Description

Push-push type opening auxiliary mechanism for furniture
Technical Field
The invention comprises a push-push opening aid for furniture according to the independent claim.
The invention belongs to the technical field of furniture decoration, in particular to an opening auxiliary part of a flip cover, a door or a drawer on the furniture.
Background
In the furniture industry, there are already a number of opening aids with push-push opening aids. In this case, a handle or a button for opening the surface of the folder or the door is not required, which looks elegant and brings additional comfort to daily life. This allows a smooth and easy-to-clean surface design with a reduced risk of injury. A light touch is sufficient and the furniture door or drawer will then open a little bit, so that the door without handle can be easily grasped and comfortably opened further.
JP 2010-242A and JP 2013-113 076A are known from the prior art.
Conventional systems are based, for example, on the use of dead point springs in the hinge, which mechanisms do not require cables, power, etc. In order to open, the cabinet or the drawer can be opened magically only by lightly pressing the door or the drawer. Upon closing, a slight resistance may be felt. The working principle of the device is summarized as follows:
upon closing, the spring is tensioned
Dead-point springs holding the door closed so that it does not open again by itself
If the door is pressed closed, the previously tensioned spring is released and the pin will gently push the door open
On closing, the magnet or spring mechanism will catch the door or front part, which must then be closed with a slight pressure. In this case, the mechanism in the fitting, which is necessary when opening in order to push the front away, is tightened.
Such systems are suitable for use with any type of cabinet doors and drawers. Both embedded kitchen and bathroom furniture benefit from this. The elaborate mechanism provides high operating comfort anywhere in wardrobe and storage furniture in bedrooms, showcases and cabinets in living rooms, and wardrobes in children's rooms.
In this case, the disadvantage is that with a front section fixed in this way, the door and the front panel cannot be placed exactly against the side of the cabinet. These fittings require a small gap to release the mechanism. With this type of fitting, little or limited adjustment is made to the door and pull-out front.
Another drawback of the solutions available on the market is that due to the high mechanical stresses, "metal pins" must be used, which are costly to produce. In this case, the pin is located at a fixed position, and therefore, fine adjustment cannot be performed in a state where the mounting is completed. A further disadvantage consists in that the clip or sheet metal bent part is brought into the unlocked or locked position by being pressed onto the heart curve. This requires a relatively complex structure.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a push-push opening aid for furniture which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art and which enables precise adjustment of the opening aid.
The solution of the present invention to achieve the above object is a push-push opening assist mechanism according to claim 1. Advantageous technical aspects form the subject matter of the respective dependent claims.
The invention comprises a push-push opening assistance mechanism for furniture, comprising a control element having a control element
The guide sleeve is arranged on the outer side of the guide sleeve,
a plunger arranged in the guide sleeve in an axially displaceable manner,
a spring arranged in an axially tensionable manner between the plunger and the guide sleeve, and
a catch mechanism which is designed to hold the plunger in a catch position against the tension of the spring and to release the plunger from the catch position by actuating an actuating element, wherein the actuating element is arranged in the housing in such a way that it can be adjusted in the axial direction.
Due to the arrangement of the actuating element, which is adjustable in the axial direction, the opening aid can be adjusted precisely, so that the door or drawer closes flush with the furniture, resulting in a uniform surface.
In an advantageous aspect, an axial thread section is arranged on the jacket section of the guide sleeve, a groove section, which is designed in a corresponding manner to the axial thread section, is arranged on the inner section of the housing, and the actuating element is arranged in the housing such that the thread section engages with the groove section. This enables the guide sleeve to be movably positioned in the housing.
It is particularly advantageous if the thread section and the groove section are designed to be adjustable over an axial length in the range from 0.2cm to 0.8cm, in particular from 0.4cm to 0.6 cm. This allows for precise adjustability of the push-push opening assist mechanism, and thus flush appearance of the furniture. The adjustment of the longer path allows the push-push type opening assistance mechanism to be used for large doors or heavy-duty drawers. Overall, this increases the usability of the push-push type opening aid.
According to a preferred aspect, the catch mechanism is constructed to be able to move the plunger from the catch position against the tension of the spring over a length in the range of 3.5cm to 4.5cm, in particular 3.9cm to 4.1 cm. This enables the door or drawer to be pushed open to some extent after manipulation, so that the user can smoothly grasp the door or drawer and open it completely. This allows for optimal operation of the furniture by the end user.
According to an advantageous aspect, the snap-in mechanism comprises a guide part, wherein the guide part is configured to be insertable through an opening in a side wall of the guide sleeve and has a size and shape to laterally support the spring thereon in a mounted state. This ensures that the guide part does not fall out of the guide sleeve.
It is particularly advantageous to arrange a latching geometry at the end of the plunger. This enables the plunger to be locked by means of a control ring mounted in the guide part and thus optimally secured.
Advantageously, the snap-in mechanism comprises a control ring for fixing and releasing the axial position of the plunger. This realizes the push function of the opening assist mechanism, thereby facilitating the operation by the end user.
It has proven to be advantageous if the guide part comprises a lateral opening, into which the control ring can be inserted. This allows a simple and quick installation without any tools.
According to a preferred aspect, the plunger comprises a buffer element at the end section. This enables the furniture to be opened and closed silently and ensures a long service life and durability of the opening assistance mechanism.
In an advantageous aspect, the damping element is designed to be accommodated in sections in the plunger. Thus, noise reduction can be realized by the aid of the push-type opening auxiliary mechanism.
It is particularly advantageous to use the push-push opening aid in furniture. This enables push-to-open for the furniture industry.
