Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of an electric control cooling method of an air conditioner according to the present invention.
Embodiments of the present invention provide embodiments of an electronically controlled cooling method for an air conditioner, and it should be noted that although a logical sequence is shown in the flow chart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in a different sequence than that shown or described herein. Specifically, the electronic control cooling method of the air conditioner of the embodiment includes:
step S10: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the current temperature of an electric control module of the air conditioner, and adjusting the opening of air guide vanes of the air conditioner according to the current temperature of the electric control module when the current temperature of the electric control module of the air conditioner is detected to be higher than a first preset temperature;
it should be noted that the air conditioner proposed in this embodiment refers to an air conditioner detachably mounted on a board room, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a simple schematic view of the structure of the air conditioner related in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the air conditioner includes an indoor unit 100 and an outdoor unit 200, wherein the indoor unit 100 is non-detachably connected to the outdoor unit 200, that is, in this embodiment, the air conditioner is an integral air conditioner, and the indoor unit 100 is non-detachably connected to the outdoor unit 200, so that when the air conditioner is mounted on and dismounted from the board room, a common user can complete the mounting and dismounting without the assistance of a professional.
In addition, in another embodiment, the indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit 200 are detachably mounted, so that a user can detach the indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit 200 as required, the volume and the weight are dispersed, and the carrying is convenient. In addition, the indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit 200 may be separated so that the air conditioner may be used as a split type air conditioner, the indoor unit 100 is installed indoors, and the outdoor unit 100 is installed outdoors, thereby reducing the space occupied by the air conditioner indoors and saving the indoor space.
Specifically, the indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit 200 of the air conditioner in this embodiment are communicated with each other through a refrigerant pipe, where the indoor unit 100 includes an indoor unit casing, an indoor wind wheel, and an indoor heat exchanger, and further, in this embodiment, the air conditioner further includes an outdoor unit casing, where a bottom of the indoor unit casing is detachably connected to a top of the outdoor unit casing. Specifically, the outdoor unit casing is provided with an outdoor side air inlet and an outdoor side air outlet, an outdoor heat exchanger and an outdoor wind wheel are further mounted in the outdoor unit casing, wherein the outdoor wind wheel can also be an axial flow wind wheel, a centrifugal chamber wind wheel and the like, the indoor heat exchanger is an evaporator, the outdoor heat exchanger is a condenser, the outdoor wind wheel drives air to enter the outdoor unit casing from the outdoor side air inlet, and the air flows through the condenser to dissipate heat of the condenser and then is blown out from the outdoor side air outlet.
In addition, in one embodiment, the bottom of the inner machine shell and the top of the outer machine shell can be detachably connected, so that when the inner machine shell is connected with the outer machine shell, the air conditioner is used as an integral air conditioner; after the inner machine shell is disassembled relative to the outer machine shell, the air conditioner can be used as a split air conditioner, so that the flexibility of the use scene of the air conditioner is improved.
In another embodiment, the electronic control module 300 of the electronic control operation module is located behind the condenser, so that in the process that the outdoor air wheel drives air to enter the outer machine shell from the outdoor air inlet, the air flows through the condenser to dissipate heat of the condenser and then blows out from the outdoor air outlet, the air flows through the condenser to dissipate heat of the condenser, then flows through the electronic control module to dissipate heat of the electronic control module and blows out from the outdoor air outlet, so that the outdoor air wheel drives the outdoor air to dissipate heat of the electronic control module, it needs to be noted that in the working process of the electronic control module of the air conditioner, the temperature of the air can be very high, so that the normal operation of the air conditioner is affected, therefore, the outdoor air wheel drives the outdoor air to dissipate heat of the electronic control module, however, in a high-temperature use scene of the air conditioner, the outdoor temperature is usually high in daytime, so that when the air flows through the condenser to dissipate heat, the air temperature can reach about 60 ℃, then the electronic control cooling module is sent again, the cooling effect is poor, and the high-temperature shutdown problem is easily caused.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, a plurality of through holes 400 are provided at an indoor-side cabinet of the air conditioner, and, specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of through holes 400 are formed at the indoor side of the inner machine casing, thereby the air at the indoor side enters the inside of the air conditioner based on the plurality of through holes 400, the electric control module in the air conditioner is cooled by utilizing the low-temperature air at the indoor side, and it should be noted that, in the process of cooling the electric control module in the air conditioner by using the low-temperature air at the indoor side, when the temperature of the electric control module is not high, the electric control module can be cooled by only using a small amount of indoor air, when the temperature of the electric control module is high, a large amount of indoor air is needed to cool the electric control module, when the air inside the room is introduced into the inside of the air conditioner through the plurality of through holes 400, there is a certain amount of loss in the cooling capacity of the air conditioner, therefore, in order to achieve the purposes of improving the cooling flexibility of the electronic control module and maintaining the cooling capacity of the air conditioner, in the embodiment, a wind guide blade and a stepping motor for driving the opening of the wind guide blade are arranged at the corresponding position in the air conditioner provided with a plurality of through holes 400, therefore, the opening of the air guide blade is driven by the stepping motor to regulate and control the air quantity of the indoor air entering the air conditioner from the through holes 400, thereby improving the cooling flexibility of the electric control module and maintaining the refrigerating capacity of the air conditioner, for example, when the temperature of the electric control module is not high, the stepping motor can be used for driving the air guide vane to close, so that the air at the indoor side of the air conditioner is prevented from entering the air conditioner through the through hole 400, when the temperature of the electric control module is high, the air guide vane can be driven to open by the stepping motor, so that the indoor air enters the air conditioner through the through hole 400.
In addition, for convenience of understanding, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view illustrating an internal wind flow direction of the air conditioner in this embodiment, wherein an arrow indicates a wind flow direction, and an outdoor wind wheel of the air conditioner is an axial wind wheel 500, so that the axial wind wheel 500 drives air to enter the outdoor unit casing from an outdoor side air inlet, and then flows through the outdoor heat exchanger 600 to dissipate heat of the outdoor heat exchanger 600, and then blows out from an outdoor side air outlet.
Therefore, based on the structure of the air conditioner, the purpose of cooling the electronic control module by utilizing the indoor air of the air conditioner is achieved, and low-cost electronic control cooling is achieved.
Specifically, in this embodiment, in order to avoid the normal operation of the air conditioner being affected by insufficient heat dissipation of the electronic control unit, the temperature of the electronic control module of the air conditioner is monitored in real time, and optionally, a temperature sensor is installed inside or on the surface of the electronic control module, so as to obtain the temperature of the electronic control module of the air conditioner through the temperature sensor.
Specifically, the first preset temperature is a preset trigger temperature for controlling the air conditioner to execute an electronic control temperature drop logic program, that is, when the temperature of the electronic control module is higher than the first preset temperature, it indicates that the current temperature of the electronic control module is too high, and there is a danger of high-temperature shutdown or a situation that normal operation of the air conditioner is affected, specifically, when the air conditioner is detected to be turned on, that is, the compressor is started, the current temperature of the electronic control module of the air conditioner is obtained through a temperature sensor of an internal or surface device of the electronic control module, and then when the current temperature of the electronic control module of the air conditioner is detected to be higher than the first preset temperature, the air conditioner starts to execute the electronic control module temperature drop logic program.
It should be understood that, because the indoor side of the indoor unit casing of the air conditioner of the present invention is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the inside of the casing part provided with the plurality of through holes is provided with the air guide blades and the stepping motor correspondingly, specifically, when the air conditioner is used for refrigerating, the stepping motor is used for driving the air guide blades to be opened, so that the axial flow wind wheel is used for driving air to enter the outdoor unit casing from the plurality of through holes on the indoor side, and the air flows through the electric control module to dissipate heat of the electric control module, and then is blown out from the air outlet on the outdoor side, when the current temperature of the electric control module of the air conditioner is higher than the first preset temperature, the opening degree of the air guide blades of the air conditioner can be adjusted according to the current temperature of the electric control module, so as to cool the electric control module by using the low-temperature air on the indoor side.
In addition, it is to be noted that, when the electronic control module is cooled by using the low-temperature air at the indoor side, the indoor cooling capacity is lost, and therefore, in order to reduce the loss of the indoor cooling capacity, in this embodiment, the opening size of the air guide vane of the air conditioner is determined according to the current temperature of the electronic control module, when the temperature of the electronic control module is not very high, the opening size of the air guide vane of the air conditioner is adjusted to be a smaller opening size, thereby ensuring the heat dissipation and cooling of the electronic control module on the premise that the loss of the indoor cooling capacity is not large, when the temperature of the electronic control module is very high, the opening size of the air guide vane of the air conditioner is adjusted to be a larger opening size when the temperature of the electronic control module is not very high, for example, when the temperature of the electronic control module is not very high, the opening size of the air guide vane of the air conditioner is controlled to be 1, when the temperature of the electronic control module is very high, the opening size of the air guide vane of the air conditioner is controlled to be 2, specifically, for easy understanding, in this embodiment, when the current temperature of the electronic control module is detected, the current temperature of the electronic control module is greater than the first preset temperature:
when detecting that the current temperature of an electric control module of the air conditioner is higher than a first preset temperature, judging whether the current temperature of the electric control module is higher than a second preset temperature, wherein the second preset temperature is higher than the first preset temperature;
and if the current temperature of the electronic control module is higher than a second preset temperature, adjusting the opening of the air guide blade of the air conditioner to be a first preset opening.
Specifically, the second preset temperature is a preset dividing temperature for controlling the opening of the air guide vanes of the air conditioner, and specifically, when the temperature of the electronic control module is higher than the second preset temperature, it indicates that the current temperature of the electronic control module is very high, and a large amount of indoor cold air is needed to cool the electronic control module, that is, the opening of the air guide vanes of the air conditioner is adjusted to a first preset opening, where the first preset opening is a certain preset specific temperature and may also be a maximum opening that the air guide vanes are allowed to open, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In addition, in another implementation, when the temperature of the electronic control module is not very high, in order to reduce the loss of indoor cooling capacity, after the step of determining whether the current temperature of the electronic control module is greater than a second preset temperature, the method further includes:
and if the current temperature of the electric control module is less than a second preset temperature, adjusting the opening of the air guide blade of the air conditioner to be a second preset opening, wherein the second preset opening is less than the first preset opening.
That is, when the temperature of the electronic control module is not very high, the opening degree of the air guide vane of the air conditioner is adjusted to be a smaller opening degree, so that the heat dissipation and cooling of the electronic control module are ensured on the premise that the indoor cold loss is not large, wherein the first preset opening degree is a certain preset specific temperature, and the minimum opening degree allowing the opening of the air guide vane can be also used, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step S20: acquiring a first electric control module temperature of the air conditioner and a first indoor temperature of an indoor environment where the air conditioner is located when the air conditioner operates at the adjusted opening degree of the air guide blades, and acquiring a second electric control module temperature of the air conditioner and a second indoor temperature of the indoor environment where the air conditioner is located after a preset time interval;
step S30: and adjusting the operating parameters of the air conditioner according to the first electric control module temperature, the first indoor temperature, the second electric control module temperature and the second indoor temperature.
Specifically, the temperature of the first electronic control module and the first indoor temperature may be temperatures acquired at corresponding times when the opening of the air guide vane of the air conditioner is adjusted, and the temperature of the first electronic control module and the first indoor temperature may also be temperatures acquired when the indoor temperature of the electronic control module of the air conditioner and/or the indoor environment where the air conditioner is located is stable after the opening of the air guide vane of the air conditioner is adjusted, where the temperature of the first electronic control module and the first indoor temperature refer to temperatures corresponding to a difference of a preset time from a temperature acquisition time interval between the temperature of the first electronic control module and the first indoor temperature, for example, the preset time is 1 minute, the temperature of the first electronic control module of the air conditioner and the first indoor temperature of the indoor environment where the air conditioner is located are acquired at 10 points and 10 minutes, the temperature of the second electronic control module of the air conditioner and the second indoor temperature of the indoor environment where the air conditioner is located are acquired at 10 points and 11 times, and the subsequent cooling effect of the electronic control module is determined by the temperature of the first electronic control module, the first indoor temperature, the second module, and the second indoor environment where the air conditioner is located, thereby determining the subsequent cooling effect of the electronic control module.
For convenience of understanding, this embodiment illustrates this, for example, when the temperature of the first electronic control module is 40 ℃, the temperature of the second electronic control module is 38 ℃, the temperature of the first indoor is 26 ℃, and the temperature of the second indoor is 27 ℃, it indicates that the indoor temperature is raised due to heat leakage caused by cooling the electronic control module currently, and the current temperature of the electronic control module is in a descending trend, the opening of the air guide blade of the air conditioner may be reduced or the air guide blade of the air conditioner is controlled to be closed, and when the first electronic control temperature is 40 ℃, the second electronic control temperature is 38 ℃, the first indoor temperature is 26 ℃, and the second indoor temperature is 27 ℃, it indicates that the current cold indoor air cannot effectively reduce the temperature of the electronic control module, the compressor frequency limiting mode may be adopted to reduce the heat generated by the electronic control module, thereby reducing the temperature of the electronic control module, and thus increasing the electronic control cooling effect from the source, thereby analyzing the cause of the fluctuation of the electronic control module according to the temperature of the first electronic control module, the temperature of the first indoor, the temperature of the second electronic control module, and the second indoor temperature of the second indoor, and further determining the adjustment of the operation parameter of the air conditioner according to the cause of the fluctuation of the temperature of the electronic control module.
In addition, in an embodiment, after the step of adjusting the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the first electronic control module temperature, the first indoor temperature, the second electronic control module temperature, and the second indoor temperature, the method further includes:
returning to execute the step of obtaining the current temperature of the electric control module of the air conditioner after the preset time, and adjusting the opening of the air guide blade of the air conditioner according to the current temperature of the electric control module when the current temperature of the electric control module of the air conditioner is detected to be higher than a first preset temperature;
continuing to execute the step of obtaining the temperature of a first electric control module of the air conditioner and the first indoor temperature of the indoor environment where the air conditioner is located when the air conditioner operates at the adjusted opening degree of the air guide blades, and obtaining the temperature of a second electric control module of the air conditioner and the second indoor temperature of the indoor environment where the air conditioner is located after a preset time interval;
and continuously executing the step of adjusting the operating parameters of the air conditioner according to the first electric control module temperature, the first indoor temperature, the second electric control module temperature and the second indoor temperature.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the temperature of the electronic control module is reduced through multiple times of fine tuning through the above step of cyclic regulation and control, so as to improve the temperature reduction effect of the electronic control module.
It should be understood that the above is only an example, and the technical solution of the present invention is not limited in any way, and those skilled in the art can make settings based on needs in practical applications, and the settings are not listed here.
In the embodiment, the opening of the air guide vane of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the current temperature of the electric control module by acquiring the current temperature of the electric control module of the air conditioner and detecting that the current temperature of the electric control module of the air conditioner is higher than a first preset temperature; acquiring a first electric control module temperature of the air conditioner and a first indoor temperature of an indoor environment where the air conditioner is located when the air conditioner operates at the adjusted opening of the air guide vanes, and acquiring a second electric control module temperature of the air conditioner and a second indoor temperature of the indoor environment where the air conditioner is located after a preset time interval; according to the temperature of the first electric control module, the temperature of the first indoor temperature, the temperature of the second electric control module and the temperature of the second indoor temperature, the operation parameters of the air conditioner are adjusted, and therefore compared with an electric control cooling method utilizing outdoor air or a refrigerant ring in the prior art, the method and the device introduce cold air with lower indoor temperature to cool the electric control module by regulating the opening degree of the air guide blades of the air conditioner, so that low-cost electric control cooling is achieved.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the electric control cooling method of the air conditioner of the present invention, a second embodiment of the electric control cooling method of the air conditioner of the present invention is proposed.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of an electric control cooling method of an air conditioner according to the present invention;
the second embodiment of the method for electrically controlling cooling of an air conditioner is different from the first embodiment of the method for electrically controlling cooling of an air conditioner in that the step of adjusting the operating parameters of the air conditioner according to the first electronic control module temperature, the first indoor temperature, the second electronic control module temperature and the second indoor temperature comprises the following steps:
step S301: judging whether the temperature of the second electric control module is lower than the temperature of the first electric control module;
step S302: if the second electric control module temperature is lower than the first electric control module temperature, judging whether the second indoor temperature is higher than the first indoor temperature;
step S303: and if the second indoor temperature is higher than the first indoor temperature, adjusting the operating parameters of the air conditioner according to the second indoor temperature.
In this embodiment, it is easy to understand that when the temperature of the second electronic control module is lower than the temperature of the first electronic control module, it indicates that the temperature of the electronic control module is in a decreasing trend under the cooling of the indoor air to achieve the goal of electronic control temperature reduction, and it is noted that when the electronic control module is cooled by the indoor air, the indoor cooling capacity is lost, thereby increasing the indoor temperature and further affecting the comfort of the indoor user.
In addition, in order to effectively cool the electronic control module while maintaining the comfortable feeling of the user, in this embodiment, a specific embodiment is provided that if the second indoor temperature is higher than the first indoor temperature, the operating parameter of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the second indoor temperature:
if the second indoor temperature is higher than the first indoor temperature, judging whether the second indoor temperature is higher than a set temperature;
if the second indoor temperature is higher than the set temperature, reducing the opening of the air guide blades of the air conditioner and reducing the operating frequency of a compressor of the air conditioner; and the number of the first and second groups,
and if the second indoor temperature is less than or equal to the set temperature, controlling the compressor of the air conditioner to stop.
Specifically, the set temperature refers to an indoor refrigeration temperature set by a user, specifically, in this embodiment, when the indoor air temperature is in an ascending trend, it is determined whether the current indoor temperature is greater than the set temperature, if the second indoor temperature is greater than the set temperature, it is characterized that heat leakage caused by cooling the electronic control module by using the indoor air has already started to affect the comfort level of the indoor user, and at this time, in order to maintain the comfort level of the indoor user, the opening of the air guide vane of the air conditioner is reduced at this time to reduce the loss of indoor cooling capacity, thereby reducing the indoor temperature.
In addition, when the second indoor temperature is higher than the set temperature, the refrigerating capacity of the air conditioner reaches the refrigerating capacity required by the user, and the current electric control module is in an ascending trend, so that the air conditioner can be stopped at a warm state, namely, the compressor of the air conditioner is controlled to be stopped to reduce the heat productivity of the electric control module, so that the temperature of the electric control module is effectively reduced from the source.
In addition, in another embodiment, if the temperature of the second electronic control module is greater than or equal to the temperature of the first electronic control module, it indicates that the electronic control module cannot be cooled by the indoor air, and this time indicates that the indoor air is doing idle work, and at this time, it is determined whether the indoor cooling loss is too large during the period of cooling the electronic control module by using the indoor air, i.e., it is determined whether the second indoor temperature is greater than the first indoor temperature, and if the second indoor temperature is greater than the first indoor temperature, it indicates that the current indoor air cannot cool the electronic control module, and there is a large loss, so as to avoid the influence on the comfort of the user due to the continuous leakage of the indoor air.
Specifically, in this embodiment, a specific implementation is given after the step of determining whether the temperature of the second electronic control module is lower than the temperature of the first electronic control module:
if the temperature of the second electric control module is greater than or equal to the temperature of the first electric control module, judging whether the temperature of the second electric control module is less than a preset electric control limit temperature;
if the temperature of the second electric control module is lower than the preset electric control limit temperature, reducing the running frequency of a compressor of the air conditioner; and the number of the first and second groups,
and if the temperature of the second electric control module is greater than or equal to the preset electric control limit temperature, controlling the compressor of the air conditioner to stop.
Specifically, the preset electric control limit temperature refers to a temperature threatening the normal operation of the electric control module, for example, when the electric control module exceeds the preset electric control limit temperature, the electric control module may catch fire at a high temperature, or a fuse in the electric control module may be broken, thereby causing the electric control module to fail to operate.
It can understand, in order to guarantee the security of air conditioner during operation, when detecting that second electronic control module temperature is greater than or equal to predetermines automatically controlled limiting temperature, then the compressor of control air conditioner is shut down, continue to generate heat in order to block electronic control module, thereby reduce electronic control module temperature effectively from the source, furthermore, when second electronic control module temperature is less than predetermines automatically controlled limiting temperature, then can carry out the frequency-limiting protection to electronic control module, reduce electronic control module's calorific capacity, thereby reduce electronic control module temperature effectively from the source under the circumstances of maintaining air conditioner normal operating.
In this embodiment, whether the second electronic control module temperature is less than the first electronic control module temperature is judged, if the second electronic control module temperature is less than the first electronic control module temperature, whether the second indoor temperature is greater than the first indoor temperature is judged, and if the second indoor temperature is greater than the first indoor temperature, the operating parameter of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the second indoor temperature, so that the reason that the indoor temperature rises is judged by judging the change of the indoor temperature, and corresponding action is performed under the condition that the indoor temperature rises, so that the electronic control cooling effect is improved.
In addition, the embodiment also provides an electric control cooling device of the air conditioner. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a functional block diagram of an embodiment of an electric control cooling device of an air conditioner according to the present invention.
