Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Embodiment 1 of the invention provides a PM value compensation method. PM english is known as particlatapercent, and PM10 and PM2.5 are both diameters of particulate matter.
In embodiment 1 of the present invention, T represents an actually measured temperature value; h represents the humidity value actually measured; p represents the actual measured PM2.5 value; hb represents the compensation value for humidity at different temperatures; pb represents the compensation value of PM2.5 under different humidity, and Pb is a percentage; pj represents the step value of the PM2.5 value change; h' represents the final humidity value obtained by the treatment; p' represents the final PM2.5 value obtained by the processing.
As shown in fig. 1, the PM value compensation method of embodiment 1 of the invention includes the steps of:
s101: and acquiring a humidity value and a PM detection value of the environment to be detected at the current moment.
Specifically, a humidity sensor may be used to obtain a humidity value; the PM detection value may be acquired using a dust sensor. By way of example, PM may be PM2.5, PM10, etc.
Further, before determining the PM compensation value according to the humidity value at the current time and the humidity change condition, the method further includes: acquiring a temperature value of the environment to be detected at the current moment; and correcting the humidity value at the current moment according to the temperature value at the current moment. That is, the humidity values at different temperatures are compensated by the humidity compensation values to obtain more accurate ambient humidity.
The method is characterized in that the concentration of the particles in the air is influenced by the ambient humidity, the more accurate the ambient humidity is, the more errors of calculating the concentration of the particles in the environment can be reduced, and the ambient temperature influences the accuracy of the ambient humidity measurement, so that the accurate humidity value can be obtained by combining the measured temperature and humidity, and the subsequent judgment of the concentration of the particles in the environment can be more accurate.
S102: and acquiring a plurality of humidity values of the environment to be detected in a preset time period before the current moment.
Further, before acquiring the plurality of humidity values of the environment to be inspected in the preset time period before the current time, the method further includes: acquiring a temperature value of each humidity value at the moment; and correcting any humidity value by using the temperature value at the moment of the humidity value. That is, the humidity values at different temperatures are compensated by the humidity compensation values to obtain more accurate ambient humidity.
S103: and determining the humidity change condition of the environment to be detected in the preset time period according to the humidity values.
Specifically, the determining, according to the plurality of humidity values, the humidity change condition of the environment to be detected in the preset time period may adopt the following technical scheme: determining the humidity change rate of the environment to be detected in the preset time period according to the humidity values; when the humidity change rate is larger than a preset first threshold value, judging that the humidity change of the environment to be detected is faster; and when the humidity change rate is smaller than or equal to the first threshold value, judging that the humidity change of the environment to be detected is slower.
For example, a change in humidity of more than 15% to 25% within 1h to 2h may be considered a faster change in humidity, otherwise a slower change in humidity may be considered.
S104: and determining a PM compensation value according to the humidity value at the current moment and the humidity change condition.
Specifically, the determining the PM compensation value according to the humidity value at the current time and the humidity change condition may adopt the following method: judging whether the humidity value at the current moment is smaller than a preset humidity threshold value or not; when the humidity value at the current moment is smaller than the humidity threshold value, determining the PM compensation value according to the humidity change condition; when the humidity value at the current moment is greater than or equal to the humidity threshold value, determining the absolute value of the PM compensation value according to the humidity value at the current moment; determining the positive and negative of the PM compensation value according to the humidity change condition; and obtaining the PM compensation value by using the absolute value of the PM compensation value and the positive and negative of the PM compensation value.
For example, the humidity threshold may be 50%.
More specifically, when the humidity value at the current time is greater than or equal to the humidity threshold, the determining, according to the humidity change condition, the positive and negative of the PM compensation value includes: when the humidity of the environment to be detected changes rapidly, the PM compensation value is a negative value; and when the humidity change of the environment to be detected is slower, the PM compensation value is a positive value. This is because, when the humidity change is rapid, a rapid humidity rise causes the PM detection value to be virtually high, and thus negative compensation is required, i.e., the PM compensation value is negative; when the humidity change of the environment to be detected is slow, the detected value of PM is slightly lower than the actual value due to slow deposition caused by the humidity effect, so positive compensation is needed, namely, the PM compensation value is a positive value.
When the humidity value at the current time is greater than or equal to the humidity threshold, the determining the absolute value of the PM compensation value according to the humidity value at the current time includes: determining a humidity interval to which the humidity value at the current moment belongs; and obtaining the absolute value of the PM compensation value by utilizing the relation between the preset humidity interval and the compensation absolute value according to the humidity interval to which the humidity value at the current moment belongs.
Further, before obtaining the absolute value of the PM compensation value according to the humidity interval to which the humidity value at the current time belongs and by using the relationship between the preset humidity interval and the compensation absolute value, the method further includes: and determining the humidity change condition of the environment to be detected in the preset time period according to the plurality of humidity values, and selecting the relation between a humidity interval and a compensation absolute value. That is, the two cases of faster humidity change and slower humidity change correspond to the relationship between different humidity intervals and the compensation absolute value, respectively.
More specifically, when the humidity value at the current time is smaller than the humidity threshold, the determining the PM compensation value according to the humidity change condition includes: when the humidity of the environment to be detected changes rapidly, the PM compensation value is 0; and when the humidity change of the environment to be detected is slower, the PM compensation value is a preset value which is larger than 0.
S105: and compensating the PM detection value by using the PM compensation value to obtain a target value.
Specifically, the PM detection value is compensated by the PM compensation value by adding the PM compensation value to the PM detection value.
Further, after compensating the PM detection value by using the PM compensation value to obtain a target value, the method further includes: acquiring a display value; determining a rate of change of the display value according to the display value and the target value; and controlling the display value to change according to the change rate.
For example, after determining the PM2.5 compensation value, i.e., the final PM2.5 display value (target value), the current display value is continuously approximated to the target value by accumulating the step values, the step values are divided into five stages Pj1, pj2, … … Pjn (Pj 1 < Pj2 < … … < Pjn), if 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and when the difference between the display value and the target value is greater than 70% of the target value, the maximum step value is accumulated (e.g., 10+10+10) until the difference between the display value and the target value is less than 70%, and the ratio between the difference between the display value and the target value is divided into five stages of 0% -10%, 10% -30%, 30% -50%, 50% -70%, and 70% -100%, each of which corresponds to the five step values 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10, and when the difference between the display value and the target value is less than or equal to 2, the display is considered to be within the error range.
The method is characterized in that the concentration value of the particulate matters detected by the sensor fluctuates and is greatly disturbed by the environment, for example, if the sensor is directly blown with a smoke gas, the data detected by the sensor is increased and then decreased in a short time, if the processed data (corresponding to the target value in the text) is directly used as the display value, the fluctuation of the readings in a large range and in an indefinite way is observed when the fluctuation of the environment is large, and the user can feel that the machine is problematic or not, so that the fluctuation of the display value can be effectively reduced and the user experience can be optimized by adopting a method of continuously approaching the target value by adopting a step value.
When a plurality of humidity values of the environment to be inspected in a preset time period before the current time cannot be acquired, determining an absolute value of the PM compensation value according to the humidity value of the current time, and taking the absolute value of the PM compensation value as the PM compensation value. That is, when a plurality of humidity values of the environment to be inspected within a preset period of time (i.e., an operation time is short) before the current time cannot be acquired, all PM compensation values are regarded as positive values.
To illustrate the specific method of PM compensation in more detail, the following specific examples are given.
(1) When the humidity value at the current moment is greater than or equal to 50%, after long-time operation, the humidity does not fluctuate in a large range (namely, the humidity change of the environment to be detected is slower) or the operation time is shorter, the machine does not judge that the environment humidity value rises rapidly in a short time, so that the environment humidity can be changed rapidly, a humidifier and other objects which can change the environment humidity rapidly are not found in the working environment, PM2.5 in the air can be deposited slowly due to the humidity effect, the detected value is slightly lower than the actual value, at the moment, the compensation values Pb1, pb2 and … … Pbn positively compensate the PM2.5 value, namely, P '=P+ (P×Pb1), and the compensated value is taken as a final PM2.5 display value P'.
For example: four compensation values Pb1 to Pb4 are set to be 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% respectively corresponding to four humidity ranges of 50% -60%, 60% -70%, 70% -80%, 80% -100% divided, and when the detected PM2.5 value is 255 and the actual humidity is 55%, the actual PM2.5 value P' =255+ (255×0.02) =260, and 260 is taken as the final display value.
(2) When the humidity value at the current moment is greater than or equal to 50%, and the humidity rises in a short time (i.e. the humidity change of the environment to be detected is faster), it can be considered that the environment humidity can be changed quickly due to the existence of a humidifier or other article in the working environment, and the detected PM2.5 value is virtually high due to the rapid humidity rise, and at this time, the compensation values Pb1, pb2 and … … Pbn negatively compensate the PM2.5 value, that is, P' =p- (p×p1), and the compensated value is taken as the final PM2.5 display value.
For example: setting four compensation values Pb1 to Pb4 to be 3%, 6%, 8% and 10% respectively corresponding to four humidity intervals of 50% -60%, 60% -70%, 70% -80% and 80% -100% respectively, and when the detected PM2.5 value is 255 and the actual humidity is 55%, taking 247 as a final display value, the actual PM2.5 value P' =255- (255×0.03) =247.
(3) When the humidity value at the current moment is less than 50% and the humidity change of the environment to be detected is slower, the influence of the humidity on the PM2.5 value is less, compensation processing is not carried out on the PM2.5 value, the detection value P is directly used as a target display value P ', and then the detection value P is continuously approximated to the P' by a step value (the difference between the two values is considered to be displayed within the range of the reached error when the difference is less than or equal to 2); this is because, in general, the humidity value at the current moment is less than 50% and the slow change of the humidity of the environment to be detected can indicate that the humidity of the environment at the moment is stable, and on the premise that the humidity is low, the concentration detection of the particulate matters in the air is not greatly influenced, so that compensation is not needed;
(4) When the humidity value at the current moment is smaller than 50% and the humidity change of the environment to be detected is faster, the PM2.5 value is compensated (for example, 3%) by the same compensation value when the humidity value is smaller (in the range of 0% -50% above), the detection value P is taken as a target display value P ', and then the detection value P is continuously approximated to P' by a step value (when the difference between the two values is less than or equal to 2, the detection value P is considered to be displayed within the range of the reached error). This is because, when the humidity value at the current moment is less than 50% and the humidity of the environment to be detected changes rapidly, it is indicated that there are some interference sources (humidifiers, etc.) that disturb the environment humidity, and this severe humidity fluctuation can cause the particulate matter in the air to condense under the influence of water vapor to make the detection value higher, so compensation is performed.
Therefore, according to the PM value compensation method provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention, more accurate ambient humidity is obtained by compensating humidity values at different temperatures by using the humidity compensation value Hb, then the detected PM2.5 value P is compensated by using the compensation value Pb according to the humidity values and the humidity change conditions, meanwhile, the displayed PM2.5 value is not directly refreshed into a detection value (target value), but gradually approaches the compensated PM2.5 value P by using the step value Pj, and when the difference between the display value and the detection value (target value) is less than or equal to 2, the display is considered to be within an error range.
