背景技术
羽绒服装是指内充羽绒的服装,通常作为用于在寒冷天气中御寒的衣物;通过在衣物的外面料与内面料之间填充羽绒,使其形成一个保温层,从而起到御寒的作用,市面上的羽绒服为了增强抗寒、挡雨的能力,通常会在羽绒服的头部设置衣帽,当遇到大风或下雨天时,使用者可将衣帽戴上从而能对头部起到抗风挡雨的作用,通过衣帽能对头部起到较佳的保护效果。
但是目前市面上的羽绒服体积庞大,在户外遭遇大风大雨天气时,风与羽绒服的接触面积大,会使得羽绒服快速发生变形,并增大与风雨之间的接触面积,容易吹倒穿戴者,造成穿戴者的损伤,并且抗风好的羽绒服的,透气性会极差,在遭受到风雨摧残后的羽绒服,透气性差,残留在羽绒服内的湿气会进入到穿戴者的体内,容易使得穿戴者生病。
经过观察,发现鸟儿在遭受暴风雨的吹打时,鸟儿的羽毛特殊走向,能有效的减缓鸟儿羽毛与暴风雨的冲击力,因此,鸟儿虽然体积小,但是依然能伫立在风雨中,不被大风刮跑,另一方面,鸟儿羽毛的特殊结构,能有效的防护鸟儿,避免鸟儿的皮肤接触雨水,能大幅度的降低雨水对鸟儿造成的患病几率。
因此,为了使得使用者在暴风雨中正常穿戴羽绒服,避免暴风雨吹倒穿戴者,造成生命安全,且在增强防水性的同时,增强透气性,提出一种无缝抗风面料的羽绒服及其制备方法

本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种无缝抗风面料的羽绒服及其制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种无缝抗风面料的羽绒服,包括内面料和外面料,所述外面料由内而外依次包括内层、保温层、透气层和抗风层,
其中,所述内层由30%的棉和70%的涤纶编织而成,保温效果好的同时,透气性也能保证,所述保温层由60%的羊毛和40%的竹炭纤维交错编织而成,羊毛的保暖效果好,容易驱寒保暖,所述透气层由65%的竹炭纤维和35%的蚕丝纤维制成,透气性好且能有效防霉,易于整体面料的透气性。
所述抗风层包括羽状抗风片和胶粘挂网,所述羽状抗风片均匀分布在胶粘挂网上;所述羽状抗风片呈羽毛状结构,所述羽状抗风片通过下述热粘胶粘接在透气层上,并在透气层形成开口部。
通过仿“鸟儿的羽毛”,使得羽状抗风片通过胶粘挂网粘附在外面料上,由于鸟儿在遭受暴风雨的吹打时,鸟儿的羽毛特殊走向,能有效的减缓鸟儿羽毛与暴风雨的冲击力,因此,鸟儿虽然体积小,但是依然能伫立在风雨中,不被大风刮跑,另一方面,鸟儿羽毛的特殊结构,能有效的防护鸟儿,避免鸟儿的皮肤接触雨水,能大幅度的降低雨水对鸟儿造成的患病几率,因此,通过在外面料的外表面均匀分布有羽状抗风片,使得使用者在暴风雨中能够正常穿戴羽绒服,降低暴风雨与羽绒服的接触,从而避免暴风雨吹倒穿戴者,保证穿戴者的生命安全,且在增强防水性的同时,透气性更佳。

通过仿“鸟儿的羽毛”,使得羽状抗风片241通过胶粘挂网242粘附在外面料2上,由于鸟儿在遭受暴风雨的吹打时,鸟儿的羽毛特殊走向,能有效的减缓鸟儿羽毛与暴风雨的冲击力,因此,鸟儿虽然体积小,但是依然能伫立在风雨中,不被大风刮跑,另一方面,鸟儿羽毛的特殊结构,能有效的防护鸟儿,避免鸟儿的皮肤接触雨水,能大幅度的降低雨水对鸟儿造成的患病几率,因此,通过在外面料2的外表面均匀分布有羽状抗风片241,使得使用者在暴风雨中能够正常穿戴羽绒服,降低暴风雨与羽绒服的接触,从而避免暴风雨吹倒穿戴者,保证穿戴者的生命安全,且在增强防水性的同时,透气性更佳。
如图4所示,羽状抗风片241由外而内依次包括防水膜层2411、第一忆性纤维面料2412、苎麻纤维2413和第二忆性纤维面料2414,第二忆性纤维面料2414的内表面形成有平整部和褶皱部2415,平整部上设有热粘胶2416。
第二忆性纤维面料2414和第一忆性纤维面料2412均由PTT纤维和尼龙纤维复合而成,防水膜层2411由高分子防水透气材料制成,防水效果好,抗风能力强。
如图6所示,苎麻纤维2413为蛇形结构,主要起到加固第一忆性纤维面料2412和第二忆性纤维面料2414的作用,强度好,不易羽状抗风片241过度变形,避免面料表面发生翻折,影响效果。
热粘胶2416与胶粘挂网242均由U型透明胶制成,胶粘挂网242呈菱形网状分布在外面料2的外侧面上,利用热粘胶2416,将羽状抗风片241粘接在胶粘挂网242上,方便加工,并利用热压技术,使得羽状抗风片241和胶粘挂网242成为整体,并形成抗风层24,便于无缝加工,且粘接性好。
使用时,羽状抗风片241通过热粘胶2416粘接在胶粘挂网242上,并在羽状抗风片241的粘接处形成粘接端,而羽状抗风片241的另一自由端与胶粘挂网242形成开口部3;
如图5所示,当风雨顺着粘接端冲击至开口部3上时,风雨会顺着羽状抗风片241外表面的防水膜层2411吹落,防水膜层2411处于外拱状,方便降低风雨对防水膜层2411的外表面冲击,另一方面,防水膜层2411有效的起到防水的作用,降低风雨对羽绒服的损伤,第一忆性纤维面料2412和第二忆性纤维面料2414均由PTT纤维和尼龙纤维复合而成;通过提高纤维表面的摩擦力,经过处理的形状会一直保留,纤维好似具有了“记忆”功能;形象点来说,该类新型的面料经手抓后会有皱痕,但再经抚平又消失,这个就很像人类的记忆功能。能够有效保证第一忆性纤维面料2412和第二忆性纤维面料2414在遭受到风雨吹动时,能快速回复原装,同时面料的耐洗程度好,易于实现。
其中,穿戴者在穿戴该羽绒服时,内部湿气会顺着透气层23,并穿过胶粘挂网242,进入到开口部3的内部,由于开口部3与外界连通,因此在利用羽状抗风片241挡风避雨的时候,抗风效果好的同时,透气性俱佳。
如图1-2所示,还包括上袖4和羽绒服身5,上袖4和羽绒服身5从上之下均依次形成有上身部51、中部52和下身部53,羽状抗风片241在羽绒服身5上均匀分布,位于上身部51上的羽状抗风片241的开口部3朝上,位于下身部53上的羽状抗风片241的开口部3朝下。
由于风平稳且垂直的吹在穿戴者的身上,此时,狂风会顺着中部,往上身部51和下身部53上缓缓流动,由于上身部51和下身部53的开口部3分别朝上和朝下,因此,能有效的降低风与羽绒服外表面之间的冲击,当风雨顺着抗风层24冲击下身部53上的开口部3内部时,此时,位于下身部53上的羽状抗风片241的开口部3会大面积张开,利用风对羽绒服的向上提升力,能够有效的减轻羽绒服的自重,方便使用者在风雨季节里面更加轻便的躲雨。
一种无缝抗风面料的羽绒服的制备方法,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:按照比例,将棉和涤纶编织制成内层21,将羊毛竹炭纤维交错编织而成保温层22,将竹炭纤维和蚕丝纤维织成透气层23,将上述制得的内层21和保温层22之间、保温层22和透气层23之间涂胶,并由内而外依次铺设内层21、保温层22和透气层23,并热压获得复合面料;
S2:在第一忆性纤维面料2412和第二忆性纤维面料2414的对立面上涂胶,并形成涂胶面,并在第一忆性纤维面料2412和第二忆性纤维面料2414之间的涂胶面上放置苎麻纤维2413,并在第一忆性纤维面料2412的外部喷涂有高分子防水透气材料,在第二忆性纤维面料2414的内侧点涂热粘胶2416,并按照尺寸裁剪获得羽状抗风片241;
S3:平铺上述复合面料,在复合面料的外表面,纵横交错线涂U型透明胶,并形成带有菱形单元的胶粘挂网242,取若干组羽状抗风片241,并按照一致排列,将羽状抗风片241通过热粘胶2416均匀定位在胶粘挂网242上,并通过热压100℃以及冷却1h获得无缝抗风面料;
S4:取两组上述无缝抗风面料,并根据无缝抗风面料的开口部3方向分别,分别取开口部3朝上和开口部3朝下的无缝抗风面料,作为上身部51和下身部53的外面料2,并通过热压将外面料2和内面料1制成内胆,并充绒形成羽绒服。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种无缝抗风面料的羽绒服,其特征在于:包括内面料(1)和外面料(2),所述外面料(2)由内而外依次包括内层(21)、保温层(22)、透气层(23)和抗风层(24),所述抗风层(24)包括羽状抗风片(241)和胶粘挂网(242),所述羽状抗风片(241)均匀分布在胶粘挂网(242)上,所述羽状抗风片(241)由外而内依次包括防水膜层(2411)、第一忆性纤维面料(2412)、苎麻纤维(2413)和第二忆性纤维面料(2414),所述第二忆性纤维面料(2414)的内表面形成有平整部和褶皱部(2415),所述平整部上设有热粘胶(2416);
所述羽状抗风片(241)呈羽毛状结构,所述羽状抗风片(241)通过热粘胶(2416)粘接在透气层(23)上,并在透气层(23)形成开口部(3);
还包括上袖(4)和羽绒服身(5),所述上袖(4)和羽绒服身(5)从上之下均依次形成有上身部(51)、中部(52)和下身部(53),所述羽状抗风片(241)在羽绒服身(5)上均匀分布,位于所述上身部(51)上的羽状抗风片(241)的开口部(3)朝上,位于所述下身部(53)上的羽状抗风片(241)的开口部(3)朝下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无缝抗风面料的羽绒服,其特征在于:按质量百分比计:所述内层(21)由20%-30%的棉和70%-80%的涤纶编织而成,所述保温层(22)由50%-60%的羊毛和40%-50%的竹炭纤维交错编织而成,所述透气层(23)由60%-70%的竹炭纤维和30%-40%的蚕丝纤维制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无缝抗风面料的羽绒服,其特征在于:所述第二忆性纤维面料(2414)和第一忆性纤维面料(2412)均由PTT纤维和尼龙纤维复合而成,所述防水膜层(2411)由高分子防水透气材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无缝抗风面料的羽绒服,其特征在于:所述苎麻纤维(2413)为蛇形结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无缝抗风面料的羽绒服,其特征在于:所述热粘胶(2416)与胶粘挂网(242)均由U型透明胶制成,所述胶粘挂网(242)呈菱形网状分布在外面料(2)的外侧面上。
6.一种制备权利要求1-5任一所述无缝抗风面料的羽绒服的制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:按照比例,将棉和涤纶编织制成内层(21),将羊毛竹炭纤维交错编织而成保温层(22),将竹炭纤维和蚕丝纤维织成透气层(23),将上述制得的内层(21)和保温层(22)之间、保温层(22)和透气层(23)之间涂胶,并由内而外依次铺设内层(21)、保温层(22)和透气层(23),并热压获得复合面料;
S2:在第一忆性纤维面料(2412)和第二忆性纤维面料(2414)的对立面上涂胶,并形成涂胶面,并在第一忆性纤维面料(2412)和第二忆性纤维面料(2414)之间的涂胶面上放置苎麻纤维(2413),并在第一忆性纤维面料(2412)的外部喷涂有高分子防水透气材料,在第二忆性纤维面料(2414)的内侧点涂热粘胶(2416),并按照尺寸裁剪获得羽状抗风片(241);
S3:平铺上述复合面料,在复合面料的外表面,纵横交错线涂U型透明胶,并形成带有菱形单元的胶粘挂网(242),取若干组羽状抗风片(241),并按照一致排列,将羽状抗风片(241)通过热粘胶(2416)均匀定位在胶粘挂网(242)上,并通过热压冷却获得无缝抗风面料;
S4:取两组上述无缝抗风面料,并根据无缝抗风面料的开口部(3)方向分别,分别取开口部(3)朝上和开口部(3)朝下的无缝抗风面料,作为上身部(51)和下身部(53)的外面料(2),并通过热压将外面料(2)和内面料(1)制成内胆,并充绒形成所述羽绒服。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种无缝抗风面料的羽绒服的制备方法,其特征在于:在S3中,热压温度范围为100℃-120℃,冷却时长区间范围为1h-2h。
