When the second motor 35 is controlled to work, the first reciprocating screw rod 31 fixedly connected with the second motor can be driven to stably rotate, and then the second reciprocating screw rod 32 and the first reciprocating screw rod 31 on the other side are driven to rotate through the combination of the seventh bevel gear 33 and the eighth bevel gear 34. When the first reciprocating screw rod 31 and the second reciprocating screw rod 32 of each group rotate stably, the longitudinal slide 28 and the transverse slide 30 can be driven to slide along the longitudinal slide groove 27 and the transverse slide groove 29 in a reciprocating manner, and the outer side walls of the transverse installation barrel 3 and the lifting sleeve 2 are cleaned through the transverse slide sleeve 6, the longitudinal slide sleeve 5 and the cleaning layer 7 in the transverse slide sleeve.
