The present application is described in further detail below in conjunction with figures 1-4.
The embodiment of the application discloses a wardrobe with a honeycomb door.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1 and 2, a wardrobe with a honeycomb door includes a cabinet body 1 formed by splicing plywood and a cabinet door 2 rotatably installed at an open end of the cabinet body 1.
The cabinet body 1 is formed by the plywood concatenation, and it is one end open-ended rectangle, and bottom integrated into one piece has cabinet foot 12, and cabinet foot 12 separates cabinet body 1 and ground, reduces the risk that cabinet body 1 bottom plate was wetted.
The end face of the opening end of the cabinet body 1 is close to the two sides of the cabinet body, and a decorative hard bag 13 is arranged in an adhesive manner along the height direction of the cabinet body. The two sides of the decorative hard bag 13 are bonded and connected with the decorative metal plate 14, and the side wall of the decorative metal plate 14 is bonded and connected with the end face of the cabinet body 1. The end surface of the magnetic suction plate 221, which is close to the honeycomb metal plate 21, is circumferentially provided with a clamping groove 4, and the outer edge of the hard bag 22, which wraps the outer wall of the magnetic suction plate 221, is folded and clamped in the clamping groove 4. The magnetic attraction plate 221 is attracted to the outer wall of the honeycomb metal plate 21 by its own magnetic attraction. The clamping groove 4 is used for clamping and matching the leather 222, so that the stability of the fixed installation of the leather 222 on the magnetic suction plate 221 is improved; meanwhile, the clamping groove 4 avoids the thickness of the leather 222, so that the magnetic attraction plate 221 and the honeycomb metal plate 21 are attached more tightly, the magnetic attraction effect is more stable, and the risk of detachment between the magnetic attraction plate 221 and the honeycomb metal plate 21 is reduced.
The magnetic attraction plate 221 is connected with the honeycomb metal plate 21 through magnetic attraction, and simultaneously the hard pack 22 is pressed and fixed on the honeycomb metal plate 21, so that the hard pack 22 is more convenient to replace. When the wardrobe is used, the external hard bag 22 can be damaged, when the new hard bag 22 is replaced, the magnetic suction plate 221 is separated from the honeycomb metal plate 21, then the old hard bag 22 is detached, and the new hard bag 22 is replaced, so that the new hard bag 22 wraps the magnetic suction plate 221, meanwhile, the outer edge of the outer bag of the new leather 222 is clamped and installed in the clamping groove 4, and then the magnetic suction plate 221 is re-adsorbed and installed on the surface of the honeycomb metal plate 21.
The cabinet door 2 is inserted and installed with a handle 5 in the direction away from the cabinet body 1, the handle 5 is made of metal stainless steel materials, the height of the handle is flush with the height of the cabinet door 2, and the cross section of the handle is U-shaped with one end open. The side wall of the handle 5 is integrally provided with a plurality of inserting pieces 6, the number of the inserting pieces 6 is two, the length of the inserting pieces is the same as that of the handle 5, and the two inserting pieces 6 are mutually parallel.
Two inserting grooves 7 are formed in the side wall, close to the handle 5, of the honeycomb metal plate 21 along the height direction of the honeycomb metal plate, the shape, the size and the specification of the inserting grooves 7 are matched with those of the inserting pieces 6, and the inserting pieces 6 are inserted and installed in the inserting grooves 7. In the process of installing the handle 5 in the cabinet door 2, adhesive glue is filled into the inserting groove 7, and then the inserting piece 6 is inserted into the inserting groove 7. The splicing cooperation of the splicing sheet 6 and the splicing glue improves the stability of the handle 5 installed on the cabinet door 2, and meanwhile, the bonding glue further plays a role in improving the connection strength of the handle 5 and the cabinet door 2.
The end face, close to the cabinet body 1, of the honeycomb metal plate 21 is connected with the woodworking plate 3 in a bonding mode, the woodworking plate 3 fills the thickness of the cabinet door 2 to ensure the thickness of the cabinet door 2, meanwhile, the consumption of the honeycomb metal plate 21 is reduced, and the production cost of the cabinet door 2 is reduced. The carpenter board 3 has certain moisture absorption, can keep the drying in the wardrobe, and reduces the risk of the clothes in the wardrobe getting damp and moldy.
The cabinet door 2 is not provided with the rest three peripheral walls of the handle 5, and is connected with a metal wrapping in an adhesive manner, and the hard wrapping 22 is abutted against the outer wall of the metal wrapping. The metal wrapping is used for enclosing the honeycomb metal plate 21 and the hard bag 22, so that the risk of exposing the honeycomb metal plate 21 and the hard bag is reduced; meanwhile, the metal edge wrapping plays a certain role in fixing, and the risk of deformation of the cabinet door 2 is reduced.
A plurality of hinges are fixedly arranged between the cabinet door 2 and the cabinet body 1 through screws, in the embodiment of the application, the hinges are half-folding type cabinet hinges special for the cabinet door 2, the number of the hinges is 6, and 3 hinges are arranged between any cabinet door 2 and the cabinet body 1 in a group. The semi-folding wardrobe hinge has higher self strength and longer service life, is difficult to damage and lose efficacy, and avoids the risk that the end part of the cabinet door 2, which is close to the cabinet body 1, fails in the opening and closing process of the cabinet door 2.
The implementation principle of the embodiment 1 is as follows: by selecting the honeycomb metal plate 21 as the metal plate of the cabinet door 2, the honeycomb metal plate 21 has higher strength and lighter weight, and simultaneously has excellent moisture resistance, reduces the acting force on the hinge, prolongs the service life of the hinge, and improves the problem that the cabinet door 2 is easy to damp and deform. The magnetic suction plate 221 is fixedly connected with the honeycomb metal plate 21 in a magnetic suction mode, the hard bag 22 is wrapped on the magnetic suction plate 221, so that the hard bag 22 is fixedly installed on the end face of the honeycomb metal plate 21, and when leather 222 is damaged for replacement, the magnetic suction plate 221 is easy to detach for replacing the hard bag 22, and the hard bag 22 is convenient to replace and maintain.
Example 2:
a wardrobe with a honeycomb door is shown in fig. 3 and 4, and the difference between the present embodiment and the embodiment is that a ventilation device 8 is installed in the wardrobe body 1.
The ventilation device 8 comprises ventilation ports 81 formed on two side walls of the cabinet body 1, a ventilation fan 82 clamped and installed on the top of the cabinet body 1, and a driving assembly 83. The filter screen 9 is fixedly arranged at the ventilation ports 81 of the two side walls of the cabinet body 1 and the end face, close to the outside, of the ventilation fan 82, dust in the air is filtered by the filter screen 9, and the risk that the dust in the air enters the cabinet body 1 and the clothes in the cabinet body 1 are polluted is reduced.
The driving assembly 83 comprises a reel 832 rotatably mounted on the top plate of the cabinet body 1, a torsion spring 833 is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the reel 832, one end of the torsion spring 833 abuts against the reel 832, and the other end abuts against the top plate of the cabinet body 1. The ventilator 82 is coaxially sleeved with a first pulley 831, and a range extending wheel is rotatably arranged at a position, close to the top of the cabinet, of one end, far away from the cabinet body 1, of the cabinet door 2. The reel 832 is wound with a stay 834, and the stay 834 is fixedly connected with the cabinet 1 through a screw after winding around the step-up wheel after winding around the first pulley 831 for one turn.

When the cabinet door 2 is closed, the torsion spring 833 drives the reel 832 to rotate, and the reel 832 winds the pull wire 834. Ventilation of the wardrobe can be achieved through opening and closing of the daily wardrobe, and additional auxiliary equipment is not needed.
The range-extending pulley 10 is used as a movable pulley, so that the movement distance of the stay 834 is twice that of the range-extending pulley 10, and the movement distance is improved; the movement stroke of the pull wire 834, in turn, increases the rotational efficiency of the ventilator 82. The pull wire 834 rotates on the first pulley 831 for one turn, which improves friction between the pull wire 834 and the first pulley 831, and improves stability of the pull wire 834 to drive the first pulley 831.
The gaps in the honeycomb metal plate 21 communicating with the outside are filled with the thermally expansive particles 11. When the honeycomb metal plate 21 is deformed, the thermal expansion particles 11 at the deformed position are heated, and the thermal expansion particles 11 after expansion push the magnetic attraction plate 221 to restore to the original state, so that the flatness of the surface of the wardrobe is maintained.
The implementation principle of the embodiment 2 is as follows: when the wardrobe is ventilated, the wardrobe door 2 is opened, the range-extending wheel on the wardrobe door 2 pulls the stay wire 834 to move, the stay wire 834 pulls the first pulley 831 to rotate, the first pulley 831 drives the ventilating fan 82 to rotate, air in the wardrobe body 1 is discharged, air pressure in the wardrobe body 1 is smaller than external air pressure, external air enters the wardrobe body 1 along the ventilating opening 81 to realize ventilation, meanwhile, the reel 832 rotates to pay off, and the torsion spring 833 generates elastic potential energy under the action of the reel 832. When the cabinet door 2 is closed, the torsion spring 833 drives the reel 832 to rotate, and the reel 832 winds the pull wire 834. Ventilation of the wardrobe can be achieved through opening and closing of the daily wardrobe, and additional auxiliary equipment is not needed. The range wheel increases the travel of the pull wire 834 and increases the rotational efficiency of the ventilator 82.
