The vehicle-mounted track profile measuring device 502 is connected with the supporting mechanism 505 through the lifting adjusting mechanism 503 and the rotating adjusting mechanism 504, the height of the vehicle-mounted track profile measuring device 502 is adjusted in real time through the lifting adjusting mechanism 503 according to track running profile, and meanwhile, the angle of the vehicle-mounted track profile measuring device 502 is adjusted in real time through the rotating adjusting mechanism 504, so that intelligent detection of track profile is achieved. The vehicle-mounted track profile measuring device 502 comprises a laser radar, a positioning module for ensuring accurate positioning of the vehicle; and the vibration compensation module is used for reducing and eliminating measurement errors caused by the motion characteristics of the vehicle. The laser radar is non-contact optical measuring equipment, and two-dimensional plane measurement is carried out on buildings and facilities of an operating space in a mode of continuously emitting sector laser beams. The laser radar scans the background in a sector mode with the angular resolution of 0.25 degrees to obtain a distance profile curve with the installation plane as a horizontal axis, the laser radar can easily obtain track section parameter information, and the track section track profile information can be obtained by setting the distance exceeding the measurement range as FF and limiting the distance and the angle, so that the required track profile information is obtained. In the laser radar detection process, certain detection errors are caused by the influences of transverse offset and longitudinal offset caused by multi-degree-of-freedom vibration of a vehicle body. The vibration compensation module comprises two laser camera shooting type sensors, two compensation cameras, an inclination angle sensor and a gyroscope. The two laser camera shooting type sensors are respectively used for scanning and selecting fixed points at the positions, 16mm away from the lower portion of the plane of the rail, of the inner side of the steel rail. In addition, the video acquisition equipment 601 realizes that a driver monitors the polishing operation in a cab, and can display the working states of the grinding head and each part of the polishing mechanism; when the abnormity appears, the control system has an alarm function. The water jet grinding device can be detected at the lifting position, so that a driver can master whether the grinding device is lowered onto the steel rail or not, and an alarm is given out when the grinding device is derailed.

step four: planning a steel rail grinding path and grinding parameters of the water jet grinding unit according to the deviation value of the measurement, comparison and analysis of the track measuring unit;
step five: the driving lifting mechanism drives the polishing water jet to move to a corresponding polishing position and adjusts the posture to realize coarse positioning, and the polishing control terminal is started to acquire the position and the posture of the polishing water jet in real time and feed the position and the posture to the control center;
step six: starting a large-angle inner water jet, a small-angle inner water jet, a horizontal water jet and an outer water jet of the water jet polishing unit to realize the wrap-around polishing of the longitudinal corrugation and the transverse profile of the steel rail;
step seven: the rail measuring unit measures whether the longitudinal corrugation and the transverse profile of the polished steel rail meet requirements in real time, if not, the requirements are fed back to the control center to control the polishing vehicle to drive the water jet polishing unit to achieve reciprocating polishing of the steel rail, and if the requirements are met, the water jet polishing unit is driven to ascend, and polishing is finished.
