Abstract

本发明公开了一种苗药艾纳香的扦插繁育方法,包括以下步骤:(1)苗床:选择地势平坦、排水良好的地块,用木板围成1.5m宽的育苗床,铺上地膜,铺设自动化灌溉管道,再铺满基质,在苗床周边布置30cm宽的水沟;(2)剪枝:选取当年生的生长粗壮、芽孢饱满的枝条,剪好枝条浸药处理,备用;(3)扦插:将枝条倾斜插入基质;(4)管理:扦插完成后打开灌溉系统浇水,保持土壤疏松湿润;(5)装袋:扦插生根后,移栽到无纺布营养袋中,遮阳网下生根,装袋生长后即可移栽至大田。本发明扦插成活率可达90%以上,能在短时间内生产大量优质种苗直接用于大田生产且种苗遗传特性稳定,不会发生变异,有利于保持种苗的优良性状,提高种苗使用的安全性,对苗药艾纳香再生和持续利用具有十分积极的影响。

一种苗药艾纳香的扦插繁殖方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种苗药艾纳香的扦插繁殖方法,属于中药繁育技术领域。
背景技术
艾纳香是菊科艾纳香属多年生植物,属热带、亚热带植物,耐旱喜温不耐寒,在贵州干热河谷地带有广泛分布。艾纳香是提取天然冰片(含左旋龙脑)的原料药材,天然冰片作为一种无任何毒副作用的天然药,是医药、香料、保健及日化产品的主要原料。
长期以来,艾纳香缺乏优良品种的现状仍未改变,药农种植均来自于野生种,而品种选育过程中,优良种质扩繁是难点。艾纳香种子极小,肉眼只能看到种羽和小黑点,可育种子比例较低,因此种子发芽率低。扦插繁殖因操作简单、成本低等原因,是良种繁育的常用手段。基于目前对艾纳香扦插繁殖的研究,发现艾纳香扦插生根较为困难,扦插成活率较低。因此,为了加快艾纳香优良品种选育进程,保证优良性状的稳定遗传,优化艾纳香扦插繁殖体系,开展艾纳香扦插繁殖研究十分必要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种苗药艾纳香的扦插繁殖方法,提高艾纳香扦插成活率,实现在短时间内生产出大量优质的种苗,从源头保证艾纳香的品质。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种苗药艾纳香扦插繁殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)苗床:选择地势平坦、排水良好的地块,用木板围成1~1.5m宽的育苗床;在育苗床底部铺上地膜并铺设自动化灌溉系统管道;在育苗床周边布置20~30cm宽的水沟;再在育苗床上铺满由珍珠岩、河沙、腐殖土按一定比例混合的基质,其厚度为8~10cm;
(2)剪枝:选取当年生的生长粗壮、芽苞饱满的艾纳香枝条,剪成8~10cm长,得到艾纳香插穗,每个插穗上保留2~3个芽苞,并将多余叶子剪去,只保留插穗上部半个叶片;将插穗在生根液中浸泡1~1.5h,捞出,在阴处晾至表面不滴水;
(3)扦插:将步骤(2)中浸泡生根液的插穗倾斜插入育苗床的基质中,插穗的倾斜角度为60°~70°,扦插时株距为8~10cm,深度为2~4cm;
(4)管理:扦插完成后打开灌溉系统浇水,每20~30min喷水10~15s,保持土壤疏松湿润,每隔5~7天人工喷洒多菌灵溶液和扦插叶面肥,并摘去腐烂变黑的叶片;
(5)装袋:扦插生根20~30天后,拔出插条移栽到无纺布营养袋中,以泥炭土为基质,每隔两天浇水一次,保持土壤湿润;每隔5~7天喷洒多菌灵溶液和装袋后叶面肥;先在遮阳网下生根5~7天后,再撤去遮阳网,装袋生长25~30天,当苗高达15~20cm,展开5~7片叶即可移栽至大田。
作为一种优选,上述的苗药艾纳香的扦插繁殖方法,步骤(1)中,所述基质体积比为珍珠岩:河沙:腐殖土为1:2:1。
作为一种优选,上述的苗药艾纳香的扦插繁殖方法,步骤(2)中,所述生根液配方为:萘乙酸20~50ppm、吲哚乙酸100~200ppm、芸苔素50~100ppm。
作为一种优选,上述的苗药艾纳香的扦插繁殖方法,步骤(4)中,所述扦插叶面肥配方为尿素1%~1.5%、磷酸二氢钾1%~1.25%。
作为一种优选,上述的苗药艾纳香的扦插繁殖方法,步骤(5)中,所述装袋后叶面肥配方为氨基酸100ppm~125ppm、铁40ppm~50ppm、锌180ppm~225ppm、硼40ppm~50ppm。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明适合大田规模化繁育和种植,具有投资少、育苗速度快、成活率高、幼苗长势一致的优点;而且扦插材料易取得、数量大,生根率可达90%,且遗传性状稳定,生产出来的药材质量稳定。本发明的繁育整个过程仅需1~2月,育苗速度快、周期短。本发明操作简单,扦插的种苗可直接移栽于大田生产,设备简单、成本低,为苗药艾纳香的大规模繁育提供了一种周期短、繁殖率高、成本低的育苗新方法。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1:本发明的苗药艾纳香扦插繁殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)苗床:选择地势平坦、排水良好的地块,用木板围成1.5m宽的育苗床(如图1所示);在育苗床底部铺上地膜并铺设自动化灌溉系统管道(如图2所示);在育苗床周边布置30cm宽的水沟;再在育苗床上铺满由珍珠岩、河沙、腐殖土按一定比例混合的基质(如图3所示),基质体积比为珍珠岩:河沙:腐殖土为1:2:1,基质的厚度为8~10cm;
(2)剪枝:选取当年生的生长粗壮、芽苞饱满的艾纳香枝条(如图4所示),剪成8~10cm长,得到艾纳香插穗,每个插穗上保留2~3个芽苞,并将多余叶子剪去,只保留插穗上部半个叶片,以减少水分蒸发(如图5所示);然后将插穗在生根液中浸泡1.5h(如图6所示),捞出,在阴处晾至表面不滴水;所述生根液的配方为:萘乙酸20~50ppm、吲哚乙酸100~200ppm、芸苔素50~100ppm。
(3)扦插:将步骤(2)中浸泡生根液的艾纳香插穗倾斜插入育苗床的基质中(如图7所示),插穗的倾斜角度为60°~70°,扦插时株距为8~10cm,深度为2~4cm;
(4)管理:扦插完成后打开灌溉系统浇水,每30min喷水15s,保持土壤疏松湿润,每隔7天人工喷洒多菌灵溶液和扦插叶面肥,并摘去腐烂变黑的叶片;所述扦插叶面肥配方为尿素1%~1.5%、磷酸二氢钾1%~1.25%。
(5)装袋:扦插生根30天后,拔出艾纳香插条移栽到无纺布营养袋中(如图8所示),以泥炭土为基质,每隔两天浇水一次,保持土壤湿润;每隔7天喷洒多菌灵溶液和装袋后叶面肥;先在遮阳网下生根5~7天后(如图9所示),再撤去遮阳网,装袋生长25~30天,当艾纳香苗高达15~20cm,展开5~7片叶即可移栽至大田(如图10所示)。所述装袋后叶面肥配方为氨基酸100ppm~125ppm、铁40ppm~50ppm、锌180ppm~225ppm、硼40ppm~50ppm。

Claims (5)

1.一种苗药艾纳香扦插繁殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)苗床:选择地势平坦、排水良好的地块,用木板围成1~1.5m宽的育苗床;在育苗床底部铺上地膜并铺设自动化灌溉系统管道;在育苗床周边布置20~30cm宽的水沟;再在育苗床上铺满由珍珠岩、河沙、腐殖土按一定比例混合的基质,其厚度为8~10cm;
(2)剪枝:选取当年生的生长粗壮、芽苞饱满的艾纳香枝条,剪成8~10cm长,得到艾纳香插穗,每个插穗上保留2~3个芽苞,并将多余叶子剪去,只保留插穗上部半个叶片;将插穗在生根液中浸泡1~1.5h,捞出,在阴处晾至表面不滴水;
(3)扦插:将步骤(2)中浸泡生根液的插穗倾斜插入育苗床的基质中,插穗的倾斜角度为60°~70°,扦插时株距为8~10cm,深度为2~4cm;

4.根据权利要求1所述的苗药艾纳香的扦插繁殖方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,所述扦插叶面肥配方为尿素1%~1.5%、磷酸二氢钾1%~1.25%。
