Description

Wet-sprayed concrete taking gold tailings as aggregate and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to wet spraying concrete and a preparation method thereof, in particular to the wet spraying concrete taking gold tailings as aggregate and the preparation method thereof.
Background
The fine aggregate is one of the main components of concrete, and the quality of the fine aggregate has important influence on the workability of concrete mixture, the physical mechanical properties and durability of hardened concrete and the like. The fine aggregate is classified into natural sand and artificial sand from the source. The artificial sand is made of rock particles with nominal particle size less than 5.00mm through earth removing, mining, mechanical crushing and sieving. The natural sand resource is non-renewable in a short time, in recent years, along with the increasing development of basic construction, the natural sand resource is gradually reduced in a plurality of areas in China, the quantity and the quality of sand cannot meet the requirements of sand for construction, and the progress and the quality of engineering construction are influenced. The governments of the country and each place have successively made the regulations of prohibiting or limiting the production of natural sand. The development of artificial sand and the search for new resources of sand are imperative. The artificial sand produced by using local rock resources or waste rocks discarded by engineering becomes an indispensable alternative resource of natural sand.
The tailings are solid mineral waste materials formed after the dehydration of ore pulp discharged by a dressing plant, and are one of the bulk solid waste materials with the largest output and the lowest comprehensive utilization rate in China at present. Most of tailings in China are not effectively utilized, the tailings are discharged into a tailing pond to be stacked in a traditional tailing treatment mode, the tailings are stacked in a large quantity, a large amount of land is occupied, the environment is polluted, potential safety hazards such as dam break and debris flow are easily formed, the tailings become public hazards, and great economic burden is brought to a mine factory.
Currently, tailings are often used to fill underground goafs, but the amount of tailings produced by a mill is often greater than the amount of tailings required for filling. Taking a gold mine in Guizhou as an example, 128 million tons of tailings are produced annually, the annual filling amount of the tailings is 51 million tons, and the utilization rate is only 40%. The tailings are used for replacing natural gravels to serve as all aggregates of the wet-spraying concrete, so that the exploitation of the natural gravels can be reduced, gaps of raw materials for producing the wet-spraying concrete can be filled, and waste can be changed into valuable.
However, it is not suitable to directly use gold tailings instead of natural aggregate as machine-made sand as the whole aggregate of wet-sprayed concrete. Because the tailing particles are extremely fine, when the traditional cement cementing material is adopted for preparation, the following important technical problems exist:
1. the tailing particles do not reach the standard fineness
Tailings are generally products which are finely ground in a beneficiation process, and particles are fine. Taking the granularity test result of gold mine tailings in Shaanxi as an example, the fineness modulus of the tailings is only 0.55-0.58 and cannot reach the fineness modulus of superfine sand of the building specification through calculation. In addition, the content of stone powder with the particle size of less than 0.075mm in the tailings is 18.5%, and the requirement of the content of the stone powder in the construction sand is also exceeded.
When the tailings are used for replacing all the building sand to prepare the wet-sprayed concrete, the water consumption of the concrete is greatly increased due to small granularity and large specific surface area of the tailings, so that the porosity in the hardened concrete is increased, and the strength is reduced.
2. The soil content in the tailings exceeds the standard
The tailings are discharged into the valleys directly because the tailings are not limited to the stacking environment in the discharge process. During stacking for many years, soil is wrapped in due to rainwater erosion of the stacking environment, landslide, cofferdam collapse and the like, so that the mud content in tailings exceeds the standard. Similarly, taking a gold mine in Shaanxi as an example, the content of mud blocks in the tailings is 3.0%, which exceeds the limit of building sand on the content of mud blocks, and the content of mud in the tailings is not calculated.
The soil existing in powder form is difficult to separate, is a harmful component in the preparation of wet spraying concrete, and not only increases the water consumption of the concrete, but also increases the shrinkage of the concrete and deteriorates the binding force.
3. The friction force between tailing particles is large
Microscopic analysis shows that compared with river sand, the tailings have sharp multi-edge angles, and the numerical value is obviously higher through testing of the edge angle property and the internal friction angle, the edge angle property numerical value is higher than that of the river sand by 31%, and the internal friction angle is also higher than that of the river sand by nearly 5%. The angularity and the internal friction angle of tailings are large, so that the movement resistance among particles can be increased, the fluidity of concrete is influenced, the tailings are easy to stick to a nozzle, and the tailings are not beneficial to the construction and application of wet-sprayed concrete.
Due to the existence of the problems, the application of the mineral resources in the wet spraying concrete of the tunnel is influenced. At present, no application report of replacing all aggregates with tailings to be applied to tunnel wet spraying concrete in a large scale is seen.
