Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
The difficulty of checking the prescription information of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is as follows. Firstly, the prescription of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces usually comprises dozens of commonly used medicinal materials; secondly, the efficacy and the indication of each medicinal material are different, and the combination efficacy of the medicinal materials is also extremely diverse. Therefore, the individual examination of the indications for each herb in the herbal pieces results in the erroneous interception of many reasonable prescriptions.
At present, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are audited by adopting a manual auditing mode.
In order to improve the prescription information processing efficiency, the following technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention may be adopted.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a main process of a prescription information processing method according to an embodiment of the invention, and the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are audited by adopting similar prescriptions of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and medicinal materials in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s101, screening out similar prescriptions of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and medicinal materials which are different from the similar prescriptions in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces based on the medicinal materials of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
The Chinese herbal pieces include multiple herbs. As an example, the herbal pieces 1 includes A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H, which are 8 kinds of herbs in total. Based on the medicinal materials of the Chinese herbal pieces, similar prescriptions of the Chinese herbal pieces and medicinal materials in the Chinese herbal pieces different from the similar prescriptions are screened out, and then the Chinese herbal pieces are examined based on the similar prescriptions and the medicinal materials different from the similar prescriptions.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of screening out similar prescriptions and medicinal materials different from the similar prescriptions according to an embodiment of the invention. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s201, constructing an alternative prescription of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces based on various medicinal materials of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
The Chinese herbal pieces include multiple kinds of herbs, each having different effects. However, for herbal pieces, the efficacy of herbal pieces is not a collection of the efficacy of the included herbs. This is because the combination of multiple medicinal materials brings about different effects.
In order to fully understand the efficacy brought by the interaction between the medicinal materials, similar prescriptions of the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces are determined by constructing alternative prescriptions, and the similar prescriptions are taken as the basis for understanding the efficacy of the medicinal material combination.
The Chinese medicinal decoction pieces comprise multiple medicinal materials, and the medicinal materials are arranged and combined to obtain a medicinal material combination. As an example, the Chinese herbal pieces include A, B and C. The three medicinal materials are arranged and combined to obtain the following medicinal material combination: AB. AC, BC, and ABC. Not all the above medicinal material combinations can be used as alternative prescriptions. It is desirable to select alternative formulations from the combination of medicinal materials based on the existing formulations.
Specifically, medicinal materials existing in the existing prescription are combined to be used as an alternative prescription. Following the example above: combining medicinal materials: AB. AC, BC, and ABC. Wherein, AB and BC belong to the existing formulas; AC and ABC do not belong to the existing formulations. Then, AB and BC are used as alternative formulations.
The existing prescriptions are mainly from historical classics, including but not limited to Shang Han Lun (treatise on Cold-induced diseases) of Zhang Zhongjing, jin Kui Yao L ü e and Ben Cao Jing (classic of materia Medica) of Han Dynasty, etc., which account for 500.
S202, according to the number of the same medicinal materials in the alternative prescriptions and the number of the traditional Chinese medicines in the alternative prescriptions, the medicinal materials which are different from the similar prescriptions in the similar prescriptions and the traditional Chinese medicines in the alternative prescriptions are screened out.
The Chinese medicinal materials in the alternative prescription are partially the same as the Chinese medicinal materials in the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces. And screening out similar prescriptions from the alternative prescriptions according to the number of the same medicinal materials in the alternative prescriptions and the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces and the number of the Chinese medicinal materials in the alternative prescriptions.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of screening alternative prescriptions for similar prescriptions according to an embodiment of the invention. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s301, calculating the similarity of the alternative prescriptions according to the number of the same medicinal materials in the alternative prescriptions and the Chinese medicinal materials in the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces and the number of the Chinese medicinal materials in the alternative prescriptions.
For each alternative prescription, the similarity between the alternative prescription and the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces is measured by prescription similarity. The similarity of the prescription is equal to the quantity of the same medicinal materials in the alternative prescription and the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the ratio of the amount of the Chinese medicinal materials in the alternative prescription.
As an example, the herbal pieces include 11 herbs. The alternative prescription comprises 5 medicinal materials. The similarity of the alternative prescriptions is 0.8 if the number of the same medicinal materials in the alternative prescriptions and the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces is 4.
And S302, taking the alternative prescription with the prescription similarity larger than the preset prescription threshold as an initial prescription.
The initial prescription may be selected from the alternative prescriptions based on a preset prescription threshold. Such as: and taking the alternative prescription with the prescription similarity larger than the preset prescription threshold as the initial prescription. The greater the similarity of the prescription, the higher the similarity of the alternative prescription and the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces.
S303, screening out similar prescriptions in the primary selection based on the number of the overlapped medicinal materials with the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces.
The primary selection prescription comprises a plurality of medicinal materials, and the more the number of the medicinal materials overlapped with the Chinese herbal pieces is, the more the primary selection medicinal materials are similar to the Chinese herbal pieces.
In order to screen out similar prescriptions from the initially selected prescriptions, the number of overlapping medicinal materials with the herbal pieces is preset. As an example, if the number of overlapping herbal materials with herbal pieces is 3, a pre-selected prescription with overlapping herbal materials with herbal pieces equal to or greater than 3 is used as the similar prescription.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the number of similar prescriptions can be controlled by setting the number of overlapping herbal materials with herbal pieces. As an example, the larger the number of overlapping herbal materials with herbal pieces, the fewer the number of similar prescriptions; the smaller the number of overlapping herbal materials with herbal pieces, the more similar the number of formulas.
S304, determining medicinal materials in the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces, which are different from the similar prescription, according to the medicinal materials in the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces and the medicinal materials in the similar prescription.
After the similar prescriptions are determined, the medicinal materials in the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces which are different from the similar prescriptions are determined. As an example, the herbal pieces include A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J and K, which total 11 herbs. Similar formulations 1 include A, B and C. Similar prescription 2 includes E, F, G and H, and the Chinese medicinal materials in the decoction pieces of the Chinese traditional medicine, which are different from the similar prescriptions, include: D. i, J and K.
In the embodiment of fig. 2, the herbal pieces are divided into similar prescriptions and different prescriptions by dividing the herbal pieces into similar prescriptions.
In one embodiment of the invention, based on the medicinal materials and the pharmacy knowledge map of the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces, the similar prescription of the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces and the medicinal materials which are different from the similar prescription in the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces are screened out.
The pharmaceutical knowledge map comprises a plurality of medicinal materials in the Chinese herbal pieces. Based on the medicinal materials of the Chinese herbal pieces, the similar prescription of the Chinese herbal pieces and the medicinal materials of the Chinese herbal pieces different from the similar prescription can be screened out by inquiring the pharmacy knowledge map. As an example, similar prescriptions of herbal pieces of chinese medicine are screened out in the pharmacy knowledge map in the cloud through the cloud service interface.
And S102, processing prescription information according to the similar prescription and the prescription information by combining the pharmacy knowledge graph, and processing the prescription information according to the medicinal materials different from the similar prescription.
After medicinal materials in the similar prescription and the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces which are different from the similar prescription are screened out, the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces can be examined and decomposed to be examined and examined by the similar prescription and the medicinal materials. Wherein, the prescription information of the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces can be obtained from medical records.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart illustrating the process of checking the prescription information of the herbal pieces-of-chinese medicine according to the embodiment of the present invention. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s401, acquiring the action of the similar prescription and the action of the medicinal materials different from the similar prescription according to the pharmacy knowledge map.
