The body-building dumbbell exercise training device according to claim 2, further comprising a pressure release mechanism (10) capable of releasing pressure on the air inlet pipe (83), wherein the pressure release mechanism (10) comprises a pressure release shell (101), a blocking block (102) and a third spring (103), the pressure release shell (101) is connected to the rear lower portion of the air inlet pipe (83), the blocking block (102) is connected to the pressure release shell (101) in a sliding manner, the third spring (103) is connected between the blocking block (102) and the inner front wall of the pressure release shell (101), and the third spring (103) is wound on the blocking block (102).
