a chassis (1) having a pair of bottom beams (2) arranged in parallel;
the swing frame (3) is positioned between the two bottom beams (2) and comprises a horizontal section (4) positioned at the bottom, two ends of the horizontal section (4) are respectively inclined upwards and extend to form an inclined section (5), the inclined section (5) on one side is bent upwards to form a first beam (6) for mounting leg pads, the inclined section (5) on the other side is bent upwards to form a second beam (7) for mounting a cushion, the height of the leg pads is lower than that of the cushion, and the horizontal section (4) is rotatably connected with the bottom beams (2) through a rotating shaft (8);
the base is fixed between the two bottom beams (2) and is positioned above the horizontal section (4);
