Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a display control device and a display terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
Embodiment mode 1
Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of a display terminal having a display control device according to embodiment 1. A display system 1A having a display terminal 10A and an instrument 30 is shown in fig. 1. The instrument 30 is an instrument as a monitored object that is operated or monitored by the display terminal 10A. The instrument 30 is, for example, a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), a servo amplifier, or the like. The display terminal 10A is a terminal connected to the device 30 and capable of displaying and monitoring the state of the device 30 or operating the device 30. The display terminal 10A is, for example, a programmable display.
In embodiment 1, a case will be described in which hardware-mounted components (switches, lamps, and the like) mounted on an operation panel are realized by software, and the display terminal 10A is applied to a programmable display capable of displaying and operating the mounted components on a two-dimensional display screen.
The display terminal 10A has a two-dimensional display device that displays display data on a screen. An example of a two-dimensional display device is a display panel. The display terminal 10A selects a display area having a screen resolution that can be displayed on the screen from among virtual screens having a screen resolution larger than the size of a range that can be displayed on the screen, and displays the selected display area on the screen. That is, the display terminal 10A reads and displays a part of the display area in the continuous virtual screen. The picture resolution is the total number of pixels that can be displayed on the picture. The virtual screen is drawn by the drawing device using drawing software.
The display terminal 10A according to embodiment 1 determines an area to be displayed on a screen by moving a display area within a virtual screen. The display terminal 10A enlarges or reduces the display area so that all objects to be displayed among the objects arranged on the virtual screen are included in the display area. The object is information representing the state of the instrument 30.
The display terminal 10A includes a communication unit 11, a display control device 2, a display unit 18, and an input unit 19. The display control device 2 is a computer that controls information displayed on the display unit 18. The display control apparatus 2 includes a storage device 12, a device monitoring unit 13, a notice determining unit 14, an object control unit 15, a drawing unit 16, and a display control unit 17.
The communication unit 11 communicates with the device 30 and transmits and receives information to and from the device 30. The communication unit 11 connects the instrument 30 to the display control apparatus 2 using, for example, ethernet (registered trademark), a Serial port, USB (Universal Serial Bus), or the like, and transmits information (signals) transmitted from the instrument 30 to the storage device 12 of the display control apparatus 2. The communication unit 11 receives information indicating the state of the device 30 from the device 30, for example. Examples of the information indicating the state of the instrument 30 include information indicating establishment of an input condition, information indicating a failure or abnormality of the instrument 30, and the like.
The display terminal 10A has a storage device 12 corresponding to each instrument 30. In the display system 1A, 1 or more instruments 30 may be monitored by 1 or more display terminals 10A. In embodiment 1, a case where the display terminal 10A has the storage device 12 corresponding to the device 30 will be described.
The storage device 12 stores a counter corresponding to the instrument 30. The storage device 12 receives information indicating the state of the instrument 30 acquired from the instrument 30 via the communication unit 11. The storage device 12, for example, if receiving specific information transmitted from the instrument 30, increments a counter corresponding to the instrument 30.
The device monitoring unit 13 monitors the state of the storage device 12. The device monitoring unit 13 monitors whether or not a counter of the storage device 12 exceeds an upper limit value, for example. When the counter of the storage device 12 exceeds the upper limit value, the device monitoring unit 13 notifies the target control unit 15 that the counter of the storage device 12 exceeds the upper limit value.
The object control unit 15 controls the state of an object such as a character, a graphic, or an image corresponding to the state of the device 30 as the monitored object, based on the state of the storage device 12. At this time, the object control unit 15 updates the state of the object based on the notification from the device monitoring unit 13. The object control unit 15 manages the object so that the object corresponding to the storage facility 12 can be specified if a notification indicating that the counter of the storage facility 12 exceeds the upper limit value is received from the facility monitoring unit 13.
The object control unit 15 associates a state in which the counter of the storage device 12 is smaller than the upper limit value with the image of the OFF display of the lamp object, for example. In addition, the object control portion 15 associates a state in which the counter of the storage device 12 is greater than or equal to the upper limit value with the image of the ON display of the lamp object. Thus, the object control unit 15 switches between the image displayed ON the ON display and the image displayed OFF of the lamp object according to the state of the counter of the storage device 12. If the state of the object is updated, the object control unit 15 transmits the updated state of the object to the attention-required item determination unit 14.
The notice determining unit 14 determines whether or not a notice requiring the user's attention is generated when the state of the object is updated. That is, the notice determining unit 14 determines whether or not a notice has occurred when the state of the storage device 12 has changed.
For example, a state in which the counter of the storage device 12 corresponding to the instrument 30 exceeds the upper limit value and the lamp object associated with the storage device 12 is ON-displayed is registered in advance as the event to be attended to in the event to be attended determination unit 14. Thus, if the light object is ON-displayed after the start of the device monitoring, the notice determining unit 14 can determine that a notice has occurred. When drawing data of a virtual screen is drawn by drawing software, the state of a specific object is registered in advance as a matter of attention in the display terminal 10A. Thus, the notice determination unit 14 can determine whether or not the notice belongs to the state of the object. Hereinafter, an object belonging to the item to be noticed may be referred to as a notice object. When determining that the notice has occurred, the notice-requiring determination unit 14 notifies the object control unit 15 that the notice has occurred. Thus, the object control unit 15 manages the attention object, which is an object in the case where the attention item is generated.
The display control unit 17 refers to the object control unit 15 to specify an object showing that the matter to be attended to has occurred. The display control unit 17 determines which area of the virtual screen is to be displayed on the screen as the display area by performing at least 1 of movement, enlargement, and reduction on the display area so as to include an object in a case where the notice is generated. The display terminal 10A enlarges or reduces the display area so that all objects to be displayed are included in the display area. When all objects to be displayed are accommodated in a display area smaller than a screen resolution that can be displayed on the screen, the display terminal 10A enlarges and displays the display area. When the range of all the objects to be displayed is a display area having a resolution higher than the screen resolution that can be displayed on the screen, the display terminal 10A displays the objects by reducing the display area. Further, the display terminal 10A does not make the screen resolution of the display area smaller than the screen resolution that can be displayed on the screen.
For example, when there is a light object indicating that the notice is generated, the display control unit 17 determines an area including the light object in the virtual screen as a display area to be displayed on the screen. In addition, when there are a plurality of objects indicating that the matter of interest has occurred, the display control unit 17 determines an area including the plurality of objects as a display area to be displayed on the screen. The display control unit 17 transmits the determined display area to the drawing unit 16, and transmits a display instruction to display the determined display area to the drawing unit 16.
The drawing unit 16 generates display data of a display screen based on the display area determined by the display control unit 17 from the display data of a virtual screen composed of 1 or a combination of a plurality of objects. Upon receiving a display instruction from the display control unit 17, the drawing unit 16 causes the display unit 18 to display the display area using the generated display data.
When the screen resolution of the display area including the plurality of objects is larger than the screen resolution of the display unit 18, the drawing unit 16 reduces the entire virtual screen so that the display area can be displayed on the display unit 18. In this way, the drawing unit 16 matches the screen resolution of the display region with the screen resolution of the display terminal 10A, and causes the display unit 18 to display the region indicated by the display region. In this way, the drawing unit 16 reduces the screen resolution of the display area by reducing the entire virtual screen, and displays the display area on the display unit 18 using the display data of the display area in which the screen resolution is reduced.
The display unit 18 displays the display area by drawing the display data generated by the drawing unit 16 on the screen. The display unit 18 is, for example, a touch panel display, and displays a display region, which is a part of a virtual screen image, on the touch panel display. In this way, the display terminal 10A displays the display region including the plurality of attention objects so that the display region is accommodated in the screen, for at least 1 of the movement, enlargement, and reduction of the display region.
The input unit 19 receives a user operation for the content displayed on the display unit 18. <xnotran> , 18 , 19 , , . </xnotran>
Fig. 2 is a block diagram schematically showing a hardware configuration of the display terminal according to embodiment 1. The display terminal 10A includes a memory, a communication IF (Interface) device 24, an HDD (Hard disk Drive) 25, an input device 26, a display device 27, and a processor 21 that processes commands of various programs.
The Memory includes a ROM (Read Only Memory) 22 and a RAM (Random Access Memory) 23. The ROM 22 stores a control program and the like for controlling the storage device 12, the device monitoring unit 13, the attention point determining unit 14, the object control unit 15, the drawing unit 16, and the display control unit 17. The RAM 23 is a memory that can be read and written at high speed and temporarily stores intermediate results of operations performed by the processor 21.
Examples of the Processor 21 are a CPU (Central Processing Unit, also referred to as a Central Processing Unit, arithmetic Unit, microprocessor, microcomputer, DSP (Digital Signal Processor)) and system LSI (Large Scale Integration).

The display terminal 10A is realized by reading out, by the processor 21, from the ROM 22, and executing a display program executable by a computer for displaying a display area. The display program that is a program for executing the operation of the display terminal 10A can also be said to be a program for causing a computer to execute a flow or a method of the display terminal 10A.
The processor 21 performs overall control of the display terminal 10A. That is, the storage device 12, the device monitoring unit 13, the attention point determining unit 14, the object control unit 15, the drawing unit 16, and the display control unit 17 of the display terminal 10A are realized by the processor 21. In other words, the display program executed by the display terminal 10A has a module configuration including the storage device 12, the device monitoring unit 13, the attention item determination unit 14, the object control unit 15, the drawing unit 16, and the display control unit 17, they are loaded onto the primary storage, where they are generated. The functions of the display terminal 10A may be partly implemented by dedicated hardware such as a dedicated circuit, and partly implemented by software or firmware.
Note that some or all of the storage device 12, the device monitoring unit 13, the attention point determining unit 14, the object control unit 15, the drawing unit 16, and the display control unit 17 may be realized by a processing circuit (not shown) such as a system LSI or may be realized by cooperation of a plurality of processing circuits.
The communication IF device 24 performs communication with an external device such as the instrument 30. The communication IF device 24 performs data input and output with an external device such as the instrument 30. The communication IF device 24 executes the processing of the communication unit 11. That is to say that the first and second electrodes, the communication IF device 24 performs communication using ethernet, a serial port, or USB, for example. The storage device 12 can acquire information of the device 30 or the like by the processor 21 using the communication IF apparatus 24.
The HDD 25 is configured by a magnetic memory or the like, and stores software, which is a program group necessary for various processes performed by the processor 21, for example. The programs constituting the various processing software executed by the processor 21 may be installed in advance in the computer by professional hardware, or may be installed in advance in the ROM 22 or the HDD 25. The program may be recorded in a computer-readable recording medium, and may be provided as a computer program product, or may be downloaded from the display terminal 10A via a network or the like, for example.
The input device 26 executes processing of the input unit 19. The input device 26 is, for example, a touch panel, a soft keyboard, a numeric keypad, a keyboard, or the like of the display device 27, and is a device for inputting various operations from a user. The processor 21 uses the input device 26 to enable the user to manually operate the virtual screen.
The display device 27 executes processing of the display unit 18. The Display device 27 is a device for displaying various information, and is configured by a two-dimensional Display device such as an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), a PDP (Plasma Display Panel), or a CRT (Cathode-Ray Tube). The processor 21 uses the display device 27 to allow the user to visually confirm a part of the virtual screen image drawn by the drawing unit 16.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart showing a process flow until the monitoring of the device is started in the display system according to embodiment 1. The drawing device draws a virtual screen displayed on the display terminal 10A in advance using drawing software (step S10). The drawing software is provided by a manufacturer of the programmable display device to edit drawing data of a virtual screen displayed on the programmable display device. The software is installed in a computer, i.e., a drawing device.
The drawing device creates a screen layout of a virtual screen in accordance with an instruction from a user, using a pre-installed object, an object inserted separately, or the like. Examples of pre-installed objects are text, graphics and images. Examples of the additionally inserted object are an image file and a document file. The drawing apparatus registers the storage device 12 corresponding to the device 30 connected to the display terminal 10A in association with each object of the virtual screen.
The display terminal 10A downloads drawing data of a virtual screen created by the drawing software (step S20). At this time, the display terminal 10A connects the drawing device with the drawing software installed therein to the display terminal 10A via the communication IF device 24, and downloads the drawing data of the virtual screen from the drawing device. For example, the display terminal 10A downloads a package in which 1 set of software for displaying drawing data on the display terminal 10A and drawing data of a virtual screen in which the object and the storage device 12 are associated with each other are collected.
Next, the instrument 30 is connected to the display terminal 10A via the communication IF device 24 (step S30). Next, the power of the instrument 30 and the display terminal 10A is turned on (step S40), and the display terminal 10A starts device monitoring with respect to the instrument 30 (step S50).
Fig. 4 is a flowchart showing a processing flow of a display control process in the display terminal according to embodiment 1. If the display terminal 10A starts the device monitoring with respect to the instrument 30 (step S110), the storage device 12 counts up the counter of the storage device 12 corresponding to the instrument 30 each time the information transmitted from the instrument 30 is received.
The device monitoring unit 13 determines whether or not there is a state change in the storage device 12 at a specific cycle (step S120). When there is No state change in the storage device 12 (No at step S120), the device monitoring unit 13 continues to determine whether there is a state change in the storage device 12 (step S120). When there is a state change in the storage device 12 (Yes at step S120), the object control unit 15 updates the state of the object (step S130).
The notice determining unit 14 determines whether or not the state of the object belongs to a notice (step S140). The notice determining unit 14 determines that the state of the object belongs to the notice when the state of the object is registered as the state of the notice. Further, the state of the object may not be registered as the state of the notice. In this case, the notice determination unit 14 may determine only the state change of the object.
If it does not belong to the matter of note (No at step S140), the display terminal 10A returns to the process of step S120.
If the item belongs to the item to be attended (Yes at step S140), the display control unit 17 refers to the object control unit 15, specifies the item to be attended indicating that the item to be attended has occurred, and determines the display area so as to include the specified item to be attended. That is, the display control unit 17 determines a display area including the object to be attended, which shows the item to be attended (step S150). Specifically, the display control unit 17 performs any one of movement, enlargement, and reduction of the display area within the virtual screen so as to include the identified attention-seeking object. Thereby, the display control unit 17 determines which region in the virtual screen is to be a display region. At this time, when a plurality of items of attention are generated, the display control unit 17 determines the display area so as to include all of the plurality of items of attention.
The drawing unit 16 generates display data of the determined display area (step S160). Specifically, the drawing unit 16 extracts and generates display data corresponding to the display area determined by the display control unit 17 from the display data of the virtual screen configured by the combination of the objects.
Then, the display unit 18 updates the screen by displaying the display area based on the display data generated by the drawing unit 16 (step S170). The display terminal 10A is producing the matter of attention the picture is updated in real time in the case of (1). Therefore, if a new notice is generated, the display terminal 10A displays a display area including a new notice object on the screen.
The display terminal 10A determines whether or not to end the device monitoring (step S180). If the device monitoring is not finished (No at step S180), the display terminal 10A returns to the process at step S120. On the other hand, when the device monitoring is finished (Yes at step S180), the display terminal 10A finishes the display control processing.
Fig. 5 is a diagram for explaining a screen displayed on the display terminal according to embodiment 1 when 1 item of attention is generated. A plurality of objects 50 are arranged in virtual screen data 41 that is display data of a virtual screen. In fig. 5, an object in the case where the notice is generated, that is, the notice object is shown by the notice object 51A.
The display terminal 10A sets the display area 45 in the virtual screen data 41, and displays the set display area 45 on the screen 31 of the display terminal 10A. In this case, the display terminal 10A sets the display area 45 so that the attention-required object 51A when the attention-required item is generated is included in the display area 45, and displays the set display area 45 on the screen 31. That is, when 1 item of attention has occurred, the display control unit 17 moves the display area 45 within the virtual screen so as to include the object 51A to be attended, which indicates that the item of attention has occurred, and the drawing unit 16 reads the display data in the range of the display area 45 from the virtual screen data 41. Then, the drawing unit 16 causes the display area 45 corresponding to the read display data to be displayed on the screen 31.
Fig. 6 is a diagram for explaining a screen displayed on the display terminal according to embodiment 1 when a plurality of items of attention are generated. In fig. 6, the attention object in the case where the attention item is generated is shown by the attention objects 51A, 51B with respect to the virtual screen data 42.
The display terminal 10A sets a display area 46 for the virtual screen data 42, and displays the set display area 46 on the screen 31 of the display terminal 10A. In this case, the display terminal 10A sets the display area 46 so that both the objects to be attended 51A and 51B are included in the display area 46 when the item to be attended has occurred, and displays the set object on the screen 31. That is, when a plurality of items of attention are generated, the display control unit 17 sets the display area so as to include the objects to be attended 51A and 51B indicating that the items of attention are generated. Specifically, the display control unit 17 sets the display area 46 including the attention objects 51A and 51B by moving and enlarging the display area within the virtual screen.
The drawing unit 16 reads the display data in the range of the display area 46 from the virtual screen data 42, and adjusts the display data so that the display area 46 corresponding to the read display data is accommodated in the screen 31, thereby displaying the display area 46 on the screen 31. The drawing unit 16 changes the display data of the display area 46 so that the screen resolution of the display area 46 including the attention-seeking objects 51A and 51B becomes the screen resolution of the display unit 18, and displays the display area 46 on the screen 31 using the changed display data.
As described with reference to fig. 5, when 1 item of attention is generated, the display terminal 10A may enlarge and display the display area. That is, the display terminal 10A may enlarge and display the display area when all the objects to be displayed are accommodated in the display area smaller than the screen resolution that can be displayed on the screen.
Fig. 7 is a diagram for explaining a screen displayed on the display terminal according to embodiment 1 when the display area is enlarged. In fig. 7, an attention object in the case where an attention item is generated is shown by the attention object 51A with respect to the virtual screen data 43.
The display terminal 10A sets a display area 47 for the virtual screen data 43, and displays the set display area 47 on the screen 31 of the display terminal 10A. In the case of this situation, it is, the display terminal 10A sets the display area 47 such that the object to be attended 51A when the item to be attended has occurred is included in the display area 47 and the display area is the smallest. When the display area 47 is smaller than the display area of the screen 31, the display terminal 10A displays the display area 47 in an enlarged manner on the screen 31 so that the entire display area 47 is displayed on the entire screen 31. Specifically, the display control unit 17 sets the display area 47 including the attention object 51A by moving and reducing the display area within the virtual screen.
The drawing unit 16 reads the display data in the range of the display area 47 from the virtual screen data 43, and adjusts the display data so that the display area 47 corresponding to the read display data is displayed on the screen 31, thereby displaying the display area 47 on the screen 31. The drawing unit 16 changes the display data of the display area 47 so that the screen resolution of the display area 47 including the attention-seeking object 51A becomes the screen resolution of the display unit 18, and causes the display area 47 to be displayed on the screen 31 using the changed display data.
In this way, when a plurality of items of attention are generated at the same time, the display terminal 10A can simultaneously display a plurality of items of attention corresponding to the items of attention on one screen because the position and size of the display area are adjusted according to the generation location, the number of generated items, and the generation content of the items of attention.
In embodiment 1, the display control unit 17 determines the display area with reference to the attention-demanding object, but the display control unit 17 may determine the display area without considering the object satisfying the specific condition. For example, the display control unit 17 may determine the display area without considering a specific object that satisfies conditions such as an area in which the object is placed in the virtual screen, a type of the object, and a time (a time when a notice to be paid) when the state of the device 30 changes. That is, the display control unit 17 may determine the object to be excluded from the display object based on at least 1 of the area in which the object is arranged in the virtual screen, the type of the object, and the time when the notice occurs, and may determine the display area for the notice object among the objects other than the object to be excluded from the display object. In this way, the display terminal 10A can display the display region excluding the object satisfying the predetermined specific condition.
In embodiment 1, the case where the display terminal 10A updates all the display data in the display area to the display data after switching has been described, but the display terminal 10A may not update some of the display data. The display control unit 17 of the display terminal 10A sets a part of the user interface such as a window and a button to be excluded from the moving object of the virtual screen in advance. In this case, the display control unit 17 does not change the position or size of a part of the user interface even when the display area is updated. Thus, the display terminal 10A can divide the screen into a portion for displaying the user interface and a portion for displaying a part of the virtual screen, and switch only the portion (display area) for displaying a part of the virtual screen.
In embodiment 1, the display terminal 10A displays a region including the attention-desiring object as a display region, but the display region to be displayed may be set by the user in advance. In this case, the display area displayed when the event to be noticed occurs is registered in the display control unit 17 by the user in advance, and the display control unit 17 displays the registered display area when the event to be noticed occurs. The user sets the display area in advance for each notice or for each combination of notices. Thus, the display terminal 10A can freely display the set display region regardless of the state of the object.
The display terminal 10A may have a function of assisting the operation of the virtual screen. In this case, the drawing unit 16 displays, on the screen, a navigation window indicating which region of the virtual screen is to be displayed in a small area of the screen, for example. The drawing unit 16 graphically represents the positional relationship between the virtual screen and the display area displayed on the screen on the navigation window, and adjusts the size of the graphic together with the size of the display area displayed on the screen.
The drawing unit 16 may highlight the attention-required object included in the display region by using at least 1 of graphics, blinking display, and the like. Thus, even when the entire virtual screen is displayed or when an area including a plurality of attention-seeking objects is large, the user can easily confirm the number and positions of the attention-seeking objects.
In embodiment 1, the description has been given of the case where the display terminal 10A displays a plurality of attention objects in 1 display area when a plurality of attention matters are generated, but the display terminal 10A may display a plurality of attention objects using a plurality of display areas. In this case, the display control unit 17 determines a plurality of display areas based on at least 1 of the position of the attention-target objects within the virtual screen, the correlation between the attention-target objects, the time when the attention-target item occurs, the priority of the attention-target item, and the like, and the drawing unit 16 switches and displays each display area. In this case, the display area may include only 1 attention object or may include a plurality of attention objects. Thus, in the case where a plurality of items to be noticed are generated, the display terminal 10A can cause the user to observe the object to be noticed a plurality of times. In this case, the display control unit 17 may switch the display area in accordance with a user operation, or may automatically switch the display area in units of a specific time.
The drawing unit 16 may display a warning message, thumbnail image, or the like indicating that the notice is generated in response to an instruction from the display control unit 17, and notify the user of the notice. In this case, the display terminal 10A may display the display area including the object of the generated notice, when the user selects the displayed notification.
In this way, in embodiment 1, the display terminal 10A determines the display area displayed on the two-dimensional display screen in the virtual screen so that the attention-seeking object is displayed on the two-dimensional display screen. In addition, the display terminal 10A adjusts the range of the display area so that a plurality of attention objects are included in the display area when a plurality of attention objects exist. Therefore, even when the important note is generated at a plurality of portions at the same time, the display terminal 10A can display each object corresponding to a plurality of important notes at once. Thus, the user does not need to move the display area within the virtual screen a plurality of times in order to check the items of attention that are generated at a plurality of locations. Therefore, the display terminal 10A can reduce the load of operations performed by the user, and make it easy for the user to confirm the situation determination of the items to be attended.
Embodiment mode 2
Next, embodiment 2 will be described with reference to fig. 8 and 9. In embodiment 2, display data of a screen displayed on the display unit 18 is transmitted to the mobile terminal, and a screen corresponding to the display data is displayed on the mobile terminal.
Fig. 8 is a diagram showing a configuration of a display terminal having a display control device according to embodiment 2. Fig. 8 shows a display system 1B having a display terminal 10B, an instrument 30, and a portable terminal 35. Among the components in fig. 8, those that achieve the same functions as those of the display terminal 10A in embodiment 1 shown in fig. 1 are given the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted.
The display terminal 10B includes a data transmission unit, i.e., a mobile terminal communication unit 20, in addition to the components of the display terminal 10A. The mobile terminal communication unit 20 transmits the display area determined by the display control unit 17 to the mobile terminal 35.
The portable terminal 35 is an example of an external terminal to the display terminal 10B. The portable terminal 35 is a communication terminal (information processing device) that can be brought to a work site. The portable terminal 35 is, for example, a smartphone, a tablet PC (Personal Computer), a notebook PC, a head-mounted display, or the like. When a user who operates the mobile terminal 35 performs a work by remote operation, the mobile terminal 35 may be used in a place different from an actual work site.
The portable terminal communication unit 20 performs communication between the display terminal 10B and the portable terminal 35 via Wi-Fi (registered trademark) or ethernet. The portable terminal communication unit 20 is connected to the drawing unit 16. If the drawing unit 16 of the present embodiment generates display data indicating the display area determined by the display control unit 17, the display area is displayed on the display unit 18 using the generated display data, and the generated display data is transmitted to the mobile terminal communication unit 20. Thus, the portable terminal communication unit 20 transmits the display data generated by the drawing unit 16 to the portable terminal 35, and the portable terminal 35 displays a screen corresponding to the display data. The screen displayed by the portable terminal 35 is the same screen as the screen displayed by the display unit 18.
In addition, when the screen resolution of the display unit 18 is different from the screen resolution of the mobile terminal 35, the drawing unit 16 may generate display data corresponding to the screen resolution of the mobile terminal 35 and transmit the display data to the mobile terminal communication unit 20. In this case, the display terminal 10B may be registered with the screen resolution of the portable terminal 35 in advance, or may receive the screen resolution from the portable terminal 35.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart showing a processing flow of a display control process in the display terminal according to embodiment 2. Among the respective processes in fig. 9, the same processes as those executed by the display terminal 10A in embodiment 1 shown in fig. 4 will not be described repeatedly.
The display terminal 10B generates display data of the display area by the same processing as that described in embodiment 1. That is, the processing of steps S110 to S160 performed by the display terminal 10B is the same processing as the processing of steps S110 to S160 performed by the display terminal 10A. The processing of embodiment 2 differs from that of the display terminal 10A in that the display terminal 10B transmits the generated display data to the mobile terminal 35 and updates the screen of the mobile terminal 35. Hereinafter, a process different from the process of the display terminal 10A will be described.
If the drawing unit 16 generates the display data of the determined display area (step S160), the drawing unit 16 transmits the generated display data to the portable terminal communication unit 20. The mobile terminal communication unit 20 transfers the display data generated by the drawing unit 16 to the mobile terminal 35 (step S210). Thereby, the display terminal 10B updates the screen displayed on the mobile terminal 35 to the screen corresponding to the forwarded display data (step S220). That is, the mobile terminal 35 displays a screen corresponding to the display data.
The portable terminal communication unit 20 can use VNC (Virtual Network Computing) as a method of transferring display data to the portable terminal 35. In this case, the VNC server is installed in the display terminal 10B, and the VNC client is installed in the portable terminal 35. The display terminal 10B and the mobile terminal 35 transmit and receive data using a communication protocol called RFB (Remote Frame Buffer). Thus, the display terminal 10B can display the screen of the display unit 18 on the screen of the mobile terminal 35 in real time, and can receive the screen operation performed by the mobile terminal 35 in real time. The display system 1B may display the display data on the mobile terminal 35 by using a function other than the VNC. For example, when the display terminal 10B has a Web (Web page) server function, the display data can be displayed by the browser of the mobile terminal 35.
In this way, according to embodiment 2, the display terminal 10B can forward the created display data to the portable terminal 35. Thus, the user can confirm the occurrence of the event to be noticed by the mobile terminal 35 even without displaying the terminal 10B. The display terminal 10B may display the created display data on another screen, a projector, or the like via a video output Interface such as HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) or DVI-D (Digital Visual Interface-D). The display terminal 10B may display the entire virtual screen on the display unit 18 at all times, and display a display area including the items to be attended to on the portable terminal 35. Thus, the user can confirm the virtual screen through the display unit 18 and, when the notice occurs, the use method of confirming the occurrence location of the notice through the mobile terminal 35 can be realized.
The display terminal 10B may execute the display control of the screen when another condition other than the case where the attention is paid occurs.
The configurations shown in the above embodiments are merely examples, and may be combined with other known techniques, or may be combined with each other, and some of the configurations may be omitted or modified without departing from the scope of the present invention.
