The top of the distributor shell is butted with the lower end of the hopper, the side surface of the distributor shell is connected with the end part of the material storage pipe of the quantitative material storage unit on the corresponding side, and the bottom of the distributor shell is connected with one end of the material discharge pipe 206; the distributor shell is a square shell, the end part of the storage pipe is communicated with the side surface of the distributor shell through a bent pipe, the structure is compact, and the occupied space is small.
The motor drives the material distributing valve core in the shell to rotate, the valve slot is in a horizontal state, the lower end of the hopper is communicated with the end parts of the two material storing pipes through the valve slot, and the materials are pumped into the material storing pipes through the servo electric cylinder; the motor drives the material distribution valve core to rotate to be in a vertical state, the end part of the material storage pipe is communicated with the end part of the material discharge pipe, and the servo electric cylinder works to push materials in the material storage pipe into the material discharge pipe to realize quantitative filling; and double-cylinder servo control is adopted, so that the filling quantity is large, and the filling is stable and reliable.
