Screwing the adjusting nut 1004 can adjust the initial position of the rotating plate 8, and simultaneously, the range for limiting the deflection of the wire rod is changed, and the tighter the screwing of the adjusting nut 1004, the wire rod can drive the guide wheel 9 to deflect with great deflection force, and at the moment, the deflection amplitude is reduced; when the adjusting nut 1004 is unscrewed, the guide wheel 9 can be deflected with a small deflection force of the wire rod, and the deflection amplitude is increased.
The side wall of the rotating plate 8 is vertically provided with a baffle 11, the baffle 11 extends downwards to the position of the notch of the guide groove 901, and the distance between the baffle 11 and the notch of the guide groove 901 is 0-8mm, preferably 5mm.
The guide wheel 9 is horizontally arranged, so that the wire rod is easy to separate from the guide groove 901, and the baffle plate 11 arranged beside the guide groove 901 can effectively prevent the wire rod from separating.
The bottom surface of the frame 1 is also connected with at least two tension wheels 13 at the rear side of the guide wheel group 12.

Claims (10)

1. A wire rod processing and guiding assembly comprises a rack (1) and is characterized in that a support (2) extending obliquely downwards is rotatably connected to the side wall of the rack (1), a bearing frame (3) is rotatably connected to the side wall of the lower end of the support (2), the top surface of the bearing frame (3) is connected with a # -shaped wheel set (4) for guiding a wire rod, and the # -shaped wheel set (4) rotates together with the bearing frame (3) under the feeding hanging of the wire rod to meet the change of a wire rod feeding route; the left-right swing of the support (2) and the bearing frame (3) in the wire rod feeding direction can adapt to the left-right deflection during the wire rod feeding.
2. The wire rod handling guide assembly according to claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the frame (1) is further provided with guide wheel sets (12) for guiding and pre-handling the wire rod.

The wire rod processing guide assembly according to claim 2, wherein a wire guide wheel (5) for transition of height difference is arranged between the # -shaped wheel set (4) and the guide wheel set (12) so as to smoothly feed the wire rod from the # -shaped wheel set (4) into the guide wheel set (12), the wire guide wheel (5) is provided with a wire guide groove (501) on the circumferential surface, and the wire guide wheel (5) is rotatably connected to the support (2).

The wire rod processing guide assembly according to claim 1, wherein the cross wheel set (4) comprises a mounting plate (401) and support side plates (402) which are bilaterally and symmetrically connected to the front side of the mounting plate (401), and a feeding port (403) is formed in the middle of the mounting plate (401); short plates (404) which are arranged up and down are connected between the two supporting side plates (402); two transverse guide rollers (405) which are arranged up and down are connected between the two supporting side plates (402), two longitudinal guide rollers (406) which are arranged left and right are connected between the two short plates (404), and the transverse guide rollers (405), the longitudinal guide rollers (406) and the feeding port (403) form a wire rod feeding channel; vertical extension board (407) has still vertically arranged to bear frame (3) top surface, and vertical extension board (407) middle part position is equipped with opening (408) with pay-off mouth (403) adaptation, and mounting panel (401) laminating is connected at vertical extension board (407) lateral wall.

The wire rod processing and guiding assembly according to claim 2, wherein a guiding wheel (9) for following up and down deflection of the wire rod and an auxiliary mechanism (10) for resetting the guiding wheel (9) after deflection are further arranged between the # -shaped wheel set (4) and the guiding wheel set (12) on the bottom surface of the machine frame (1), and the guiding wheel (9) is arranged in parallel with the machine frame (1).

The wire rod processing guide assembly according to claim 6, wherein an overhanging plate (6) is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the support (2), two hinged seats (7) are connected to the bottom surface of the overhanging plate (6), a rotating plate (8) is connected between the two hinged seats (7), a guide wheel (9) is rotatably connected below the rotating plate (8), and a guide groove (901) is formed in the circumferential surface of the guide wheel (9).

The wire rod processing guide assembly according to claim 8, wherein the side wall of the rotating plate (8) is vertically provided with a baffle plate (11), the baffle plate (11) extends downwards to the notch position of the guide groove (901), and the distance between the baffle plate (11) and the notch position of the guide groove (901) is 0-8mm.
10. The wire rod handling guide assembly according to claim 2, wherein at least two tension wheels (13) are further connected to the bottom surface of the frame (1) at the rear side of the guide wheel set (12).
