tail gas is conveyed into a conical pipe 9 in the shell 1 through a plurality of tail gas conveying pipes 5, the flow direction of tail gas conveying is changed and the outlet flow speed is increased by utilizing the shape that the inner diameter of one end of the conical pipe 9 is larger than that of the other end of the conical pipe 9, and the tail gas is intensively conveyed into a box body 11 through an extension pipe 12 to be subjected to tail gas purification treatment, so that the phenomenon that the circulation speed of the tail gas in a filtering mechanism is reduced due to the insufficient exhaust speed of part of generator tail gas in a generator set can be controlled and stabilized;
tail gas circulates into the box body 11 through the gas outlet 24 on the extension pipe 12, and blows the activated carbon particle layer 25 after passing through the interception net 17, the activated carbon particle layer 25 is formed by stacking a plurality of granular activated carbons, and moves in the box body 11 under the blowing of the tail gas, contacts the rubber plates 19 on two sides of the inner wall of the box body 11 while moving, and matches the arc-shaped elastic sheets 20 with the elasticity of the rubber plates 19, so that the moving path of the activated carbon particles is changed, the moving range of the activated carbon particles is enlarged, the area of the activated carbon particle layer 25 contacting the tail gas is enlarged, and the tail gas purification efficiency is improved;
after the tail gas is subjected to primary adsorption filtration treatment of the activated carbon particle layer 25, fine particles and dust impurities in the filtered tail gas are intercepted through the ceramic filter layer 26, and liquid contained in the tail gas is intercepted through the polyolefin filter layer 27, so that secondary filtration is performed; the tail gas purified and filtered by the activated carbon particle layer 25, the ceramic filter layer 26 and the polyolefin filter layer 27 flows into the flushing tank 2 through the connecting pipe 14, the content of harmful substances in the tail gas and the internal temperature of the flushing tank 2 are detected by the tail gas detection assembly 28, a purifying liquid is selected according to the temperature and the harmful substances, the purifying liquid is conveyed into the spray header 15 through the liquid conveying pipe 6 and the conveying channel 16, the tail gas is sprayed and purified, and after treatment, the tail gas is discharged to the outside through the exhaust pipe 7.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a method for purifying the tail gas of the generator set, which comprises the following steps:
s1, tail gas is conveyed into a conical pipe 9 in a shell 1 through a plurality of tail gas conveying pipes 5, the shape that the inner diameter of one end of the conical pipe 9 is larger than that of the other end of the conical pipe is utilized to change the conveying flow direction of the tail gas and increase the outlet flow speed, and the tail gas is conveyed into a box body 11 in a concentrated mode through an extension pipe 12 to be purified;
s2, blowing an activated carbon particle layer 25 by tail gas through an air outlet 24 on the extension pipe 12, wherein the activated carbon particle layer 25 is formed by stacking a plurality of granular activated carbons, and contacts the rubber plates 19 on two sides of the inner wall of the box body 11 while moving to change the moving range of the activated carbon particles and increase the area of the activated carbon particle layer 25 contacting the tail gas;
s3, after the tail gas passing through the activated carbon particle layer 25 is subjected to primary adsorption filtration treatment, intercepting and filtering fine particles and dust impurities in the tail gas through a ceramic filter layer 26, and intercepting liquid contained in the tail gas through a polyolefin filter layer 27, so as to carry out secondary filtration;
and S4, after secondary filtration, detecting the content of harmful substances and the internal temperature of the flushing tank 2 by the tail gas detection assembly 28, selectively conveying different purifying liquids according to the temperature and the harmful substances, and spraying and purifying the tail gas by using the spray header 15.

the tail gas spraying mechanism is arranged on the other side of the shell (1) and used for detecting the components of the filtered tail gas and carrying out liquid spraying purification.

The method for purifying the tail gas of the generator set according to claim 3, characterized in that: tail gas sprays mechanism includes flushing tank (2), one side intercommunication of flushing tank (2) has connecting pipe (14), the one end of connecting pipe (14) communicate in one side of box (11), conveying channel (16) are installed to the top inner wall of flushing tank (2), conveying channel (16) in-connection has transfer line (6), the one end of transfer line (6) is run through flushing tank (2), the intercommunication that the bottom equidistance of conveying channel (16) was arranged has a plurality of shower head (15), tail gas detection subassembly (28) are installed to the inner wall of flushing tank (2), one side intercommunication of flushing tank (2) has blast pipe (7).

s2, blowing an activated carbon particle layer (25) by tail gas through an air outlet hole (24) in an extension pipe (12), wherein the activated carbon particle layer (25) is formed by stacking a plurality of granular activated carbons, and contacts rubber plates (19) on two sides of the inner wall of the box body (11) during movement to change the movement range of the activated carbon particles and increase the area of the activated carbon particle layer (25) contacting the tail gas;
s3, after the tail gas passing through the activated carbon particle layer (25) is subjected to primary adsorption filtration treatment, intercepting and filtering fine particles and dust impurities in the tail gas through a ceramic filter layer (26), and intercepting liquid contained in the tail gas through a polyolefin filter layer (27) so as to carry out secondary filtration;
and S4, after secondary filtration, detecting the content of harmful substances and the internal temperature of the flushing tank (2) by the tail gas through a tail gas detection assembly (28), selecting and conveying different purifying liquids according to the temperature and the harmful substances, and spraying and purifying the tail gas by using a spray head (15).
