rods 76 under the action of the rotating shaft, and when the two L-shaped rods 74 abut against the cover shell 71, the two locking blocks 77 fix the cover shell 71;
by arranging the circumferential adjusting mechanism, the invention not only can quickly realize circumferential angle adjustment of the angle measuring mechanism so as to measure the visual field solid angles of the shelters in different directions around, but also can adjust more quickly and conveniently; in addition, the angle measuring mechanism realizes the quick disassembly and assembly with the main body equipment of the electric field instrument 6 through the circumferential adjusting mechanism, and can be disassembled and transported during transportation, so that the carrying is more convenient;
in addition, it should be noted that, since the circumferential adjusting mechanism needs to rotate circumferentially, the circumferential adjusting mechanism and the ground wire 9 are connected in a sliding manner by the annular slide bar 79 and the annular slide seat 710, the cover shell 71 and the annular slide bar 79 are all made of conductive metal materials, so that normal conduction of lightning can be ensured while the rotational connection is realized; and locking lever 76 is the component of an insulating material, can prevent that the thunder and lightning from transmitting the electric field appearance 6 below to through locking lever 76, and the condition that leads to electric field appearance 6 to damage takes place, and in addition, the lower surface edge position of lid shell 71 links firmly shirt rim 78 for prevent that rainwater from attaching to locking lever 76 surface and becoming the electric conductor with locking lever 76, and then avoided the thunder and lightning to transmit to electric field appearance 6, guaranteed good lightning protection effect.
