When the sieve hopper 22 sieves roasted seeds and nuts, part of roasted seeds and nuts are easy to remain in the sieve hopper 22, the shifting block 53 is driven to rotate by the third motor 52, the shifting block 53 is contacted with the contact block 54 after rotating to a certain degree, and the contact block 54 is pushed to slide towards the direction far away from the sieve hopper 22, so that the vibrating guide block 27 is driven to be far away from the sieve hopper 22, after the shifting block 53 is separated from the contact block 54, the vibrating guide block 27 slides towards the direction close to the sieve hopper 22 under the elastic action of the second elastic part 51, so that the vibrating guide block collides with the sieve hopper 22, the sieve hopper 22 shakes to a certain degree, so that the residual roasted seeds and nuts in the sieve hopper 22 are shaken off, and the sieving effect on the roasted seeds and nuts is improved.

The implementation principle of the food baking and frying machine in the embodiment of the application is as follows: putting roasted seeds and sand into a roasting box 2 through a feeding hole in the roasting box 2, heating the roasting box 2 through a heating device 11, driving a rotating shaft 31 to rotate through a second motor 33, driving a paddle 32 to rotate through the rotating shaft 31, stir-frying the roasted seeds and the roasted sand in the roasting box 2, driving the roasting box 2 to rotate through a first motor 12 after the roasted seeds and the roasted sand are roasted, moving the roasted seeds and the roasted sand in the roasting box 2 along the inner wall of the roasting box 2 under the influence of gravity while the roasting box 2 rotates, entering a sieve hopper 22 through an opening between the sieve hopper 22 and the inner wall of the roasting box 2, sieving the roasted seeds and the roasted sand out through the sieve hopper 22, and finally taking the roasted seeds and the roasted seeds out of a discharging hole by opening a sealing cover 23; when the fried goods are taken out, the fried goods to be fried can be continuously put into the frying box 2 for frying, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency of the frying machine.

s2, after the roasted seeds and nuts are roasted, driving the roasting box 2 to rotate through the first motor 12, moving the roasted seeds and nuts and the roasted sand in the roasting box 2 along the inner wall of the roasting box 2 under the influence of gravity while the roasting box 2 rotates, and entering the sieve hopper 22 through an opening between the sieve hopper 22 and the inner wall of the roasting box 2 to sieve the roasted seeds and nuts;
s3, the third motor 52 drives the shifting block 53 to rotate, the shifting block 53 rotates to a certain degree, then contacts with the contact block 54 and pushes the contact block 54 to slide towards the direction far away from the sieve hopper 22, so that the vibration guide block 27 is driven to be far away from the sieve hopper 22, and after the shifting block 53 is separated from the contact block 54, the vibration guide block 27 slides towards the direction close to the sieve hopper 22 under the action of the elastic force of the second pressure spring and collides with the sieve hopper 22, so that the sieve hopper 22 shakes to a certain degree, and residual roasted sand in the sieve hopper 22 shakes off;
and S4, finally, opening the sealing cover 23 at the discharge port, driving the screw rod 41 to rotate through the driving motor 42, driving the material pushing plate 26 to slide towards the direction close to the discharge port, pushing the roasted seeds out of the discharge port, and roasting the roasted seeds.
