Background
New engines with zero or low carbon emissions are becoming a current development hotspot, such as hydrogen engines, ammonia engines, water jet engines, etc. Compared with the traditional engines, the novel engines generate a large amount of water in operation, and the generation amount is several times larger than that of the traditional fuel engines. The generated water is easily mixed into the engine oil to cause emulsification and deterioration of the engine oil.
The engine oil filter in the current market is mainly used for filtering metal abrasive dust, carbon deposit, colloidal sediment and the like generated in the working process of the traditional engine so as to keep the lubricating oil clean. These filters do not remove moisture generated during engine operation. Therefore, the invention improves on the basis of the filter element of the traditional engine oil filter so as to adapt to the characteristic that the water generation amount in the novel engine is larger than that of the traditional engine, ensure the lubricating performance of the engine oil and prolong the service life of the engine oil.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention aims to provide an engine oil filter, which comprises a central inner pipe, a super-hydrophobic filter membrane, a central outer pipe and a filter paper layer, wherein the super-hydrophobic filter membrane, the central outer pipe and the filter paper layer are sequentially sleeved on the periphery of the central inner pipe; the bottom surface of the upper end cover is provided with a magnet, the bottom surface of the lower end cover is additionally provided with a water filtering device by processing means such as welding, the water filtering device is in a circular groove shape, and a hydrophilic filtering membrane is arranged in the groove; the lower end cover is provided with an annular through hole between the filter paper layer and the super-hydrophobic filter membrane and communicated with the water filtering device.
