Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicles, and particularly relates to a seat mounting beam assembly integrated with a ventilating duct and an automobile.
Background
With the development of the automobile industry, the aesthetic requirements of people on automobiles are gradually increased: the automobile is required to have larger internal space, so that more articles can be contained; requiring more individualization of automobile configuration, bringing more choices to customers; the vehicle body posture is required to be lower to give a sense of high grade. The vehicle enterprise needs to be matched with the requirements of users continuously, and new products can be developed continuously, so that the competitiveness of the products can be improved, and the healthy development of the vehicle enterprise can be realized.
However, the partial demands of the users themselves contradict each other. The vehicle rabbet is required to make the vehicle bigger and larger, and the vehicle rabbet is also compatible with more diversified configurations. However, a lower body attitude requires the vehicle body to be lowered by the vehicle rabbet. For new energy vehicles, the low-attitude vehicle body is an important index in product research and development, reduces wind resistance caused by the vehicle body, and is one of the best methods for improving the endurance mileage accepted by the whole industry.
As shown in fig. 1, there is a layout of a lower body portion of a prior art automobile.
As can be seen, the front floor upper side member 17 is disposed longitudinally above the panel of the underbody body structure assembly 11 in the middle region in the vehicle body Y direction. The front seat front cross member 13 and the front seat rear cross member 14 are disposed transversely above the panel of the vehicle body lower body structure assembly 11, cross-connected with the front floor upper side member 17, and respectively connected to the left and right of the vehicle body lower body structure. The rear passenger foot blowing ventilation ducts 12 are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the front floor upper longitudinal beam 17, are connected with the ventilation duct air inlets 16 at the front part of the vehicle body, extend backwards from the middle area of the vehicle body Y to the position between the front seat front cross beam 13 and the front seat rear cross beam 14, and then transversely extend leftwards/rightwards to the position of the rear foot blowing air outlets 120 so as to realize the arrangement trend of the rear passenger foot blowing ventilation ducts.
The rear passenger blowing face ventilating duct 18 is located right above the front floor upper longitudinal beam 17, is connected with the ventilating duct air inlet 16 at the front part of the vehicle body, extends from the middle area of the vehicle body Y direction to the position between the front seat front cross beam 13 and the front seat rear cross beam 14, then extends transversely leftwards and rightwards to the left side and the right side of the lower part of the vehicle body respectively, and extends to the left/right side along the inner side of the B column inner plate 15 upwards to the position of the rear passenger blowing face air outlet 180, so that the arrangement trend of the two sides of the blowing face ventilating duct is realized.
As can be seen from the above-mentioned structure illustration and description, the rear passenger blow-on ventilation duct 18 and the rear passenger blow-on ventilation duct 12 are required to extend from the position of the ventilation duct air inlet 16 to the position between the front seat front cross member 13 and the front seat rear cross member 14, and are parallel to the front floor upper longitudinal member 17, and the above-mentioned component structures are required to occupy a large space, which has a great negative effect on the utilization of the vehicle body space. Meanwhile, the rear passenger blowing face ventilating duct 18 and the front floor upper longitudinal beam 17 are arranged in parallel in space up and down, so that a limiting face in the middle area of the lower part of the automobile body is lifted, the storage space at the armrest position in the automobile is insufficient, and the disadvantage of reducing the overall automobile height of the automobile is caused.
In addition, the rear passenger blow-on ventilation duct 18 and the rear passenger blow-on ventilation duct 12 both extend laterally between the front seat front cross member 13 and the front seat rear cross member 14, so that other automobile modules cannot be arranged between the front seat front cross member 13 and the front seat rear cross member 14, which is disadvantageous in terms of improving the utilization rate of the automobile space.
