then, the device is electrically connected with an external power supply, the lamp body 2 is turned on, and when glare is generated indoors, the situation can be avoided by adjusting the size of the shading angle, specifically, when the lamp holder 1 is connected with the mounting disc 3, the roller 18 slides on the connecting block 8, so that the connecting block 8 pushes the bearing rod 19 to move through the roller 18, the bearing rod 19 pushes the second connecting spring 24 through the T-shaped rod 25 when moving, the second connecting spring 24 deforms and contracts towards the buffer column 23, and the guide rod 22 moves in the strip-shaped groove 21, so that the protective shell 26 and the first gear 27 move towards the direction close to the second gear 28 until the first gear 27 is meshed with the second gear 28;

when the light-transmitting cover 4 needs to be detached later, the latch 45 can be pressed, so that the third connecting spring 44 is retracted into the sliding groove 43, and at this time, the connecting ring 46 is separated from the lamp holder 1.
